I have been going to Doctor Sia for over 10 years. I have always enjoyed my visits here. I recently made the choice to get Invisalign and not only are payments easy the treatments are pleasant. Doctor Sie is so sweet and caring. It isn't about getting her patients in and out the door, she takes her time and makes sure you are happy with every visit. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I came here a few years ago when my mom's dental plan assigned us this dentist. So I showed up for my appointment, and lo and behold, she tells me I have two cavities. I haven't had a cavity in my adult teeth, ever. So I was a little surprised. But I said, okay, just go ahead and fill them in. She offered me the regular filling or the super bonus nice clear filling that doesn't look like you have a filling. Unfortunately, the super bonus nice one isn't at all affordable for someone in college (and I wasn't about to make my mom pay for it). She hands me a mirror afterward and I notice that the spots she's filled in were not cavities at all. I've had one tiny little black speck on each of those teeth for years, and they've not gotten any bigger in all the years I've had adult teeth. They don't hurt, they don't feel hollow, they just have black specks on them. So they're not cavities, thanks, but I didn't realize it until after she had already filled them in. So now I have two ugly metal fillings where there was NO cavity and now I cringe at the thought of a big, open mouthed smile (something I was accustomed to giving prior to this visit). I was so bitter and angry afterward that I couldn't even use the free toothbrush she gave me. I chucked it in the trash because the thought of it made me upset every time I went to brush my teeth. The best dentist I've ever been too. Kind, attentive staff and top quality service. Referral from a family member. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Flexible times, will call with an opening if there's one available. All the hygienists are thorough and pleasant. Never a bad experience. Insurance use and cash payments never an issue. Never had a cavity so I make her life easy. I have recommended her to friends and they also enjoy her service. I've been going to Dr. Sie for more than two years now. I have never had problems. Her staff is wonderful! Dr. Sie herself is great! I'm usually a little apprehensive with dental work, I don't particularly care for the sounds of the drill. Once I'm in that chair, I feel calm knowing Dr. Sie will do an excellent job & she always does. I recommended my husband to go here - it had been a few years since he had seen a dentist & he was very happy with the outcome. He ended up having a few procedures, two fillings and one root canal. He was happy with the outcome and no longer "fears" going back. Her staff does an excellent job of calling you the next next day on major dental work to see how you're feeling. Dr. "C" , Ann, Sonja, and Kathy are a Phenomenal Crew.....OMG!!!! they make you feel like you're part of the family. Everyone is on a first name basis. I hate going to the the dentist. But not with Dr. Sie and her brilliant staff......Dr. Sie always lets me know how I'm doing and what needs to be corrected. She's the best shot giver I've ever had with a dentist. I always have a hard time with x-rays....poor Sonja I feel sorry for what she has to go through with me.....but she makes me raise my feet and breath through my nose.....and amazingly it works LOL!!!! Sonja and I always talk about our Personal Summers LOL!!!! and cooking. Although I'm jealous....she has loss weight and walking everyday. My teeth are cleaned every 4 months not because they're in bad shape...my insurance allows for me to have that many cleanings. Kathy....the gentle Dental Hygienist...she's very thorough with my cleaning...she tells me stories of her days in school and some of them are funny and unbelievable. Listening to her stories makes you want to brush and floss every hour on the hour LOL!!!!! I've been going to Dr Sie for about 4 years now and I've been very consistent with the 6 month checkup and cleaning. For the past 3 years, I've been getting didn't have any cavities, so the only work done with check up and cleaning. But the last year, I ended up with a root canal and a crown. Dr Sie had missed the cavity on one of the 6 month check up which did not had an X-ray done. Then 6 month later, the X-ray showed a cavity too close to the nerve to do just a filling. The crown done was sealed OK but there is a gap between the crown and the teeth adjacent to it, which cause food particles to constantly get stuck in between. I went back to Dr Sie asking the crown to redone. She refused to redo the crown. I'm considering going to a different dentist to redo this crown since I don't want to end up losing the teeth due to a decay underneath the crown. For same year, I also had 3 teeth with sensitivity. This was due to hair line crack in these teeth. Dr Sie said that she recommends crowns on all of them. I had asked how I can be getting so many teeth with hair line cracks that I never noticed until I the sensitivity started. Dr Sie thinks I may be clutching my teeth at night or there may be teeth movement. I ended up going to a different dentist, who recommended a more conservative approach of veneers, instead of cutting the teeth down to the core and crowning it. I'm disappointed that Dr Sie did not recommend preventive measures for multiple hair line fracture teeth. A good dentist would say "I noticed you have 10+ teeth with hair line fracture. Let me recommend you a night guard and a retainer." But I didn't get such recommendation. I'm also disappointed that her check ups is not throughout to catch the cavity at the 6 month check up.. which ended up as a root canal on the next check up. I'm also disappointed that Dr Sie's recommendation on crowning all teeth (instead of a more conservative approach). I'm also disappointed that the crown done had gaps between adjacent teeth and she refuse to redo the crown. The office staff is nice, there is very little wait time and Dr Sie doesn't try to 'sell' you services you don't really need or over charge for anything. But considering disappointments on the major work done from Dr Sie, I'm not returning to this office. read more

I wish yelp had a rating system similar to EBAY. There should be a category simply titled "BEWARE". My husband WAS going to Dr Christine and on his last appointment 7/12/12 I had asked him to make me one as well. He calls and tells me that I'm all scheduled for Today July 16. So I drove 20 minutes to find that their office was closed. I arrived at 9:40 Am for a 9:50 appointment and the door was locked. I call the office number and I get an answering machine. I leave the building at 10:03. i call the office again and I leave a message. The office calls me back and tells me that they don't open until 10:00am. Who the hell gives out an appointment time when the office is closed??? They even wrote the wrong date on the card. They wrote july 6 instead of the 16th..i guess my husband took a time machine to schedule me that appointment. And i love how they highlight that they will charge $20 for a late or cancelled appointment but yet they can not honor their appointment. BOOOOO all the way. The front desk must be really bright.... on the appt card they also wrote 9:50 pm and changed it to am. Since when is a NEW patient at fault for arriving ten minutes prior to appointment. Boy does the medical profession love to pick and choose. oh yeah...BEWARE. read more

Dr. Sie is the only dentist that my family trusts. She is head-and-shoulders above every dentist that we have ever used. We would keep seeing her, except she doesn't take our current insurance. But she's so good, that when something important comes up, instead of going to our covered dentist, we go to her and pay cash. read more

What is really a bonus is the accommodating hours the office is open and being flexible in changing an appointment as I have very odd and changing hours. The attention to detail I have seen time after time in the cleanliness of the facilities after anyone has touched is outstanding. Dr Sie is a great self promoter but a very dishonest and uncaring dentist. She hurt my wife who is a pretty tough cookie just doing a routine cleaning. Like the other reviews suggest, she seems to have no empathy for the pain she puts you through. She does not have the latest technology so she grinds scrapes and grinds on your teach during a simple cleaning. Also she is selling you on expensive services during the entire visit. She kept tyring to sell the expensive invisalign braces to my wife who said on numerous occassions that she was not interested. She also diagnosed a suspected cavity, despite two experienced dentists in the past 6 months saying she was cavity free. When we asked for the x-rays to to go to another dentist for a second opinion on this suspected "cavity", she balked and said it would cost us $25 to provide a copy of the x-rays. Really???? My family will never visit her office again. I strongly suggest you go somewhere else. read more

Deserves ZERO stars!!!DO NOT GO TO THIS DISHONEST AND UNFRIENDLY OFFICE!!! I wish I would have checked yelp prior to going to see Dr Sie. I had a similar experience to Angeline's. First off, the staff is odd and not too friendly. I realized why after I meet the dentist herself. She has a horrible bedside manner and no intertest in the pain she may be causing you. She actually acts irritated if you tell her she's hurting you. I notices they wee trying to upsell us (my son, fiancée and myself ) on everything. Then we had all these problems I never heard of before, and we go to the dentist for cleanings religiously. So, my son and I went in for fillings. They had totale he had 4 cavities, 2 baby teeth and 2 adult, ends up they were all baby teeth which he is 11 and on the verge of losing anyhow. The receptionist got very upset when I questioned that she had told me different. We all heard what she said. She lied. I had a gap where the dentist told she would fill so food wouldn't get caught, as soon as I ate food was in there. So I called. The receptionist was rude and condescending and I asked for our X-rays, she explains they would charge me $20 for each ( of course ) after as a family we had already spent over $600 there. My next phone is too my insurance company to let them know how shady this provider is. DO NOT GO HERE!!! read more
