And i also like that when he is finished with repairs his employee will hand wash your car for you because of the dust that gets all over the car from the body work and environment in general. The proprietor, Young An, is the Mr. Miyagi of car repairs (if Mr. Miyagi were Korean instead of Japanese). He has fixed cars for 30 years and can do both internal and external body repairs. Following a bad scrape-up on my door, he replaced the door, did a full touch-up paint job on all scratches around the car, and even did some cleaning and vacuming inside of the car. All of this cost less than half of the insurance co.'s total estimate. I highly recommend this little out-of-the way shop. Just be ready to pay with either cash or the insurance-issued check - personal checks are understandably frowned upon. Also, the proprietor's English is a little shaky. But all this just adds to the charm of the place. read more

The "Service Due Soon b12" and "Check Airbag System" notifications came on in my 2012 Honda Civic. The dealership said $345 for the b12 and $140 for the airbag check. HAAAAAAA-no. Mr. Young saved me $300 dollars and a lot of time. He explained what I actually needed and what could wait till later. He even offered to drop me off at Starbucks while he worked on the car so I'd be more comfortable and have Wi-Fi access. When he picked me up a short while later, I noticed that the exterior was gleaming and the interior was spotless. Amazing especially since I ate an Everything Bagel on my morning commute earlier that day and several bits of "Everything" had landed on various parts of the car. My car has found a new Doctor and Caregiver. And he looks like an Asian Winnie the Pooh. read more

The experience we had with Mr. Young and his body shop has been thoroughly pleasant and we are very pleased with the work and the time it took to complete the work. Initially, we had some concerns but after talking with him on the phone multiple times and meeting him F2F, our concerns were put to rest and we decided to put our Mercedes in his hands. Mr. Young was very earnest and always followed up with us when he said he would. If we had further questions and/or concerns, he would promptly address them as well. We hope we won't have to utilize his services again, but we now know who to turn to if we ever need any type of body work done on our vehicles. This is the second time I've had a car repaired here while I wait. Mr. Young beats his estimated time every time I've brought a car in. Today, he had said he would just evaluate and probably have to order parts to fix my old car's problem. Much to my delight, in about 45 minutes, he told me it was done, and the charge was very reasonable. The last time I had more extensive body work needed and had taken the car for estimates at 2 other shops. Young's price was far below the others. His work is excellent and his charges are very reasonable. read more

Mr. Young is the most amazing mechanic I've ever met! My car was hit on the passenger's side and looked like a smooshed sardine can. Not only did Mr. Young fix my car good as new...he also got it back to me in record time. He cleaned it inside and out and it looked just beautiful. He worked with me and saved me lots of money. I didn't feel like he was taking advantage of me either. He was very respectful and explained what kind of work my car needed. He also fixed a second car that I have that I thought was too old to be repaired. It kept running hot. Mr. Young had the car up and running in 2 DAYS! This is a fantastic place to repair or do a facelift upgrade on your car. The owner (Mr. Young An) treated me like I was his first and last customer. He thoroughly explained the entire process of work he planned and even offer me to stay in a safe area in his bay to make observation. After Mr. An completed my car, my old Toyota looked brand new and most of all, it drove like a brand new car! The amount of time he needed was more than reasonable and most of all, his estimate was very attractive compared to other well known body shops. I cannot believe people like Mr. Young exist! After my car was hit from behind, I was unsure of where to take my car for repair. My online search showed that Youngs Auto Body had good reviews, so I took the chance, and I was NOT disappointed. The place is tucked away at the end of a cul-de-sac where several auto mechanic shops are located. Do not let the looks of the place fool you. Mr. Youngs auto shop is no-frills, but the service is STELLAR! They pulled my car into the bay immediately for evaluation. Mr. Young offered to give me a ride home, and as we were leaving, I saw that they had already pulled my car's back bumper off! How quick and efficient! What amazed me was just how patient, friendly and courteous Mr. Young was. He kept me updated on the status of the work, which he actually completed ahead of the time he had initially given me. My car was clean when I picked it up, and it looks great! My intention is not to need auto body work again, but in case anyone reading these reviews does, trust me. I came here when my car stopped working on I-40. The store was owned by a funny Korean man who lectured me (like a dad would) about watching my heat gauge. My car had a busted radiator and on e of the chambers of my oil gasket had blown so that my car was 400 degrees. They replaced everything for $400 and did a thorough job explaining the process and showing me what they did. They also get bonus points since I accidentally left my wallet in the car which was returned safely back to me. read more

Unbelievable, personal service, for a fantastic price. Repair job on bumper/fender $500 cheaper than a competitor. Car cleaned inside and out, vacuumed immaculately without being asked. When I dropped the car off, I'm asked "How are you getting home, sir? Let me drive you, and I'll pick you up to bring you here when the car is ready". This shop was outstanding. My son rear ended a lady at relatively low speed. His insurance covered her car but my son was paying out of pocket. Quotes ranged from $3500 - $6500 from body shops in Annapolis. On a yelp recommendation we called Young's to get a quote. The owner, Mr Young An, gave us a full service quote and then proposed options for reducing the cost. We agreed on a price and left the car on a Saturday morning with a commitment to have the car available the following Thursday. On Tuesday afternoon (2 days sooner than committed), I got a call from Mr Young saying the car was ready. The work that he promised would be new (lights, bumper, grill) were perfect. The body work (hood latch, radiator bracket, hood) and the touch ups were better than represented. He even changed the wipers saying the old ones were worn out. The car was cleaned inside and out all for $1720. You never want to pay for auto repairs but when necessary, it's at least to have the work done fast and within a real budget. I am a Young's Auto Body Shop fan as long as Mr Young is in the mix. Our experience was awesome and I'll definitely recommend his service. Thank you very much! read more
