My siblings and I stopped by randomly for dinner wanting to try a local place. The restaurant is very homey and seems a little old but has a sanitation score of 100! The menu had very many options for pizzas, subs, sandwiches, salad, and spaghetti. My siblings all ordered the spaghetti, $6, and I got a grilled chicken salad, $7.75, which I think was a little pricey for the quality salad that I got. Other than that I feel the pricing for the other items on the menu seemed fair enough. My salad was very simple but I enjoyed it, I enjoy any salad with lots of tomatoes. My siblings said their spaghetti was lacking a certain flavor, bit of sweetness I think. Although the portion was big it wasn't satisfying on its own. They ate it was additional sauces to enhance the flavor. If I'm in the area again I wouldn't mind stopping by to try different items on the menu. Even though the price was a little high for my salad I always enjoy experiencing and supporting local businesses. Would recommend just to grab a bite and hang out. Chubby's is good for what it is; a basic local eatery. I've eaten here regularly for years and never been disappointed with the salads or pizza. That's all I've ever ordered, so can't comment on the rest of the menu. Watch the preparation closely if you have asked for specific additions to or omissions from your meal. Called in order around 2pm...house special with large fry and drink combo...told to pick up in 10 mins...arrived in 8 mins, charged almost $10....menu on web site gave price of $5.50 for sandwich and $2.85 for large fry and drink...when I asked, was told prices were more, and that they dont maintain their menu on the website....gave me a small cup, and when I told them I ordered and payed for a large, woth attitude, was given the large cup. Then when I looked in container, there were only a few fries, when I pointed out again I had ordered and payed for a large, was made to feel I was a bother, but told they would prepare more if I needed. Told them no, got my tea, and left. Food was cold, and sandwich bun was not toasted as specified in menu. Disappointed in quality, customer service, and pricing. Will not return. read more

After learning about the ownership change my family and I decided to revisit Chubby's and see what everyone was talking about. Upon walking in I knew that the new owners were serious about maintaining a clean restaurant and focused on customer service. The homemade pepper relish makes it into a spiritual experience that will have you questioning your whole existience. Chubby's Pizza has really tasty pizza, subs, and salads. I like to order a large pizza with pepperoni and hamburger. They use the really stringy cheese that is so good. Their roast beef subs and chef salads are also great. The chef salad makes a great meal all by itself and has lots of meat, cheese, and other goodies. The restaurant itself is nothing fancy, but it's clean. I eat at Chubby's quite a lot and would recommend it to friends. read more

Chubby's subs and pizza are unique and i love that they have their own style. My family has ate at this one and the one that used to be in Granite ever since i can remember. Unfortunately, I wont be returning. The service that this establishment gives is the worst I have ever had in a restaurant. Today a family member, friend, myself and my four year old son went there for lunch. We gave our order, paid and sat to wait. After 30+ minutes my son began to get whiny because he was hungry and i went to check on our food. Two men who came in after us were already halfway through their meal. When I got to the counter to check on our order I was shocked to find out that they had not even prepared our food. They put our tickets in their "done" box and never thought another thing about it. I am assuming it was the manager (who was breaking down cardboard in the back with his young female workers when i walked up) who proceeded to tell me that they were SUPER busy and just misplaced our orders...he offered to give our money back and start preparing our food for free, we got our money back and left. NEVER again will i step foot in this place. read more
