Ya, so Matthew and Shelly over at Shock N Awe have their machines well oiled! (Take a look at my pics!) I came to Matthew years ago to make my shirts and hats for business, and I wear them DOWN (construction) and the gear is still holding up. When Matthew makes more shirts, I cut the sleeves off the old ones and wear them for yard work or the gym. I always wear them!!! I recently had the team at Shock N Awe design, embroider and print all my new apparel for Vulcan Garage Services. We had everything made for our Techs, installers and management, from hats, T's, sweatshirt hoodies, button down shirts and our Karhart work vests and jackets. I love it, the contractors and builders that we sub for are always asking us for a hat or a shirt, because they love our design and color schemes! I even asked Matthew to change my insignia/logo design up a little bit, so I could get revised business cards and invoice booklets made. Matthew put different logo schemes and colors on a file and emailed to me so I could forward that to web or print developers in the future. At no extra cost... just a good dude! Matthew was very responsive when I messaged him on Yelp and gave me a very transparent quote (no hidden costs or anything). I even got to bring in my own garments. A++++++. Five stars because there wasn't an option to give 10! I love these guys. I contacted Mathew about a month ago to create some logo sweatshirts for my hair salon. Within a day he got back to me with a design idea and pics to show me what it would look like on the shirt exactly, based on that view I wanted to tweak some things because I didn't realize originally what my design would be like on an actual hoodie. He adjusted my design until it was perfect and I was 100% happy with every aspect of it. It takes a lot of patience to do a job for me as I am extremely picky and when I have an idea in my head I won't be happy unless what I thought in my head is exactly what I see in real life. He NAILED IT EVEN BETTER THAN I EXPECTED! Then I came up with a few more items and designs I ran by him for some advice and when he emailed me the proofs for the women's tanks (per request longer in length and top quality material) along with my womens v-neck tees I was blown away and couldn't wait to get the order. The communication regarding my order was impeccable. Mathew called to inform me and ask me any details and responded to my questions immediately or within 30 minutes max. Completely professional. The big reveal when I picked up my order was so exciting it was better than Christmas. He opened the box and pulled out my hair artist sweatshirts and I almost cried with joy. I have had logo things printed in the past and the quality of apparel was terrible at other places. The items faded or cracked printing with one to three washes. I have 3 sweatshirts from Shock n Awe I rotate wearing to work and 2 tanks and 2 t's. I've washed them and dried them and still looks exactly like when I bought them -perfect!
