This is best out there. Explains fully and never a miscommunication. You never want to get the wrong tooth plastered anyways.

Got me in for a dental cleaning at the very last minute…read more My cleaning was six weeks overdue, and I was worried about a tiny stain (not really noticeable by anyone but me) that looked like a light brown spot on a tooth in the back. If it was plaque, it could calcify to become tartar and then become a cavity. Fortunately, it was just a stain and they removed it in a second. I was so relieved! So glad that they accommodated me! Squeezed me in somehow just two days after I called them!

Otherwise, you take this on at your own risk. Dr. Stanley Lin would do anything, including damaging your teeth, to make huge profit! My Dental hygienist wrote down '14 - L root caries' on the clinical notes. '14 - L root caries' means a cavity on the lingual (tongue side) root surface of tooth #14. It can be done with small fillings. However, when I went to see Dr. Stanley Lin (the owner of Kifer Park Dental). He kept insisting that I needed a new crown, and it would cost $2,000. And for tooth #13, which has no cavity. He told me that if I don't get a crown for tooth #13, it may need a root canal very soon, which cost me another $2,000, totally cost is $4,000. I regret trusting his advice, but I did because he had been my dentist since 2021. However, I am old (over 50 yrs old) and my teeth was week. He should have known that I needed to avoid unnecessary dental treatment. He removed the old crown on tooth #14 and also removed the existing silver filling on tooth #13 during the same appointment. These two teeth are right next to each other. I'm older now, and I couldn't handle having both procedures done in the same appointment." But did Dr. Stanley Lin care? No. All he cared about was charging me $4,000 for new crown that it was totally unnecessary. What was the worst part? I'm older now, and my tooth was already weak. During the procedure, he fractured the root of my tooth #14. And for tooth #13, it already had a deep silver filling. He removed too much of that filling, exposing the root and causing an infection in the tooth. After the procedure, I felt intense pain in my tooth for a few days. I knew something had gone very wrong. I called Dr. Stanley Lin's office and told them that Dr. Lin might have fractured my tooth (either tooth #13 or #14). I wanted to come in to see him. Dr. Lin assured me that the pain was mainly because the crown was temporary, and that the pain would go away once he put in the permanent crown. I didn't believe him anymore. I told him that I needed to see an endodontist and get a CT scan to find out what had really gone wrong. The result was that tooth #14 was fractured, and tooth #13 had an exposed root. Besides paying Dr. Lin $4,000 for what unnecessary dental treatment, I now have to pay the endodontist over $5,000 for the root canal on tooth #13 and the procedure to treat the fractured root of tooth #14. Dr. Stanley Lin is a very greedy, and an unethical dentist!! Don't go there for dental treatment. He will do whatever he can to damage your teeth to make money out of that!

He is transparent, diligent, thorough, and communicative, always taking the time to explain procedures, discuss options, and answer questions clearly. He listens carefully to patient preferences and priorities and incorporates them into his treatment plans, which has made me feel consistently respected and well cared for. Something that I particularly appreciate is that he takes before and after photos or even just FYI photos of teeth, so I can verify what's going on. His services are so good, that when I moved to the East Coast for nearly a decade, I still chose to keep him as my dentist, arranging visits whenever I was back in the area because of the high level of care I receive. His combination of clinical excellence and professionalism makes him, by far, my favorite dentist, and I recommend him without hesitation.

Interestingly, after we arrived, we were asked to wait outside until we were notified that we could come into the office. Once inside, I only waited a couple minutes, before a very attractive lady led me inside and seated me in the dentist chair. She (Ruby) and Dr. Din looked over my denture, took it, and an hour later I was out the door. Very friendly office, lots of laughter, and would highly recommend. The cost did hurt a little until the Duchess paid the $500+ bill. Nice to have the Duchess around.

She is very unhelpful, ignorant, unresponsive, and often lies. I had an incident with her where she told me my cleaning would involve no meeting with the dentist as they were out of town unless we rescheduled it. We rescheduled my appointment. Fine! After my appointment, she informed me that although I thought there would be $0 out of pocket expenses, as usual, my cost for the visit would actually be $100. That is no small surprise fee! Turns out it was because she rescheduled me from the dentist who is in network for my insurance to the one that isn't. When I asked her if there would have been this copay if I didn't see either dentist in person, she said no, there wouldn't have been. Another very nice woman who also works in the office had to come up to me to correct her and tell me that actually yes, there would have been. So is Dee lying or misinformed? If she's misinformed, how is she so misinformed about integral parts of her job? When I tried to get in touch with Dr Singer or Dr Tully about this issue, she firewalled me by saying that any questions or comments would have to go through her, and she would forward them along. Yeah right. As if you're going to forward a complaint about yourself. I think it's ridiculous that she's also preventing me from getting in touch with my own dentist 1-1. Due to Dee's irresponsible and malignant behavior, I've decided to unfortunately leave the practice. I hope she doesn't try the same shit on anyone else.
