Highly recommend George and Diamond Steamers for deep cleaning and floor restoration work…read more Sharing these before and after pictures, which honestly don't do enough justice to the difference in our kitchen tiles post George's cleaning work. Our tiles were not professionally cleaned for over 20 years and the grouts had turned black and the tiles itself lost its original look significantly. After the cleaning work, our tiles were literally back to when we first moved into our new home. This week we will be having him clean our hardwood floor which has completely lost its original state. He performed a small test to show us the difference, and have no doubt we will see similar success with our hardwood floors as well. We had two rugs cleaned here and had our money refunded…read more The staff was very friendly and ensured us that they could get our stains out. On the first attempt the rugs came back soaking wet. When we mentioned that the rugs looked like they were still stained, the staff informed us that those areas would lighten as they dried. After they dried they only got darker and looked worse. The owner offered to pick the rugs up again for a second cleaning. They picked the rugs up again and wanted to keep them over the weekend to ensure they were clean this time. Again, they were soaking wet when they brought them back. They looked a little cleaner, but the stains were only lighter and now there is a damaged spot one of the rugs. The owner informed us that every chemical available was used, but it still didn't help.

I have texted the pictures as all appliances, some shelves are not cleaned.(Refrigerator, Kitchen shelves, Oven, Dishwasher). They came back in 20 min (An old lady in their team was already cussing!!) and again cleaned it partially(Mentioned that the stains won't go away). I checked later and they agreed to come on Sunday 1 PM to clean it again because of some other emergency they could not come that day!!! Guess what, they came at 11 AM before the planned time 1 PM. I was not present on Sunday but my owner was and he cleaned everything by himself and these folks since i am not present there came back to me and mentioned that everything was cleaned. I was initially overwhelmed that they cleaned everything by the pics they sent but came to know later that the work was done by my owner not these folks. Who does that. They LIED to me that they cleaned the bathtub and commode stains. And didn't do their job professionally. Nothing about them is professional and they are too lazy to do normal basic cleaning, I have to follow up with them multiple times and still of no use. The most lethargic people i ever met. Was wondering how these folks were given the contract. MY OWNER GOT ANOTHER CLEANING SERVICE and CLEANED THE CARPET TOO WHICH COSTED AROUND 400$ AGAIN BUT THEY DID IT PROFESSIONALLY. This time, it was pricey for what I had done and my carpet was soaking wet still an hour later with 2 fans running over the larger area. It was $169.00 with tax. That didn't include a tip and I always try to do that for a service, so I tipped separately. They cleaned the stairs (15) and an upstairs living area of mainly the open area and the walkways leading to that area. There was furniture in the room and they cleaned around it. After about an hour with the fans on and AC lowered to help dry, I got my wet/dry vac and sucked out more water/moisture and then got out the super big fan. In all, I had 4 fans running over the areas all night and they are finally drying. The carpet is older but still, it shouldn't have been soppy wet like that. Not sure if I will use them again. May need to find a different cleaning method with less water.

Carpet was cleaned and after that procedure was done, the tech sprayed a "protectant" down, I have yet to find out what this chemical is exactly. My wife called and spoke to Rachel, who assured her whatever was placed on the carpet was then extracted by the machine, HOWEVER, that's not true. I watched the tech spray something from a bottle and then proceed to rake the carpet, nothing was then "extracted" nor was the machine run over the carpet again. After the tech left, our dog became extremely nauseous, lethargic and struggling to breathe. We had to take her to an emergency veterinarian, after a series of tests, including all types of blood work, was able to determine she came in contact with some type of irritant or poison. We were there for close to 9 hours! This is a healthy 5-year-old dog who JUST had her bi-annual checkup last week. I called the next day and had Rachel call me back, told her the situation and only then, did she back-peddle on what she initially told my wife about this product being extracted back up because I told her I watched the tech spray it on and left it. She tells me this protectant is safe for pets, but when I asked for the MSDS sheet on this product, she tells me she will email it to me. Well, a whole day has gone by and guess what? NO EMAIL. These sheets should be readily available. Finally, a day and a half later, I finally get the SDS on this product and it's classified as a "Hazardous Chemical" per OSHA and causes irritation when breathed in or ingested, which this tech sprayed from a bottle, in mist form, 5-6 feet away from me and my pet in an unventilated room. Nowhere on these sheets sent does it say "safe for pets or children" as they claim. I called OSHA and the manufacturer, and both agreed this should not be applied anywhere close to people or animals and only is it really safe after it has dried. At no time did this tech tell us to stay off the carpet for X amount of time, or we would have done that. If you're a pet owner and love your pet like we do ours, then you can imagine the stress and anguish it was watching her struggle like she was, not knowing really what her outcome will be. I emailed this company to let them know what the product they use has done and the cost of our vet bill, which again, have had no response. So, if you have pets, or children for that matter, do not use this company. Only in it for the almighty dollar and could care less what damage they do. I don't need to post pictures of the vintage rug as it looked great already, but they were able to get out the funk that has been on there for who knows how long. I was amazed! The wool rug looks SO much better than when I brought it in. They sealed off both rugs with Fibercare to prevent further stains. My rugs looks great in my house and they don't smell! All in all, I am thrilled and I couldn't recommend this place enough. I wish I was closer but I will definitely be back with my rugs for future cleaning services. Reached out to her last Thursday, and we both agreed on Tuesday, 9am for my appointment, here in Ovilla, Texas. Mike arrived promptly at 9am, and what I thought was horrific carpet damage, (thanks to my sweet dog Trixie) Mike thought nothing of it. He had the spot repaired in 15 minutes. He cleaned and repaired the spot, vacuumed, picked up after himself and was loaded up and gone by 9:30. They take exceptional pride in customer service.
