10/10 experience. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I had two reservations over my week trip, one at the beginning and one near the end. I was able to pick up a hoodie & socks the first go around, but they had no silver. The second time, the silver must've restocked, because I was able to get a double floral, 20" paper chain & dagger pendent! I totally understand the frustration with some of the comments not being able to get in or low stock. I've been to nearly all of them stateside since Christmas this year and it's seems to be low stock everywhere. If you really want your grail, best bet is to do a special order!

This was my first time shopping at Chrome Hearts in Waikiki, and honestly I was a bit nervous before coming because I had read some not-so-great reviews. But my experience turned out to be completely the opposite -- it was absolutely amazing. The sales associate who helped me was incredibly genuine, patient, and attentive. He took the time to carefully explain each piece and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. There was zero pressure, only great energy and sincere service. This experience totally changed my impression, and I'm so glad I came. I'll definitely be back!

I have heard too many things about this place... let me say not good things LOL because of these yelp reviews LOL. I am very grateful to say that my shopping experience was wonderful because of my friend who works there. He took the time to let me try on and recommend me what styles I should go for based on what I was looking for, especially because I am still relatively new to the brand. The interior of their showroom is amazing. Sporting a big ass chrome hearts sign in the front and a boujee chrome hearts couch near the entrance as well as a chandelier, and crosses lining the staircase. Jewelry is mainly on the first floor as well as apparel. The second floor is gold jewelry and more apparel. After shopping here once I get the hype... Will definitely be back but only because my friend gives exceptional service. LOL

Definitely recommend making an appointment here while you're in the area. They did not have exactly what I wanted but they had a very close match which I ended up purchasing thanks to the woman who helped me in there I don't remember her name but they were very nice and helpful didn't make me feel unwelcome or anything. So the selection is not perfect but amazing that they have all this here on the island available. The value to me is worth it because it's cheaper than other designer stores but the quality is still very good and very fashionable. I already want to go back

Sweatpants, safety pin chain, dagger pendant (on right) and coin pendant + chain were purchased at this location

The staff was able to squeeze my boyfriend and I in for a quick browse during one of their appointments. The seller will follow you around but that wasn't really a surprise or problem for us. They weren't super kind or enthusiastic but I feel like that's mainly because of the demographic that usually enters the store. After purchasing sunglasses and speaking more to the employees, they were much nicer and upbeat about talking about their products :) We went into the store 2 more times and they remembered us / were nicer ! This store didn't seem to have many silver-only jewelry options other than pendants. There was a lot of pave diamond jewelry though! The interior is pretty cool too. I would say the only things that aren't really worth it are the clothes (especially the ones that are not embroidered or intricate whatsoever) You can make an appointment really easily online, and the website states that this location requires one. + if you've been to the LA chromehearts, this will be much more fun as there are more items to look at :D

The Merrie Monarch vibes must have kicked in and I had to finally pop that cherry. I initially went with my hula family and used that time to soak everything in. The next day I went back alone to purchase a few items I couldn't stop thinking about. Both Nāpali and Hōkūpa'a hyped me up during my visit and all items I tried on was sold on the spot. Countless hugs and mahalo were exchanged during my encounter with them. Again, I had to go in a third time just to mahalo your (business) ʻohana during my trip to Hilo! Just about a week later I figured I would "window shop" again during my lunch break at South Shore Market and I was able to catch up with Hōkūpa'a. Then after some time of being educated about the items at the store I was sold again - resulting in me purchasing even more items than I did in Hilo! More hugs and mahalo were shared that day. I can't thank Nāpali a me Hōkūpa'a and the rest of the Salvage Public ʻohana enough for your continued legendary service every time I visit.

He didn't know where they got it from. Then he found a small in the other shirt he received and the male sales associate asked if he had a gift receipt. No, we didn't have one. So he asked "when did you receive it?" My husband said on May 19. He said "Oh, that's more than 30 days-we can't exchange it." Today is the 20th of June. Seriously!?!?! One day late and no grace period!?!??! So now he's stuck with 2 shirts that he can't use....So CAUTION! DO NOT BUY ANY GIFTS from this place. I know if the person he got the gifts from knew they had such a strict policy, she would have warned him to rush and exchange them. Horrible customer experience. Arrive very early. The line starts well before sunrise. On Tuesday, the first person arrived at 4:50 AM; I got there at 6:00 AM and was already in the third section of the line. Another day I arrived at 3:45 AM thinking I would be first, but someone had been there since 3:30 AM. Small sizes are especially difficult to get. If you line up before 8:00 AM, you'll generally have a better chance at Medium through XXL. 2. They may open before the posted time. Although the store lists a 10:00 AM opening, it has opened around 9:15 AM. 3. Use the next-day exchange option. If your preferred size is unavailable, buy an available size and return around 9:00 AM the following day to exchange it. Keep in mind that exchanges are only for swapping sizes. You cannot purchase additional items during that visit. And since Small sells out quickly, it may still be difficult to exchange into one. Overall, the staff is friendly and professional, especially considering they manage huge crowds all day and answer the same questions repeatedly. Great store, but treat it like an early-morning event rather than a casual shopping stop. I would stock up on socks and sweaters with abandon from the Uniqlos closer to my home in San Francisco. That was why it surprised me that I would seek out this familiar store at the mammoth Ala Moana Center. However, I had seen a local vlogger's YouTube video where he showcased the Hawaiian-exclusive clothing they sell here. Jamie W and I decided to drop by when we were at Ala Moana. Although not at the scale of the Tokyo Ginza flagship, it's one of the global chain's larger stores with an expansive multi-floor space. They offer the Brands Hawaiian Loco line, which is quite a distinct array of T-shirts spotlighting locally renowned businesses like Leonard's Bakery, Hawaiian Airlines, and Zippy's. I even bought one featuring a bowl of Zippy's saimin called Zipmin (Photo 4). I also really liked their line of aloha shirts because designs came from top quality Japanese block prints. I fell in love with one shirt based on Hokusai's "The Great Wave Off Kanagawa". I had never seen one like that before. They even offer opportunities to customize T-shirts and tote bags using exclusive designs from local artists. There's enough here to justify a shopping expedition.
