I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Wong and his entire staff at the dental office. The Staff is always friendly, professional and very caring. My dental health has improved dramatically, and the overall health has improved as well. Over a period of five years Dr. Wong has treated many problem areas in my dental history including oral surgery and referrals to other medical specialists. I was seeing Dr. Wong for unidentified pain and he's diagnosis has always been perfect. Something that has changed life was a referral to a sleep study, which resulted in a Sleep Apnea diagnosis. I have been using sleep therapy since March 2023 and the face, neck, and pain that I have been complaining to him for over five years has disappeared. I have been a patient of Drs. Wong & Barretto for several years, but yesterday was my first time having had major dental work done through their practice. It was time to have an old, failing crown replaced. It's always a stressful experience for me when I have to get in the dentist's chair. However, with Dr. Wong, in a short amount of time I realized I was in very professional and skilled hands. Through his hands, I literally sensed the confidence and artistry with which Dr. Wong removed the old crown and prepared my tooth for the new crown: His hand movements were deliberate, very steady, very precise, yet very gentle, and I'm happy to say that I had a painless experience. I am also thankful for Jenny, Dr. Wong's assistant. While prepping me before Dr. Wong entered to do the work, she explained everything to me and made sure any questions I had were addressed. Jenny has a calming manner and was helpful in getting me to relax before my procedure. Early on, it was apparent that she and Dr. Wong work seamlessly well together, as if they had done this procedure countless times (and I'm sure they have). I was amazed at the perfection of the crown and how well it fit. No adjustments or shave-downs were necessary. My first bite-down was perfect! I had an urgent dental issue and called Dr. Wongs office. Jordan was helpful in getting me an appointment ASAP. When I got there I was quickly taken back and Amanda gathered the information needed to help diagnose my problem. When Dr Wong entered, he was briefed and spend time to evaluate what the issue may be. He stopped to explain what the concern may be and put me to ease. Finally he gave me a referral in case things got worse. As someone who does not have dental insurance I felt comfortable with the services I received at a very reasonable price.
