This place is very accommodating to your schedule. They are always fully staffed and barely make me wait. Everyone is very nice here. The bad: My acrylic nails have always lasted over 2 weeks when I go other places but when I get my nails done here, they need a new fill sooner than 2 weeks. I wish I could give this place -0 stars, people are rude,absolutely no conversation...it's the most unsanitary nail shop I've ever been in. the man who did my nails had the most messy nail stations I've seen, to start off he kept dirty cash tips in the same unorganized drawer that he kept the unsanitary like actually crusty nail clippers which he cut me with when cutting off excess acrylic from his horrid job.. he went WAYYYY TO FAST even tho the shop was empty. He did not even prep my nails properly, and used a rag/spray Bottle he pulled from his unsanitary station drawer to take the dust off instead of having me wash my hands in the sink 10ft away.he went way to deep when using the electric file,They could not give me a simple gelly/sparkle ombré, and when I chose an alternative they literally did not have enough polish, I still have excess acrylic on my nails and fingers aswell not to mention how uneven the acrylic job is. I came here yesterday for a pedicure, which was very relaxing for me & the gal did a great job. I was not offered water or a soda. When I went to the counter to pay, I was charged $3 more than usual. I asked what the extra $3 was for & was told it was for the color. What? I was told I chose a 'premium' color (gel...it was plain RED) but I was not told at the time it was 'premium' or that I would be charged extra. I owe this establishment an apology. I went there a couple of months ago on a day that my normal place was closed. They took the polish off my nails and started getting really animated that my acrylics were no good! I figured they just wanted money for a full set. I had words with the owner or tech and l left with nails having only the polish gone and the initial sanding. I recently started hitting my nails against things and they felt bruised and hurt for days. Last full, me person was having issues with one nail. It would not cure as quickly as it normally would. Jammed the finger on a plane and was in excruciating pain for days. Took the nail off and my real nail was rotten to the point that I lost 80% of that nail. Have since removed the rest (painful as hell) to find all but 2 of my bails in fungus and dead. I wish I would have asked questions to understand why their recommendation. They really tried to help me and I was a complete ass! The pedicure I got was wonderful. read more

This is my now go to place to get a pedicure. They have been very nice and consistent everytime I have been there whether first thing in the morning or an hour before they close. The foot tubs are clean and they use new tools along gloves while working on your feet/legs. read more

Not my favorite spot but I came here in a pinch when I was killing time while getting an oil change. They were able to get me right in but they did a rush and rough job. My nails were all filed differently and unevenly even though I asked several times for them to be corrected. The worker would kind of file them down and then just move on without asking me if I liked it or anything. They also didn't listen to me when I said I didn't want the sugar scrub because my skin is sensitive, and then seemed to get irritated when I asked them to wash it off as I reminded her I never wanted it in the first place. Every nail is a different shape. I asked for round but every nail has a slightly different shape. When I showed the nail tech the color for my nails (a zoomed in photo of me in a dress), she commented on my body and showed her co-workers. Thank you for pointing out I'm beautiful, but I didn't want that to be seen by people I didn't know. The power was out and they were doing their best, but the nail tech I had was extremely rough on my nails and cut my cuticles multiple times; another tech even told him to slow down on filing but he did not. The nail techs did not collaborate with each other so now I have two different shades on my toes and nails. When I asked one of the nail techs to fix my nails after we were done, he told me to "suck it up" after I already paid $110 for crappy nails. I'm not normally a yelper, but this is one of the worst places I have ever gotten my nails done at and I normally never get my nails done and I had a special event that coming weekend. read more

I made an appointment for two pedicures. They got us in slightly before our appt time which was nice. They were very busy. The temperature of the water to soak my feet in wasn't very warm but no one came back to check. Once my tech sat down I said hi and asked how her day was...she said hi back and left it at that. I watched her dump out a basket with some used instruments and old foils that were pulled off of someone else's fingers or toes. She put the instruments on her work station and then trashed the old foils. After taking my old nail polish off, she proceeded to pick up a DIRTY instrument!!! I asked her, if they were dirty, she said, "Oh, you want clean ones?" ..... UM YEAH! Bottom line....that is disgusting and can spread fungus! I strongly suggest an appt if you go on the weekend especially. I called and they said 10 minute wait which was totally fine because I was 10 minutes away. Was seated right away and only waited 2-3 minutes for someone to prep my nail polish removal (I had shellac and those of you that have had shellac know it's a bit more of a process to remove it) I had a french tip manicure with shellac. The guy that did my nails (didn't catch his name), did a pretty good job, not the best but I am pretty happy with how they look. Price wise it is pretty much the same as where I used to go when I lived further North... it was $30 for shellac manicure with french tips (white tips for newbies). This salon was my favorite, until I brought a friend with me to get mani/pedis. It was a Sunday afternoon and they were a bit busy. We were happy to wait and said so, it gave us a chance to catch up. After a 20-25 minute wait, we were seated in the pedi chairs and 2 ladies started to help us. The woman doing my pedi, told me in no uncertain terms that the next time I planned to come in with a friend, I should make a reservation. Had we come in separately would she have said something? I doubt it. Unfortunately, as business women, sometimes planning ahead and trying to schedule around work and families is difficult. This was a whim, a one time spa afternoon. By this time, we were the only two clients in the salon, so I felt her admonition was a bit unnecessary. I felt they were worth another try, so I have gone back a couple of times since. I have felt rushed, my services are not performed in a professional manner, and I no longer feel like they value my business. I just got my nails done and they sprayed WATER on my hands in a bottle labeled ALCOHOL. We're in a pandemic, no excuses.

I usually love coming here. I even bring my sister sometimes. I came in about 4 and they were super busy and asked if I could come back in a half hour. This was no problem for me since I had no appointment and I was willing to wait. When I was finally seated, a lady came and started filling my nails down and burned me multiple times to the point where I was bleeding. She left an older guy started to work on me. He put some kind of liquid straight on the cuts, when I tired to pull my hand away he just pulled it back. I ended up getting my Gel dip nails done for over 2 hours, not including the wait time (which wasn't an issue) I asked for a medium length coffin, I didn't get anything close to that. And I asked him if he could do an ombré, he said yes that's perfectly fine. But when he did it, it looked so bad that the manger came and fixed it. After he "fixed" my nails he went over to my dad and asked if I was just super picky when it came to nails. I found this extremely rude and unprofessional. I just wanted what I paid for. I ended up leaving paying $38 and am sad to say I will never be going back. Many of nails are crooked, horrible shape, and unpainted spots. HoI have to pay more money to go and get my nails fixed somewhere else. read more

I still have scabs from when they have cut me. They argued about which color I should get. Not letting me just decide. They burned me with water and the hot towel. They argue about which pedicure you should get by saying that the products they use on the cheaper one are full of chemicals. Maybe there just shouldn't be chemicals in the products. Every time I started bleeding he just wiped it away and kept going where I was already bleeding. I've gone back seeing if they just had a bad day. Nope every time they cut me.
