The reviews on this page really speak for itself. My first time here three years ago was a positive experience. They had enough pieces in stock for me to purchase from, I left with four new rings - lucky enough to have really small fingers. However, my last visit in May was not very positive at all. I asked the gentleman if they had any appointments left for the day and he said no but walking past again on the way back to our hotel, he invited us to come in. They were "completely sold out" which is why they allowed walk-ins at that point. I'm not sure what he meant by "completely sold out," does this mean their silver rings, their cheaper lines? There was still some jewelry, although not what I was looking for, plenty of sunglasses, and lots of clothing options available. There was nothing of interest which is fine but not the reason for the low stars. Customer service could be 100x better. Our SA kind of came at us with a defeated attitude and not very professional. Honestly, one of the most uncomfortable shopping experiences I've had. The staff followed us around the store, which made us feel like we were being watched rather than welcomed. The woman helping us would repeatedly go talk to another employee while looking back at us, making it very obvious that we were being discussed. We were also told there were no shirts available, yet we could clearly see shirts in the back by the register. If the merchandise is available, why not actually sell it to customers? I understand that luxury stores may have a certain atmosphere, but there's a difference between being exclusive and making customers feel uncomfortable or unwelcome. Very disappointing experience at the Honolulu location. My group and I felt singled out and uncomfortable the entire time. While we were simply browsing, we were closely followed by three male employees, even though there were other customers in the store who weren't being watched the same way. It made us feel unwelcome and disrespected. We enjoy supporting Chrome Hearts and have no problem spending money with the brand, which made this experience even more disappointing. We were also told it was limited to one T-shirt per group, even though the website states one per person (at least based on the information we saw). The inconsistent policy and the way we were treated left a bad impression. I hope management looks into this and provides better customer service training so future customers are treated with respect. Was hosting a few friends from Japan who are big Chrome Hearts fans and were ready to drop $10k. They booked an appointment online and were so excited to shop here as a highlight of their trip. Unfortunately, they were completely sold out of all silver jewelry, all T-shirts, all camisoles, and basically everything they wanted. The staff was not particularly friendly, attentive, or proactive in offering any kind of help other than looking annoyed that we weren't interested in their extremely limited selection of leftover merchandise and rather brusquely insisting that all members of our party stay together. I get that exclusivity and being too cool to give a shit is their schtick, but this was just next level "what are you even doing here" vibes as if we were some unwelcome window shoppers and not people who booked an appointment with high intent and cash on hand. I was able to pick up a hoodie & socks the first go around, but they had no silver. The second time, the silver must've restocked, because I was able to get a double floral, 20" paper chain & dagger pendent! I totally understand the frustration with some of the comments not being able to get in or low stock. I am very grateful to say that my shopping experience was wonderful because of my friend who works there. He took the time to let me try on and recommend me what styles I should go for based on what I was looking for, especially because I am still relatively new to the brand. The interior of their showroom is amazing. Sporting a big ass chrome hearts sign in the front and a boujee chrome hearts couch near the entrance as well as a chandelier, and crosses lining the staircase. Jewelry is mainly on the first floor as well as apparel. The second floor is gold jewelry and more apparel. After shopping here once I get the hype... Lying to a customer just to get them through the door isn't "exclusive" service--it's a cheap bait-and-switch. They did not have exactly what I wanted but they had a very close match which I ended up purchasing thanks to the woman who helped me in there I don't remember her name but they were very nice and helpful didn't make me feel unwelcome or anything. The staff was able to squeeze my boyfriend and I in for a quick browse during one of their appointments. The seller will follow you around but that wasn't really a surprise or problem for us. They weren't super kind or enthusiastic but I feel like that's mainly because of the demographic that usually enters the store. This store didn't seem to have many silver-only jewelry options other than pendants. There was a lot of pave diamond jewelry though! The interior is pretty cool too. Kelly and Chris are the BEST sales associates ever!!!! There's no Chrome Hearts in the Bay Area so I definitely had to stop by on my trip to Hawaii! We were super indecisive but Kelly took the time to let us try on every single ring we were interested in, in several different sizes too! On the first day, my friends and I ended up buying 2 earrings (they're sold separately), 2 shirts, a hat, and a ring. The next day we came back and they remembered us! Kelly and Chris were so easy to converse with, it felt as if we were speaking to someone we knew. Not once did we feel pressured to buy more but we ended up getting another 5 rings haha. They don't always have a lot of inventory but when they do they may restrict the amount of purchases you can make which is fine, makes it fair . Also anyone complaining about having to make an appointment I don't understand. It's not a big deal, you can make an appointment before you land in Hawaii. And if you go to the store there is a QR code to make an appointment and they usually have plenty of openings at least when I went in January. Staff was pretty nice to me as well. Okay, let's talk about today's horrible experience. First of all, there was only a few styles of hoodies and T-shirts to select. Secondly, the attitude of the salesperson (who was a middle-aged female with long black hair, like an Asian) was extremely bad. I think the reason was that I requested her for getting me some other styles with different sizes for like three times. She was fucking unpleasant with that and pulled a long face with her customer. She was also impatient when I asked her what the size of one of the displayed t-shirts was. Instead of telling what size it was, she fucking taught me how to read the label (wtf). When I finally decided to purchase two t-shirts from this salesperson, she said "EXCELLENT" like telling me that I finally made a purchase. I don't mention other details that caused me think that she was rude. Baitch don't ever think you can earn appreciable commissions from your customers with that fucking rude attitude : ) The wrapping was good tho, which another male salesperson did it(no credit for that woman). We were late to our reservation which was our fault, the rezzies are in 30 min increments so we only had ~15 min to really look around. Despite that the service was nice and friendly and we got to see everything we were interested in -- rings and necklaces. Ended up getting a nice ring from 2017. It's reservation only but if you call ahead you can probably get a same day one. If I had more time I might've gotten more! I wanted to shop at CH while visiting Honolulu, but it turns out they are only allowing appointments to visit and shop. I was able to get an appointment on 5/5 at their store opening time. They also advised at the time that masks are still required in their store. Coming in, they asked me to use hand sanitizer prior to shopping around. They have two floors worth of product, with their silver, accessories and leather goods on the ground floor and their gold, clothes, sunglasses and some other goods on the upper. You can't help but appreciate the detail of the store itself, with even the front door hinges stamped with Chrome Hearts on them. Feels almost museum-like. Tani was wonderful to shop with. She was super nice, easy-going, no pressure. She knew the products really well and encouraged me to try stuff on without feeling like there was an expectation to buy something or being judged for it. She also provided me with a good lay of the land to know what they offer and also showed me some other clothes that weren't on the floor. I saw mention of the staff being rude to shoppers in other reviews, but I definitely didn't experience that. The other staff in the store also seemed really easygoing too. I ended up buying a charm, a long sleeve and a hoodie. So stoked for all these since they are my first CH pieces. Looking forward to shopping here again on my next visit to the islands! read more

Lived in Hawaii for more than three years and finally the courage to step through the door. Because you can't see anything outside through the door! However, Chrome Heart is an amazing brand because they make their own culture as far as you can see in the store: Stapler... Silver, ballpoint... Silver, small plates with change... Pure leather, even the details of the dressing room are the logo of their own brand. But their customer service is nowhere near their brand standards, and I've been to the store twice. The first service was ok, and the second time a middle-aged woman with long hair was very rude to us. I asked to try on a sweater on the second floor. I asked size S and size M to try on. She was very reluctant to help me find the clothes, and she knocked on the door of the fitting room very quickly and loudly then asked me if I had finished yet. Very uncomfortable shopping experience. I've been here a couple times trying to find gifts for relatives but this Asian sales person, indirectly sounded like she was accusing me of being a reseller and that the company has 86'd people from shopping at chrome hearts. I felt very demeaned and insulted. I'm trying to get gifts for graduates since these kids have been through a lot during the pandemic. Secondly, I haven't even heard of this clothing line until I was told about it and referred to it since it's popular among the kids. I was a paying customer and yes, I bought a few things there, making accusations to a customer with no merit and saying indirectly you might be banned from buying from the store, was insulting. They should hire better sales people with better people skills.
