The best exchange experience I've had! I was gifted a pair of beautiful Rosalie sandals by a friend and needed to exchange them because the shoe runs terribly small. I decided to pop into the flagship store in the Nordstrom building to attempt to make the exchange while in my way to go pick up my daughter. I was joyfully greeted by Nina, the boutique manager, she asked that I hold a moment to be serviced while she was assisting another customer with a purchase. Instead of having me wait, she tagged in a Nordstrom sales person, Christina, for help to prevent me from having to wait. I truly appreciated her calling someone else to collaborate with her instead of me aimlessly waiting next in line. I explained what I needed, Christina said she would be more than happy to assist me and Nina assured me that my size and possible others if needed were in stock. The ladies worked quickly and pleasantly on my exchange while making sure they answered any questions and addressed concerns regarding my exchange and anything else I was interested in. I even caught a glimpse of Nina servicing the other customer and I noticed they too were pleasantly satisfied. Aside from loving my shoes and the CL brand itself, the customer service and utterly amazing energy these two gave while shopping is unmatched. Nina C. Is the Goat. So, I experienced an issue with a shoe I purchased a week ago. There was a manufacturer defect, that prohibited me from wearing them. When I called to inform the CLB store what happened, Nina took the call. When I tell you she took care of me, I mean I left feeling impressed on her service skills. Not only did she get me a replacement, but she also had my receipt ready, before I arrived at the store, at the register. Wendell is EVERYTHING!! This was the only store in town with my size, color, and height of the heels that I'd been drooling over. I'd called to make an appointment to let them know that I was coming in and was unsure about sizing. I hate going into luxury boutiques bc of profiling, but there was none of that mess at Nordstrom. Wendell was very patient, professional and down to Earth. The pair that I had originally wanted did not work out for me (painful AF lol) but Wendell pulled several pairs of shoes until I found my perfect match. I've frequented this location several times and today I had the best experience with Nina and Annette. I came in with concerns as I ordered shoes in the store, and was assured I'd receive a call in 3-5 days when they arrive. I was a bit worried when a week had gone by and I didn't receive a call. Both Nina and Annette handled the circumstance with the upmost of professionalism and grace. I don't know that had it been anyone else assisting me today with this, it would've been handled in the same manner. Absolutely worst experience EVER. I bought a pair of Louboutins for my wedding, and the representative offered to have them signed (for no added cost), which of course I said yes. Imagine my disappointment when my shoes arrive and they wrote THE WRONG NAME. (Originally signed to Frank, but my fiancé's name is Kyle) These were $1300 shoes that I was going to wear and photograph, for my wedding- absolutely ruined and unwearable! To make matters worse, the manager, Chrissy Jackson, told me she found the last pair in the company and was sending them to Paris to have them resigned, I just needed to send my ruined pair back. I then found that this was a bold faced lie- as someone tried to rub the wrong name out, and paint over them with the correct name on the old pair of shoes. These shoes are now even worse, and look like a toddler scribbled on them. Christian Louboutin should be nothing short of EMBARRASSED of how his customers are being treated. These are expensive designer shoes- not cheap knockoffs, and to send a customer this and hope they wouldn't notice is absolutely unacceptable. Came here to try out the Bianca 120 and asked an associate for it. She proceeded to give me the shoes to try on. While trying it on I realized it was way too high, I took it off and checked out the heel height. It was the 140. I said, don't you have the 120 here? She says "that style never came in a 120"..."it only comes in a 140" Are you telling me that you know more about Louboutin shoes than the website itself??? I've been eyeing that style for daaays and you are dismissing me just like that? Found the Bianca 120 at Barney's on Oak Street. (Based on other reviews of the Louboutin store on Oak St, I decided against going there as well) Definitely learned my lesson in calling for a style and size first before venturing out to a store and dealing with arrogant salespeople. read more

I have been a big supporter of your brand and have purchased numerous pairs of shoes. None of my shoes have lasted more than 3 wears without looking unwearable (my Target shoes last over a year, are a fraction of the cost, and I wear them the same way). After trying to get the shoe repaired, I was told by the repairs department to send them in and they would take a look at them and help me out. I did that, and one of my shoes was lost in the process. UPS blames Louboutin, Louboutin blames UPS and I am going on two months of dealing with trying to get a resolution on a daily basis. What is funny to me is the amount of money you have spent in man hours is significantly higher than if you had just resolved the issue easily for both of us. Your customer service "manager" is telling me your "investigation" determined it's not your fault and UPS also determined it's not their problem, and I am missing one of my $1000 shoes when you were the ones who told her to ship the shoes in for inspection and I followed the instruction to a tee (it's on video at the UPS store. I asked if it could be escalated up the chain of command and was told that your company doesn't engage with customers above her job and refused to assist further. Is this how this company really works or was this employee just unaware of how customer service works? Really would like to hear back. It seems to me your company really only cares about celebrities and influencers, when it is people like me that are actually spending my hard earned and not just being given free shoes. Absolutely an amazing shopping experience. This boutique offers a great selection and the customer service is second to none. Wendell was able to help me find the perfect boot but when it arrived, it felt too small. I returned to the store where Boutique Manager Chrissy helped me find the perfect fitting boot. I was right in between sizes and she patiently helped me try on and re-try on two different sized boots. She was pleasant and extremely helpful on selecting the right size for my foot. This is my second shoe investment from this boutique and I will definitely return when I'm in the market for another set of Louboutins. If you are in the market for a great shoe (which will last you for years, mind you), ask for Chrissy and she will literally roll out the RED CARPET for you!
