They thought we wanted individual therapy even though we booked a couples counseling appointment. If you are queer and want to work with this practice, I recommend vetting their qualifications to treat "LGBT" people. Since it's listed a lot on their website, it's worth inquiring. It also looks like a fair amount of reviews for this practice are written by non-clients. I suspect that their rating from clients is lower than it appears to be.
