TATER STICK: Plain and simple it's a potato cut in to a spiral shape, pinned with a stick, and deep fried. Yeah, you are paying for the novelty of it all. You can choose different flavors. I tried something like this a few years ago. We have tried the Cheezy Cheeder, which by the way tasted plain. The other flavor we tried is the salt and garlic pepper. My kids and I enjoyed it. This flavor added enough spruce to liven up the potato. TATER TRAY: Yummy! It's deep fried potato chips pimped out with different toppings to choose from. The tater tray chips are crunchy. The names speak for it self. 1. Chili Cheese Tater Tray 2. Hot Dog Tater Tray (I'm surprised this thing comes with 2 hot dogs on a stick!) Wowzeer :O 3. My husband had the turkey leg. He said it was flavored good. And he loved it. Only thing he said negative was it was a little cold in the middle. Not freezing cold, but definitely wasn't hot like it came out of the grill. We had to wait 15 minutes for it to be done so the outside was hot but not the middle next to the bone. We aren't ones to complain so we let it ride. I also want to know if the collard greens were home cooked or canned. I cook collard greens all the time so I just wasn't sure if these were fresh. I'm my humble opinion, I like the burgers from Grill N' Eats better than a certain other extremely popular popup which also sells huge burgers with white sauce on top. The garlic parmesan sauce from here is what really elevates these burgers, it's so creamy and packed with cheese and garlic flavor. It's all just a super decadent experience with the double patties, cheese, and grilled onions. But the flavor is so on point that it's worth the calories. Not to mention that the fries are also perfectly done. They're thin and fried crispy with the perfect craggly coating that signifies a good fry. I dipped them in the sweet Sriracha type mayo on the side, and the extra sauce that was overflowing from the burger (I wonder if you can get more in a cup?). They have different kinds of burgers too (bacon mushroom, teri, and even banh mi) so there's always something new to try. I'll definitely be back to try everything! The staff is very friendly and ready to grill as their tent is filled with pics of their menu offerings which are smash burgers all comes with double patties with cheddar cheese on a Ube brioche bun and with five different ones to choose from with Original, Bacon & Mushroom, Aloha Teri, BBQ Pulled Pork or what I got was their Banh Mi which is topped with Pickled carrots & daikon. cilantro, and spicy honey Sriracha sauce which you can get it on its own or make it a combo that comes with fries and calamansi juice. I love the Banh Mi toppings it really added the freshness and crunch though not sure if I'd still associate it with the sandwich in comparison but was a yummy bite that was quite messy for a night market though it was served in a wrapper bring plenty of napkins as you definitely need it with this juicy burger and love the vibe of the staff who made took care of my hunger for the night. Today, we learned that the Moore's family is from Florida and have been in Hawaii since the 80's. After debating on the flavor choice, we agreed on chipotle mango. When the owner hand delivered the plate to us, she asked for our honest review... and here it is!! Haha! FIVE STARS! :) Happy to report the wings and fries were amazing!!! Loved the homemade sauce that the wings were tossed in. I was expecting a little kick after catching a scent of hot sauce, but they weren't spicy at all. I appreciate the naked wings too btw. They were so juicy and flavorful, and I love when my food is piping hot! Excited to try other offerings and even other flavors of wings. I've been to a lot of soul food places and a lot of them stand out in a good way.
