While my experience at Enterprise was pleasant, I didn't love the vehicle I was given. Nothing wrong with it at all; clean, new, just too big for me and way more electronically complicated for me. Told Blake about the rental, and he expedited my repairs to my car. Drop off at Enterprise was easy and they drove me back to Autobody Images. Seamless process and everyone I encountered was lovely. When I arrived for that appoinment I was told I should wait for it would only take 20 minutes. After a hour and 15 minutes I asked how much longer and was told they are finishing the installation. Another 30 minutes pass and I was informed that they needed a different mirrow and woud be contacted when it the replacement would arrive. The bottom line is for a 20 minute initial installation I was at this shop 5 different days a total of over 6 hours and the job was not completed for worthless explanations; could not get it calabrated, we need another time to paint it, we are ordering a new one etc. The last visit I was told the car was being washed and it would be ready in 10 minutes - a complete lie. I asked for the manager and was told they were having problems installing it. All these visits I was misinformed, actually lied to, on the time frame to replace the mirror of which none were accurate. I left without the mirror replaced. Went to another shop, part was ordered and when it arrived, I waited while they replaced in in 55 minutes. I have used RPM a number of times with good results, but this experience could not have been any worse. ps I have never written a negative review before - but I feel this is extremely warrented.

They gave me a repair estimate of $17,335.18 on October 15, which seemed reasonable, and I assumed work was being done. For over two months, I waited with no updates. Suddenly, on December 5, they emailed demanding the loaner back immediately and threatened a police report for "failure to return a rental vehicle." I called their rep (Alfonso), who said he would extend the loaner--he never followed up. That evening, the loaner was remotely disabled (Valet Mode) while I was driving, stranding me overnight in 20°F snowy/rainy weather on a busy DC street. I had to pay for towing myself to avoid freezing. The next morning (December 6), they called police (Rockville and Prince George's County), claiming I failed to return the rental. They also told officers my Florida license was "fake" or fraudulent. Police cleared me immediately. I repeatedly explained my disabilities (immune-compromised, OCD, ADHD, anxiety) and asked for accommodations to get my medication and belongings from the loaner (less than ¼ mile away at a friend's house). They refused and left me stranded without transportation or meds ever since. Now they demand over $14,000 in storage/rental fees--almost as much as the repair estimate--yet no work was ever done on my car. I have video, emails, bills, and records. This was unsafe, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Avoid if you value safety and clear communication.
