Major shout out to the incredibly friendly and helpful staff at Texas Tire Sales in Weatherford!!…read more Air was quickly leaking out of my tire, so I drove to TTS with 30 minutes before closing. They not only fixed my tire, but did so complimentary, which they certainly didn't have to do. Thank you Weatherford Texas Tire Sales for helping me get back on the road with a fixed tire, and doing so at no cost. You all are angels!!! God Bless you!

This DESTROYED the differential. When I called to tell them of their mistake, their manager Aaron advised me they put the wrong size on her car on purpose just to get her home. This is a lie. She drove from home to their shop to get tires that could get her through a few months. And further, the driver rear tire wouldn't have been a problem getting home. It had a slow leak! Why replace it at all if the medicine is worse than the ailment?! She told them she wanted to get a new set in A few months and asked for a quote. Which is to say, we KNOW they knew she intended to drive on the tires for a few months. Aaron quoted lies supposedly on the work order, All of which I'm positive had fresh ink as we spoke on the phone. Go somewhere else, anywhere else. How can you trust your vehicle with a company that skirts accountability and the lacks the integrity to do what's right? Lie after lie to save themselves a buck and stick their neglect on their customers. Just a disgusting practice. My Wife's take on this den of grift. I went into Texas Tires a couple weeks ago to get two tires replaced. I opted for used tires until I could get a new set a few months later. I told the guy that helped me this exact thing. I had him give me a quote for the new set I planned on getting near the beginning of March. They replaced the tires and I went on my way. Cut to three days ago when my car started making a God awful noise. I had to have it towed to Southwest Nissan so they could tell us what was going on. Turns out the rear tire they put on was not the right sized tire. It destroyed the differential and rear axels. When my husband called up to tell them the tire wasn't the right size they told him that they told me all about it. They said they told me it was the wrong size but it would get me home and back to a shop to get the correct size. This is 100% untrue. They never told me anything remotely close to that. So that's Texas Tire, anything to weasel out of accountability I suppose. Don't take your business there, you're not dealing with honest people. I'd rather pay $2,295 for a brand new differential and rear axels than be dishonest scumbag.

I'm editing my post because the business responded & asked me to call a number that I already…read morecalled TWICE, they tried transferring me to the store, no one picked up, & I called back & I spent half an hour on hold waiting for the customer service dept to pick up. I talked to the assistance store manager which supposedly spoke to the store manager. The store manager didn't give a flip about the situation. I don't have any more time to waste with this ridiculousness! Consumer beware of this establishment!!! I was LIVID when I found out my 81 year old grandmother was charged $100 for an oil change on a 2008 KIA RIO yesterday at Take 5 Oil Change in Hudson Oaks!!! The "tech" told her the regular oil changes last about 2K miles & the premium changes 5K! BS! I tried calling the store. It sent me to some call center where a woman transferred me to that location. At the store, it went to some automated answering that beeped & had no ability to leave a message. I called back. This time, I talked to a man that claimed he sympathized with the situation & said he was transferring me to customer service & they can handle the problem. Y'all, I was placed on eternal hold for almost 30 minutes. I was so mad that I drove to the store myself while still waiting for customer service on the phone that was never picking up. I walk in the store & the man sitting behind the counter was on his phone. I promptly asked to speak with the manager & he said he was the assistant manager. Hands shaking, and trying very, very hard not to completely lose my temper, I explained how one of his employees basically stole from my 81 year old grandmother & I was pissed! I told him I hoped he didn't condone this behavior & explained what had happened. I asked for literature from which they explain the oil changes prices. He goes out into the shop area & produces a disgustingly filthy & greasy plastic pamphlet that is in SPANISH. He said that's the only ones that have to show customers. What!? I ask about the $55 oil change. He says those aren't currently available because who is responsible for ordering the inventory didn't order the items needed for those changes (interesting). I asked about the employee that lied to my grandmother about the 2K verses 5K oil changes. He just didn't know (BS again!). I told him I wanted a full refund for them taking advantage of her & the fact she's on a fixed income. At that time, he proceeded to call the actual manager. He returns & says my grandmother was explained about all the options & he was sorry but there was nothing he could do. Wow, ok! So, folks, I just want to warn you about the deceptive practices at this oil change establishment. Who takes advantage of an 81 year old grandma? Take 5 Oil Change in Hudson Oaks, that's who! I'm completely appalled by the entire situation. I took pics of the receipt, the eternal call waiting for customer service to pick up, the filthy pamphlet, the filthy window & the horrible conditions of their bathrooms. Not that I would ever use a Take 5 Oil Change to begin with, but I dang sure won't now! My mechanics response was "criminal."

People will always love Joe T's. Why? That's a conversation for another day. 2. Angelo's is still the best BBQ in Fort Worth. Same great spot on White Settlement Road, and it's been delivering forever. 3. Fort Worth Tire & Service remains the most honest, dependable business in town. Everyone at Fort Worth Tire & Service has an incredible attitude. Every single person there is helpful, professional, and willing to go above and beyond. They're genuinely honest people who provide great service at fair--often surprisingly reasonable--prices. When's the last time you left a car or tire repair shop thinking, "They probably could've charged me more"? Instead of that familiar "I just got ripped off" feeling you get at so many places, I always pull out of their parking lot feeling confident and taken care of. And that's rare.

Do not go here!!! Sold a damaged tire…read more Wednesday I got an oil change and 2 used tires from Sam. Monday I was driving on the highway when my tire started rapidly deflating. I barely made it to discount tire before the entire thing went flat. There was no nail or visual puncture in my tire, but discount tire showed that the used tire i purchased was damaged and repaired but not up to code, it was temporary plugged rather than plugged and patched (I was not told that it had even been damaged in the first place). The tire was fucked. I called Sam to let him know that my tire gave out in 5 days and he said he couldn't do anything without the flat tire as proof... didn't know when I bought my tire Wednesday that I would have to bring it back flat on Monday. When I explained my situation I was told to "Stop talking" and yelled at in the store. Very demeaning and basically kept talking over me. He begrudgingly refunded me but as a young woman I would never go back here, they will try to take advantage of you. Very disappointed and the damage to my vehicle from a flat tire could have been grave.
