When we arrived there was a barn and we entered and Amy greeted us. She was so sweet and joyful. She showed us around and sorry I can't remember the mens names who drove a wagon out to the the fir tree section we wanted. My husband picked it out while I shopped their amazing barn. I had shopping bags of unique gifts for everyone on my list! Then they offered warm apple cider (delicious). The young men helped tie and wrap our tree. They were all so kind to us. Felt like family. Oh, and of course we had to use the bathroom before we drove our long ride home. Next year we will go with our kids and grandkids and make it our new tradition. The pic doesn't do the tree justice. The reason I didn't give it five stars is because they don't have any inventory anymore. We went here this year for our Christmas tree as we have for the last 10 years and they didn't have anything over 5 foot tall that wasn't pre-cut and pulled in from Canada. It looks like they've experienced some very poor inventory management over the years. So we ended up purchasing a pre-cut tree, about $100. And it was dropping needles everywhere when we decorated it later that day. 10 years ago I would've given them five stars, but now only three. I hope they're able to recover because this family friendly place truly has potential.

Our family has a tradition of getting our tree, ordering a pizza and watching a christmas movie as we decorate the tree. The only problem was we didn't have a tree. I called Pinecrest to see if they were open and I was delighted to see that they were open till 6pm. We drove up and were maybe one of 3 or 4 cars there. The staff greeted my family and I warmly, and even made a few jokes. The rain was miserable and it was cold, as dusk set in and we ventured out into the fields. While we didn't find a tree out in the fields that suited our needs, their pre-cut trees were gorgeous. We picked an absolutely beautiful Douglas Fir tree that looks and smells incredible. The staff, took great care in preparing the tree for transport to our home. We paid for our tree, picked up a few pine branches, and our kids really enjoyed the free hot cocoa. We had the best experience and will make Pinecrest our new destination for our family Christmas tree. The Farm was quaint, clean, and a true joy. It wasn't overdone with all of the kitsch that you find at other places and felt like a true, old-fashioned, country tree farm. Best tree experience ever!

I remembered the first time I visited this place I and saw their cute merchandise and trinkets I knew I had to come back. The merchandise they carry is similar to Hobby Lobby, or T.J. Maxx's merchandise for home decor, gifts and trinkets except more unique and a tad bit more expensive. But I love anything unique that's not mass produced with that unique personal touch. But a lot of their merchandise are marked higher than most places. They have a nice variety of selections from jewelry, to baby gifts, home decor, snacks, cute pens and pencils for the office, etc... But if your gift shopping for someone and want a special non generic gift or looking for something unique for yourself and for your home this is the place to go. Their merchandise also comes in different styles from contemporary to traditional pieces which appeals to different tastes. Awesome!!! And their shop is coordinated by color. Sometimes they have discount specials... where if your first or last name starts with a certain letter in the alphabet you save 20%, and they also have a rewards card. I go here even if I'm not visiting someone in the hospital. But because this place is located in a hospital parking can be hard to find. But I recommend checking this place out.
