This business is located in a vintage house that has been converted into a business that does first-rate repairs on any type of clock or watch, especially cuckoo clocks from Germany. With that being said, the service that is provided here is top-notch, and super fast. I was thinking it might take a few months to repair my beloved wall clock, but it was done within a week, complete with a new movement installed. Likewise, all of the repairs done here come with a complete one-year warranty. The best part, the clock keeps perfect time like it did when I first bought it back in 1991.

The clock ran worse than before I took it in . The work they claimed they did was completly false . They claimed they replaced the main springs ( 3 ) They did not . They claimed to have replaced several Brass bushings , they did not . They had my clock for over a month ,claiming that they had to order parts from Germany , another lie . I have proof of these claims backed by other clock / watch repair shops . To the trained eye , it is plain to see . To the average person ,all they see is a bunch of gears and movements .
