They NEVER returned my calls (two of them). I finally decided to call the second they open and amazingly on the third time they answered the phone set up an appointment...YAY...Which got canceled the day before the appointment. Played phone tag and got a replacement appointment which they ALSO canceled the night before the appointment. I love how they put you on hold when you press option four to speak to somebody and then they send you to voicemail, and then never return your call!!!!!! I hope the doctor reads this. Changes need to be made!

This is my life, and seconds are ticking away. There must be 1,000 endocrinologists in this city! I don't need one who overbooks himself.
