I ordered their mushroom pizza a couple of times. The last time it was made with barely any mushrooms on it. I called to complain and offered to show pictures. However, we ordered 10 hot & sweet wings...when we got the wings they were plain with no sauce or any seasoning...bland. we also got 10 wings garlic parmeasan...no flavor at all...a small cup of butter...very disappointing. My wife and I stopped in today after shopping in Jeanette today. We live in Mars Pa., an hour away. I can't wait to go back. Christopher was the best host I could have ever asked for. Pizza was fresh, delicious, and of the freshest quality. We were made to feel beyond welcome by Christopher. He talked with my wife and I and told us wonderful stories of his life and his business. I feel like I've connected with a new friend. This was such a beautiful experience. In my opinion, the perfect place to have a few slices a few beers and enjoy some great company. I normally don't complain about restaurants, especially when it is a busy day for them....but I can't keep quiet about this. My husband called Christopher's Pizza to get some pizza and wings. He was immediately put on hold, which I get because they are busy. Five minutes later my husband hung up and called back because no one ever took his order. The second time he called he said he had just called and been put on hold and forgotten about. That person took his order but did not apologize or try to explain. The gentleman asked my husband to slow down because he was talking too fast (he really wasn't), so he repeated himself (he sounded like Flash from Zootopia. The guy took the order and all our info, and told him it would be a little over an hour. We called at 5:30. When we still didn't have our food at 7:06, he called back and was immediately put on hold again for 2 1/2 minutes. When someone answered he asked if he could find out where our food was. The lady took his name and number to check....and he was back on hold. A guy picked up and my husband had to repeat why he was calling. The guy then said that they didn't have an order under that name! What??!!! We waited an hour and a half to find out our food wasn't coming because someone lost our order. My husband hung up on the guy. Like I said, I don't like to complain, but that was just ridiculous!! I understand they were busy because it was the Super Bowl, but how many years have you been in business? How many Super Bowls have they worked through? You think they would have figured out a system by now. We have 2 children under 10 who were waiting for pizza. They had to eat chicken nuggets instead. We will not be calling Christopher's again! The shop is conveniently located along Route 30 for easy order pick-up or for dining in. The eating area is small, but one can choose to dine indoors or outdoors on the small, enclosed patio. Tried the wings today and ordered them spicy and they were not spicy at all and they had a funky flavor, like perhaps the wings were not that fresh and they were not cooked at a high temperature to make them crispy. Maybe their other items are better ? Pizzas or calzones or strombolis ? Olives and Peppers had the best strombolis ever. Do Wood Fired pizza in Irwin is quite good and I can't wait to try A slice of New York Pizza. Based on this first experience, I am not inclined to have a repeat performance by the staff at Christopher's. read more

Try the sausage pizza and perogie pizza. They are so good! Such good cheese flavor on all the pizza. We have been going back for years! EDIT: (after reading other reviews) don't mind "miserable" employees.......keep in mind they have to deal with your "miserable" selves so maybe think about that; (tongue in cheek). Maybe you need to tip more next time. They still make damn good pizza!!! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst customer service. Ordered a pizza for delivery on THEIR website... was supposed to be delivered in 50 min. called at a hour and a half they said they were understaffed and it was on the way. 30 min later called back to check in. Said it was on the way. Called back 30 minutes later they said I was supposed to pick up my pizza and that it was sitting there for 2 hours. I asked if they would make me a new pizza and they said no they would only re heat the 2 hour old pizza. Refused to refund my money or do anything for me except have me pick up a 2 hour old pizza when it was supposed to be delivery and I was told it was on the way twice. I have been in town for 2 nights while traveling. I had Christopher's delivered to my hotel room both nights. The food is awesome and the employees are great. Both times my food arrived before promised time, it was hot and fresh and as I ordered it. Night one I had a pizza with pepperoni, a salad and garlic knots. The pizza was cooked perfectly, plenty of pepperoni and arrived hot. The salad was just enough to be able to make me feel like I ate something healthy and the knots were flavorful and came with plenty of dipping sauce. Night 2 was meatball pizza and Carmen's wings, OMG the wings are amazing!! Crispy, great sauce and arrived hot. The meatball pizza was also cooked perfectly and had plenty of toppings. This place is great and will be my go to spot when in the area. read more

I have given up on Christopher's Pizza. I have ordered from them about 20 times over the last 2 years. About 40% of the orders were good. The other 60% were burnt, under cooked, wrong items and the last straw was ordering a chicken spinach specialty pizza that arrived with no chicken on it. This place is so inconsistent and has an owner/managers that just don't care. If you call them to report a problem, they are borderline hostile and act like you are an inconvenience. They are very overpriced for the quality of product and service that they provide. I will not order from them again! There are far too many better places around. read more

There is a big difference between the daytime and nighttime employees. The daytime employees are attentive, friendly, and have mastered math. The nighttime employees on the other hand are full of attitude, lack any sort of math skills, and refuse to wear belts (I honestly do not need to see your crack as your unloading my food). The last time we ordered here was for pizza delivery a little past dinner time. We ordered a large pizza, wings, and a salad. Our drivers shorts were so loose and honestly we believe he wasn't wearing any under crackers. We received a medium pizza so we over paid by $3. Surprisingly that is the difference between the medium and large price. When I called I was given a lot of attitude and claimed the difference was a delivery charge! It feels impossible to find a really great pizza place, these days. Christopher's is for sure the best in the Jeannette area. We've ordered a few times and it hasn't tasted 100% what it has been in the past, but usually, they are pretty good! Delivery is fairly quick, but if you choose to pick up, they get your food done pronto. Fresh mushrooms, not canned, which is always a bonus. I recently moved to the area and discovered Christopher's and I'm so glad I did! The food is incredible! I've only had one problem (they forgot my garlic dipping sauce) and they immediately issued a credit for it which I used on my next order. Staff has always been friendly (to other reviewers who have had a problem, treat others the way you would like to be treated.) and my food has always been delivered hot and fresh.
