We ordered the Ham & Brie on a pretzel bun with cheddar, Granny Smith apples, and apple butter, along with the Fish & Chips with a beer-battered fillet, lemon, and remoulade. Everything came out exactly as expected, and the flavors worked really well together. The Ham & Brie had a nice balance of sweet and savory, and the Fish & Chips was crispy and cooked well. Also had a mimosa with brunch, which was a nice addition. If you're looking for a brunch spot in Lititz or just a place for good food and drinks, this is definitely worth checking out. read more

Outside dining available, over 90 degrees, at the time we visited Around 3 pm . The Inside was cool and rustic. Order at the bar pick your table in the bar or lounge area, or outside. Limited items but enough to choose from the theme is a British public house. They fully embrace that feeling I got bangers and mash , I now what a Cumberland sausage taste like, pretty good reminded me of a good breakfast sausage. The mash must have been made with turnip and potato as it was slightly sweet, onion gravy was spot on as were the carrots. The spouse went with the quesadilla. she stated the steak was really good. Ice tea for both of us . unexpectedly water was available for any one from a tap near the doors. Plastic cups, no purchase needed. Great idea! We shall return, nice place and good food is hard get any more. $42.30 plus tip we always tip at 20% ( or the spouse gets testy.) but the server / cleaner didn't get the idea it was for her, I actually had to say " this is a tip, for you! First time here so we had to sample some authentic English dishes. Shepherd's Pie- Sausage rolls- Scotch egg- Fish & chips- Seafood salad- Wait, what? Sticky toffee pudding- Everything was very good except the scotch egg was very overcooked. The shepherd's pie and sausage rolls were especially enjoyable. My husband chose the Inn attached to this pub, because he saw such great reviews of the pub. The food at Bulls Head Public House exceeded our expectations, and so far as of day 3 of our vacation, it is the best food we have eaten. My husband got the corned beef and I got the chicken and leek pie. We did have 1 issue, related to there being no servers in the pub. The very busy bar tender heard my husband wrong when he ordered food at the bar and we ended up with an extra entree. My husband chose to eat the cost, but not the chicken salad, because he was so impressed with the place. Besides that 1 issue, we would definitely go back. Having driven two-plus hours to reach Lititz, Pa, we were happy to see this establishment directly across from our parked car. Having never been in an English Pub before, the novelty of placing ur luncheon order at the bar and then finding a table was interesting. We ordered a Scotch Egg, which we found interesting, and two ham and brie sandwiches. The entire lunch was great. And their bathrooms passed the cleanliness test. Our first visit to Bulls Head Public House was a hit! We enjoyed the true British Pub atmosphere and vibe, the menu was great, and our lunch was delicious. Across the table we had fish and chips, tomato bisque, and sausage rolls. It's seat yourself, orders are taken at the bar and the food is delivered to your table. Busy spot in a great location. The traditional 'pies' sounded really good - the pie of the day was steak and Guinness. All dishes coming out of the kitchen looked fabulous. This was our first stop after arriving in town. We stopped for lunch. When walking in the bartender told us we can sit anywhere and grab a menu at the door. We chose a table in the room next to the bar and checked out the menu. You have to order everything at the bar and they give you a number to put at your table. Once your food is ready it is brought to your table by runners. We ordered a Scotch egg, rice bowl, bulls head burger and four different draft beers. The food came out quickly and was flavorful. Bulls Head caught our eye walking around downtown Lititz. Seeing that it was English Pub food, we decided to go for an early dinner. The food was great and the menu had every pub staple from bangers and mash to fish and chips. The style of service is different to most American restaurants as there is no table service and everything is done through the bar. The staff was really nice explaining this to people who asked, and there are directions on ordering set on each table. We sat close to the bar and I could hear how helpful and friendly the bar staff was to everyone who came in. We got our food pretty quickly and enjoyed a beer while we waited. read more

Hands down fave British pub in PA. I stopped in for dinner on a Saturday evening and sat at the bar. I had bangers and mash... Their root vegetables are delicious. I'm not even a fan of cooked carrots, but there are out of this world. They did not have Fullers ESB on tap, but a different ESB that I had not tried, and it was equally as good. Went there for our 26 anniversary. The meal was great. We sat in the dinner room. We had peace and quiet. Would go again.

My husband and I went here recently, for a second visit, about 1 year apart. We live about 1 hour away! This experience was almost as good as the first time when our food came out hot! I ordered Bangers and Mash which was as delicious as the first time I ever had it. Mashed was not hot! The whole meal wasn't hot, really. They took it back to the kitchen and it returned much better. This is a pet peeve of mine. Why can't the kitchen make sure the food is HOT when served?? If you love beer they have many on tap! People are friendly and it has a cozy atmosphere. read more

Bulls Head sets the standard for modern pubs. Inside is all the wood and traditional decorations that you'd expect to see, but the menu and options on tap will appease today's most picky and intolerable of Karens (but please don't bring them with you). FOOD - START WITH THE PUB FRIES. They're shareable, but you won't want to. The scotch egg or sausage pasties are also great starters if you're looking for something smaller. For the main course, don't miss out on classic British pub dishes like the bangers and mash (daughter's favorite), the fish and chips (hubs' favorite), and the Shepard's pie (lamb! Not beef). My go-to is the chicken tikka masala (there's a vegetarian option that's equally delicious) and the steak and chips (flat iron steak and more of Those yummy fries). If you're looking for more American classics, you can't go wrong with the burger. Everything they serve is more elevated than a traditional pub, but nothing really fru-fru. You'll leave full and happy. DRINKS - If you like a variety or have a large group of folks with different tastes, you'll find something for everyone here. You won't be able to keep up with all the options on draft, so I recommend going to Untappd (if you have that app) to see the most current options. Always get the Brew Gentlemen or South County, if they're on the board. ATMOSPHERE - it's cool and traditional on the inside, and though it sometimes feels cramped with all the people around the bar area, there's plenty of seating in other areas. High top and low tops are available. Outside there's limited seating on the sidewalk, but a whole section of tables down the alley that offer a bit more privacy anyway. Order at the bar, get your serving spoon table number, and a runner will bring you your food. You'll have to carry your own drinks though. read more

The fare was spot on; the atmosphere, cordial; decor, authentic and order, was placed with the bartender. A double order of fish and chips, served British style, on newspaper, two massive, crunchy, slightly greasy, delicious - OMG I'm in heaven, cod filets - accompanied by a thick cut of fries. The only disappointment was their "seasonal salad," mostly made of greens, four slivers of pickled daikon, two tiny cubes of candied beets, three sad, wilted, roasted carrots clumps, doused in a ton of spritely lemon vinaigrette. read more

Had a nice dinner at Bulls Head. The beer selection is great and the nitro brewed double chocolate stout was super smooth and delicious. For appetizers we had the pub caesar salad which was very good and the nachos which were okay but too salty. Be aware they are made with potato chips, not tortilla chips. Then had the chicken leek pot pie, burger, and the kids pasta and hot dog and fries. The pies had a nice crust but were extremely scant on the chicken inside. It was mostly broth with maybe 2 or 3 chunks of chicken. The burger was good and the kids liked theirs. It's a good place for a beer and some of the food is pretty good. Authentic British pub foods. We ordered shepherd pie, chicken tikka marsala and buffalo chicken wrap. Shepherd pie gravy was delicious, a bit runny than other shepherd pie I had. Tikka Marsala was delicious and not spicy as expected in a British pub. Fries were also great with a good amount of seasonings. We also ordered sausage rolls before. Not as nice as the Aussie ones. I had been to Bull's Head four times. The only thing to be aware of is the seating. It is always busy and no reservation. You have to grab your own table and then order from the bar. They will give you a spoon with a number to put on the table. Waiters are only responsible for cleaning the table and bring the foods out. This is not a four star dining place. However, they do have a proper waiter service, fancier dining restaurant on the other side of the pub. Unfortunately, every time we went there, it was 2 to 3 hrs wait. read more
