It was very hard to find a doctor that would help since another doctor already operated. And they do take my insurance, she just didn't want to deal with third party billing is what the manager said. This is an awful thing to do to a person. They were obligated to follow up when you operate on someone.

How is it acceptable and possible as my primary care doctor only has records from 1 year ago. I am concerned that my doctor cannot see patterns of trend or change in my overall health and thinks this is ethical and acceptable behavior. I expressed my concerns and the girl that I spoke with in "medical records" was extremely nasty and rude and honestly should be fired immediately. She should not be working with people in any capacity. I will be changing doctors asap. Past and new patients beware of this office and their incompetent staff.

I've been here twice, once for cardiac rehab (2yrs ago) and the most recent for a breast biopsies…read more Rehab: fantastic staff, absolutely kept me on the right track, positive frame of mind and made sure that I didn't get carried away and try to do more than I was supposed too. Breast Biopsies: First, it took a few months to actually get this scheduled, not with them as a whole, not at all, they were fantastic.. but with my Insurance. Anyway, made my appointment and the long and short of it is, the staff, especially my nurse who held my hand, wiped my brow and talked me through the pain, because it hurts a lot, gave me water and helped me remain calm and breath. She is an absolute angel & if hadn't been for her, I don't think I could have managed, my biopsy's were 1 day 8:30a-12:30p, that's a long time....and Like I said b4- do not let the fear and the it can't happen to me---dissuade you from taking care of yourself, I put it off for far toooooo long. I highly recommend this location for medical care. I see that others have not had the same positive experiences or desired outcome, but I can only speak for myself and my experiences, which have been positive and exemplary.

Not sure but it's costing me a full days work waiting for them to get their act together. At least the nurses, the APN, and a half dozen others are apologizing.
