My first visit was last Friday, the young lady that helped me was very knowledgeable and helped me find the right vape and drops for my son. Youre not allowed to touch the product as youre picking out what you want so you can't get a real good feel for what youre grabbing other than what the label claims. im fine with all of that...people working there are all super cool. Upon arriving at the campsite I find this flower is over 8 months old and has been sitting on the shelf for who knows how long. This isn't a big deal either, this stuff happens. The problem arises when reaching out to them both via email and phone. Nothing, ghosted. Zero response on post purchase customer service. There are so many rad places to buy what you need these days...actually...so many great products to choose from these days. The only real way to stand out in this retail/service based economy is to sell good product and stand by it. These guys failed to respond to a person who was looking for normal run of the mill customer service.
