Get 10 minutes down the road and the vehicle died. Called them and they basically said sorry about your luck. I said well something is obviously still wrong with it and he replied, would you like me to put the old alternator back on? Paying over a thousand dollars to still have the vehicle not run and they say sorry, SOL, is criminal. I showed up then and the guy I talked to wasn't there and the other guy said very sternly he would need it a week to diagnose it. Today I stopped @ the W'frd shop as a 'test' of mrktng blather or truth in advertising. Blaine, Mikah, the team and the techs there were 100% as advertised. Without hesitation, they immediately drove and inspected my car to determine the source of my/it's issues. Tests were done, Q&As were exchanged among us and the results determined that, despite questionable sounds, every test, comparison and measurement, my car seemed to be in safe and good working order. Blaine said he'd reach out to other human and digital sources, describe the perceived/known problems/noise and would call me should any new opinions be offered. This business and these men are a FOR PROFIT establishment and COULD have certainly tried to convince me that I should let them 'do such and such' to try and solve the issue. Not only did they NOT try that tactic, they REFUSED to accept ANY compensation from me for the work they did in the investigation process! I am no novice and could have recognized an attempt to 'lead me' into spending some money with them..that NEVER happened.. I grew up in a small town so I can unequivocally say that it has been DECADES since I have had such a unique, honest, professional, unexpected and enjoyable interaction with auto mechanics....like small towns USED to have...with these men and this company! I called to speak to the owner, Brandon Waters, to relate my experience and spoke with John Lobato, a KINGWAY Manager in Aledo.. this review is just for the time being and will be added onto when i have the time but for short…read more these guys are a joke, they secured my radiator by using a single zip tie, left bolts out of my bumper, left bolts half way screwed on my waste gate and when i told them about my disappointment after paying 150$ an hr for there crappy work, they stated they wanted to fix things so that i was a "happy customer" but then kept coming up with this and that and really just anything to get me to go away. i was offered labor hours on future work instead of a partial refund which i find crazy and denied because what logical individual would accept that after receiving work like that. so yeah these guys suck pretty bad. they had my car for 2 weeks and then after complaining they had another 2 and 1/2 weeks to fix this issue and now here we are. i wish i would've never gone to this place.

The reviews for this place are excellent and so I decided to take my Tacoma to them to get some…read morework done. The truck is fairly old so, among several other things, they quoted new shocks and strut assemblies. After getting the truck back and driving a few days back and forth to work I noticed that it always had a pronounced lean where the passenger side of the vehicle was riding several inches higher than the driver's side. After calling to confirm, Phil stated that they had done an alignment and had even verified the ride height/level. The truck was definitely leaning though so something was not right, I took it to the Toyota dealership and they showed me the issue. Fort Worth Auto Garage had installed the wrong shock and strut assemblies on one side of the vehicle. I don't believe Fort Worth Auto Garage actually did an alignment or a ride height check, because it surely would have been noticed that the incorrect parts had been installed on one side of the truck. That being said, once I confronted Phil with this information he did agree to install the correct parts so eventually it was fixed. Fort Worth Auto Garage do have reasonable prices, however they seem to be a bit sloppy with their work and they do not seem to pay close attention to details, such as part numbers.
