Let me start out by saying that the service was great and I left with a cat, hence 1 of the stars lol. But the food just wasn't good, sadly. We got the mozzarella sticks and nachos with chicken. The mozzarella sticks were horrible. The breading was too thick and it was burnt. Some of them didn't even have cheese inside. The chicken on the nachos is the kind of pre cooked sliced grilled chicken you get in the deli section at the grocery store to put on a salad. Absolutely no flavor and rubbery texture. They had huge chunks of uncooked bell pepper on the nachos. The tiniest little containers of salsa and sour cream were $1 each. Chips tasted stale. Queso was cold and shredded cheese wasn't melted. Just awful. But again, the service was great so I'm adding a star. Can't say I'll ever be back lol. read more

Happy hour prices, best $11 I ever spent. It was a good cheesesteak. Prob needed a little more meat and better cheese melt. It was Thanksgiving week so we got a Boobie (turkey dinner) Egg Roll. As a reporter, it's tough to come by great service when traveling the country to cover the NFL. Thays why when I stopped in here, I was pleasantly surprised when I came across Sean and Jules. They made my time here at the bar very enjoyable. They were very attentive when making sure my drinks were full and they were respectful with everything else. Drinks were poured fairly and food was decent. Would highly recommend this place. Definitely worth the visit. read more

This was by far the absolute worst karaoke experience I have ever had in my life. I waited for nearly three hours and never got to sing despite putting my name in for several songs. Meanwhile, I watched the same people get up over and over again, about three times apiece. So therefore, there is no fair rotation whatsoever at this place. It was really bizarre. I also noticed that the same people who were singing over and over and over again would go up to the KJ and consult him while looking at and arranging the slips. So obviously, it's not actually a public karaoke bar where everyone is welcome, but just a clique of people who all know each other and don't want anyone new to sing. I wasted my entire night. I feel like a complete idiot having warmed up my vocals and gotten all dressed to go out. Instead of a fun night, I sat there like a total loser and got excluded from the entire karaoke experience. It was awful, depressing, and totally lame. The people there were not at all friendly, and would actually look away if I was trying to make polite conversation. There was one person there who was friendly, though, and she told me that the only reason she was able to get up to sing once time, was because her husband knows the whole group of regular singers. She said he hasn't seen them in a long time, and tonight was sort of a reunion for them. She said "apparently you have to know people to be able to sing." That is not the way that karaoke is supposed to be. The bartenders themselves did a good job, but the whole night was ruined by the jerks and the KJ. I don't understand the good reviews. I assume they come from the same clique of people who exclude newcomers. I'll never return. read more

I used to come to this place regularly when I lived in the area.(Was there many times at closing time). Jen is a great bartender when I was there. Friendly staff and customers and has that Cheers feeling. You won't be disappointed with the food, especially the food from the chalkboard (Soups are creative and good) I want to keep it a hidden gem, but probably too late. I was looking for a dive bar and it certainly is one but I was a little disappointed with the service, bartender was not especially knowledgeable about local offerings or very friendly. They have the best wings, and chicken quesadilla, their food is banging. The bar has a very friendly atmosphere feels like family. If you don't feel safe for some weird reason they will walk you to your car. Always a fun time when they have kareoke. They have great beer on tap. And coolers. Amerto sours always good. Even if you can't drink. But you can only drink just soda they will always refill make you feel comfortable about it. You have to love their cheese steaks yummy. We stumbled across this place on our way home from Delaware Beach and ate, the food was good and both the cook, barmaid and owner was very friendly and down to earth. Lots of games and a place for live music, although we didn't get that opportunity given it was a Sunday afternoon and with Covid restrictions. We want to come back and stay the night at the near by hotel and enjoy a band here one of these days. Nice roomy place NOT in the mall but you could walk there. Prices were good, parking available and clean bathrooms. Perfect for all things that we needed during our quick stop on the way home from another trip. read more

I moved my daughter to UD and stayed for 3 nights. I'm from South St. Louis City and there's practically a bar/dive bar on every corner. I prefer the nice neighborhood dive bar where the drinks aren't over priced, the atmosphere is homey and the patrons are friendly. I found that here. In fact, I went there 2 out of the 3 nights I was in town. I didn't try their food so I can't rate that. Bartenders are very friendly and the karaoke was great. I would highly recommend this bar if you're in the area. In fact, I'm going back in October to visit my daughter and you will definitely find me sitting at the bar! read more

Good food, good beer and nice bartender. It's a nice, friendly neighborhood bar with food that's a cut above what you would expect. We had a burger and a crab cake, which were hand-made - not mass produced and frozen. The fries were also good. Good beer selection too - about 15 on tap, with something for everybody (including cider). Pretty active darts scene and a few sports stations on. Came last night to shoot pool with a friend. There was a tournement going on but they were only using 1 table but were assholes and made us wait, all night in fact but it was ok for a few reasons. 1. Both me and my friend did silent but deadly fart attacks while passing there table all night. 2.$2.50 draft is nice plus decent drink specials. 3. Staff was really friendly and fun. 4. Had a big outdoor covered smoking area. (I smoke and it suck having to go outside to smoke in the rain etc.) 5. Karaoke on thursday and fridaynights. And am coming again tonight and bringing my friends. I didnt know they had food so mabie Ill try something tonight and repost my review. There are a few downsides while everyone was really cool and down to earth, those fucking pool douches really bumbed me out. But at least we made one of there ladys sick with our butt smog lol. Have been there several times to give the bar a try. It's definitely a nice atmosphere especially when they have good bands and get a good crowd. Bartenders leave a lot to be desired. One bartender has been rude and ignores you every time we have come in. We are really good tippers but feel if they weren't splitting tips (most bars do) I wouldn't tip her at all. We have started to going other bars unless a really good band is playing to try to avoid having a rude bartender and when we do go we try to get the attention of the other. read more

I am disgusted with this place! I've been in once the service and drinks were ok. But when my 59 year old mother went in with friends and was treated badly I would never go back. They should evaluate they way their staff treats customers. I work in retail and have never put my hands on a customer. Not only did my mother spend plenty of money on food and drink but she is an awesome tipper and very polite to everyone. But the server was rude after they had ordered food and drinks and also grabbed her by the arm while my mom was heading to the bathroom telling her she was not aloud to go that way. Why on earth they thought it was ok to grab her like that rather then just telling her is beyond me. read more
