I'm really being nice giving this three stars. The customer service was terrible, as the girl at the drive-thru window was very rude (By the way, they don't give you your food through the window right away; they give you a number and then you pull around to the other side of the building and wait for them to call your number, then you pull back around to the drive-thru window to get your food; kinda pointless and slow). The wait wasn't too long (still too long for a drive-thru though), and the burger was very below average. I got a cheeseburger, fries, and sweet tea. The only good part was the sweet tea. Best burgers in town!! My family LOVES to eat here the staff is si AWESOME and friendly they make us feel like we are at home! Our family from out of town always ask to go eat burgers here when they come in to visit they love it just as much as we do! Delicious burgers, gyros and fries. I know there are other things on the menu, but those are what we order whenever we were there. They do give you a ton of fries with each order. The fries are freshly cut. Definitely not frozen. Once when we were there, I saw the staff preparing the potatoes. There are not a whole lot of tables inside to sit at inside. There are a few seats outside, but most people drive through anyway! It's kid friendly, which is a big plus for our family. read more

I've always wanted to come here and try out their burgers. I heard that this establishment had a good reputation.  WRONG. This place had the worst customer service out of all the little hole in the wall joints I've ever been to.  The woman who handled my cash exchange was incredible rude and just literally took money from me, handing me my food and ignoring my presence for the rest of the time I was there. I had ordered 4 of their  "daily special for $5.99" which was supposed to come with a 4 drink 4 burger and 4 fries and instead was I got a big slap in the face from another manager who said that the special I ordered only came with 3 drinks and 4 burgers with just meat and cheese.  Who orders just meat and cheese between 4 different people??? She wanted me to  pay more money on top of my ridiculously overpriced meal, which was horrible, cold fries and burnt meat.  If I could give it less than 1 star I'd give it a freakin negative 6 stars. Terrible restaurant with terrible people working. This is one book you can pass on thanks to the cover. Kinda like you find a a musty old ricketty book in the library and the title is "COMPLETE AND UTTER CRAP." As you ride pass this little shack on the road, you can do the same. read more

We have been here multiple times & had good experiences. Today was NOT the case. We called in to order a cheeseburger & tots, & a steak finger meal. When I got back to work I noticed we didn't get our tots. So I called them back & told them & headed back to get my tots. I got back to work again only to notice that I didn't get any gravy with my steak finger meal. I called them again & explained that I didn't get any gravy & headed back a third time. When I got there I heard a lady yell from the back to the woman at the window telling her to tell me that I needed to check my order to make sure I got everything before I leave in the future. Then the same lady came to tell me that at the window. She was rude & seemed very inconvenienced that I had to come back twice to get what they missed on my order. Well I am SO sorry that I inconvenienced YOU! I wasn't rude at any point & not only was I not apologized to, I was not offered anything either to make up for their mistakes. When I left I felt as though I was the problem since I didn't make sure they did their job correctly. And my order wasn't even complicated!! So now I'm eating my cold food & I realize I don't even have a fork to eat my salad....done with this place! read more
