I am writing this review on behalf of my wife. Dr. Sibbach suggested deep cleaning, and a request for authorization was sent to our dental insurance. The request was rejected and an appeal was submitted, which was rejected again. Despite her knowledge of dentistry, Dr. Sibbach was unable to provide evidence that the recommended treatment was necessary. She argued that the insurance company did not want to pay and that insurance had different requirements. However, it is the patient's dental health at stake, and if a treatment is necessary, it should be performed. Despite this, we have not received a clear answer to our question, which is: is the deep cleaning needed or not? Is it merely a recommendation and that the teeth are not that dirty? read more

We called Sarah after she had closed because a temporary had fallen out right before going to dinner. She was so kind and told us to come in so she can fix the tooth. She stayed longer than she usually would and it was after closing. That is a true doctor who cares about her patients. Btw just a heads up the clinic is so clean and spotless and sanitized. Dr. Sibbach, her team (Jeanine -- I hope I am spelling her name correctly) and her hygienist are very professional and informative of the process they are taking with your dental work. Dr. Sibbach saw me an hour after I called her office. I was in an incredible amount of pain that came out of nowhere and she had never seen me before. She had to deal with me constantly interrupting her so that I could put icewater in my mouth to cool the offending tooth to stop the pain so she could take a look. It was a non-stop nightmare and she handled it with grace. I can't be thankful enough for how she treated me. Oh, and she called me later that night personally to check in to see how I was doing. I called and specifically asked if they accept Delta Dental PPO insurance, which they replied yes they do. I was charged for my check-up and x-rays, which I have never paid for in the past. It turns out they misinformed me. When I was telling them multiple times that I never paid in the past you think they would have told me it was because they are premier and not PPO but instead they just stayed silent and made it seem like they had no idea why I would have to pay. They even gave me a quote for retainers and said I have to completely come out of pocket for them. I told them multiple times that I had retainers before for my upper teeth, and my insurance paid half. I told them I knew I was eligible for lower retainers, and I know my insurance will cover half because I was going to get them with my previous dentist. They insisted my insurance did not cover anything instead of telling me that they were out of my network. Before you go here, check with your insurance to make sure they are covered because they will not tell you anything if you are not. read more

I love the service I get at Sibbach Dentistry! As soon as you walk into the office, it feels like you walk into a high-end spa - this office has a very contemporary feel and looks so fancy! ;) The staff is also so welcoming and really work hard to make sure you feel at home. Let's face it, I'm not a big fan of going to the dentist :/ but Dr. Sibbach and the staff have always exceeded my expectations and I don't mind coming here at all. Dr. Sibbach and Carlos, the assistant, really make a great team, they are a combination of kind, professional, and funny. Veronica in the front is always so welcoming too. This office is really well decorated. Other than that, this was the worst dental experience I've ever had. I was searching for a same day appointment, so I thought I'd try this office. It was the biggest mistake ever. They did take me same day, but there's a catch. They required me to have two visits. So they cleaned one side of my mouth, then I had to come in the next day to have the other side done. I forgot to mention, that without any notice, before the cleaning they administered several shots on the inside of my mouth. I felt sick and awful after this. I've never needed anything like this in the past. They said this was routine for a deep cleaning. For the second day, I requested that they bypass the shots, and they did. They are extremely pushy and aggressive with their agenda. Therefore, I do not recommend this office. read more

I like many hate going to the dentist, but knowing I had to put on my big girls pants I made my appointment. Making the appointment was a breeze and was given several options to fit my schedule. I was blown away on how amazing the office looked. I felt like I walked into a spa, which was very calming. I filled out the paperwork and was seen right away. Who doesn't love being seen right away. Carlos introduced himself and explained everything that was going to take place. He was very engaged which help take my mind off everything else. Dr. Sibbach then introduced herself asked me if I had any problems or concerns. She was very knowledgeable and very interested with my concerns. I felt like I was the only patient. She even took the time to teach me a couple of exercises to help ease my TMJ. Which have been very helpful. The hygienist cleaned my teeth without being to aggressive. She went over a treatment plan and was very thorough. I am pleased with the wonderful over the top service that Dr. sabbath and her staff provided. Her teeth cleaning service is very thorough and detail. She was very kind and even took the time to teach me how to properly clean my teeth and what types of food to avoid for cavity prevention. I brought my dad to Dr. Sibbach for a long overdue dental check up .. he needs a lot of stuff done.. I can't believe he got 6 cavities. But she is amazing and energetic and very through with a plan to help him.. My dad thought he can put it off thinking it can wait.. (what I am saying is preventive care is very important .. you only get one set of adult teeth)..
