The clock ran worse than before I took it in . The work they claimed they did was completly false . They claimed they replaced the main springs ( 3 ) They did not . They claimed to have replaced several Brass bushings , they did not . They had my clock for over a month ,claiming that they had to order parts from Germany , another lie . I have proof of these claims backed by other clock / watch repair shops . To the trained eye , it is plain to see . To the average person ,all they see is a bunch of gears and movements . Now I have to take it to a reputable ,honest clock repair shop . I will post my finding if and when I find one .

The windows were installed perfectly and I had a new capacitor installed on my Eco Drive. This Citizen has the complicated 8700 calibre movement. Not only was the watch repaired and set, which is no easy feat. Stekelbos also removed the hands on the small wheels and set them correctly as they had been misaligned. I had not even mentioned this to them. I will never take my watches anywhere else. Ever. Also, I was able to purchase an authentic Citizen band for an unbelievable price.
