My daughter and I went here on Sunday. She got a pedicure and her technician was great. I got a…read moremanicure and my technician, Ann, was not great. I felt my manicure was a rush job. Ann used a very course file to file my nails down then didn't follow up with a finer file so my nails felt rough. While doing my cuticles she cut me and neglected to use cuticle oil on them. While painting my nails she tried to upsell me on getting my eyebrows done by her and I declined. That didn't stop her, she was persistent by telling me how good she was at eyebrows and how my eyebrows had no shape to them. I politely declined again. After that exchange, Ann opened up her phone to text another client while she was working on me. After the painting was done, no offer of a nail dryer was ever made. She took off to her next client and I sat with my daughter during the rest of her pedicure waving my hands to dry them. I decided to say something to the nice lady at the checkout, who heard me out and agreed that the service I had gotten was subpar, so she had another nail tech try to file my nails better and apply cuticle oil. My nails today, each fingernail is chipping. They look terrible and I will have to remove the polish. It hasn't even been 72 hours since my manicure. The only reason I gave 2 stars is the place is clean and they did try to salvage the poor work done by Ann. If you go here, make sure you get Quinn. She was very nice and helpful and did a nice job trying to fix a bad manicure.

I had heard the management changed and I was needing a quick manicure and pedicure, so I decided to give it another try. My total before tip was $76 for a basic pedicure with regular polish and a gel manicure. I walked in and was greeted by a very friendly nail tech, who asked what I was looking for. I have very very short nails (stress nail biter over here!) and she I typically dread having to show them, but she was kind and helpful!! My pedicure was very relaxing and the polish is perfect. My gel manicure transformed my nails and she really took the time to tidy them up. I especially loved the massage and lotion. It was busier than expected for an early Friday afternoon but the whole staff was attentive and quick. Overall, it was a great experience and I will definitely be returning!!

My husband and I went into together and I got my mani/pedi and he got a pedicure. The price for regular manicure $30 and regular pedicure $40. I had a gift certificate for $70 and my husband's pedicure was $40. The owner said we owed an additional $50 not $40. The prices listed were available and it clearly said $40. They turned me away once and told me to come back in 20 minutes if I had other errands to run (which I did) so I appreciated the fact they told me and made sure when I came back, that I got in right away. The women here are also friendly and will do everything in their power to make you feel comfortable and relaxed after a long day at work. I usually go during the week when it's less busy and during those times, I have someone doing my pedicure and another person doing my manicure. They sit you in the big massage chairs in the back and aaaahhh. I recently got shellac and it wasn't that great (that's why I deducted a star) and started chipping after 2 days. That was also on a day when I went in on a Friday night and they were a little more busy. I got it again by another technician and it's still on after 4 days, no chips! It just depends on which tech you go to so find someone you like. They also listen to you if you have special requests with waxing. I told them exactly how I wanted my eyebrows done and they listened and did it. I've gone in a couples times and they had taken too much off but mainly because I have one eyebrow that is a little thinner than the other and have to let them know what to do to make it appear even. Many other places I've gone to have the same issue with my eyebrows so I don't hold it against them. Overall, they are a fantastic nail salon and I will never go to another place again!

They still stayed late and gave her the prettiest polkadot gel nails I've ever seen (admittedly I'm not a pro at this type of thing)!! super friendly, I don't think they said bad things about us but I didn't have my Apple EarPods translators on so I'm maybe just being optimistic but go check them out.
