I had started my company when I was 27 and had little to no leadership experience. We were successful but I felt that we could have done a lot better if we all were able to communicate better and support each other more. Now, I run a food business, in CT. Again, we are growing at a rapid rate and it's important to build our business with strong leadership and open communication.
