She is extremely friendly, professional, particular, knowledgeable, caring and tender. My dog is my whole world and so it's extremely important to me that he get the best care and I believe Dr. Heather delivers that.

I can't emphasize enough...if you love your pet, conside a different practice. While Dr. Anderson…read moremay be fine (only saw him once), Dr. Heather should be avoided. She rejected the diagnosis of the emergency clinic we had over the weekend, changed course, and we ended up in CSU vet hospital shortly after. We lost our dog, which had he received the right care for his pancreatitis, he would still be here. They knew we took him there, and yet they never called to follow up. I think her ego took over, offended they disagreed with her original diagnosis. She took too long to do blood work, rejected the labs and diagnosis of the emergency vet, and then didn't treat him quickly or effectively. My advice? Go elsewhere.
