The woman that was there seemed to be pretty nice, and had a smile on her face with each of the two exchanges we shared. The waiting area is small, but appropriate and there's a live camera feed going to a small CRT TV mounted from the ceiling, which is awesome I'd say because most shops don't do that. I had my SUV serviced on Monday 24th, 2025. I mentioned to…read morethe mechanic that my tensioner pully was making a ticking noise. The mechanic said the idler pulley was the noise. But when he accomplished the installation with a new serpentine belt and idler pulley, he had go to the garage area and held in his hand the housing for the pulley. He said that your noise is coming from the back of the engine. If that was the case he should've explain to me everything his ok, but your is not the idler pulley etc. I left and noticed a key scratched on the upper rear door that was not there when I brought to have my suv fixed. I noticed a young high school kid that used my key to scratch the door. So i give one star as this should be reported to a higher authority.
