Food is mid compared to their competitors, but thought I would go by anyway for the Veterans Day special. It was the Hot -n-Ready combo, which consisted of the peperoni deep dish single size and a 20 drink. I don't eat pork for a couple of reasons, so I asked if they would simply leave them off for me and they straight out said NO. I could understand if I asked for a substitute/replacement, because this might slow them down in some way. Just don't put the meat on and mark the 1 box, that's it. I ordered pizza and wings this evening. The pizza was simply a pineapple pizza. Two slices were ok. The remaining slices had between 4 and 6 little pineapple chunks. It was horrible. I was embarrassed to serve it to my guests. We won't be doing that again. read more

This location under manager Kennedy says they answer the phone when it rings. LIE. I wanted to call a special order in so it would be ready when I got there. After several attempts calling no answer I drove to location had to wait for my order and showed my call log to her. It's a small business in what I believe is a strip mall. The workers were unfriendly, couldn't find my order( it was the only one in the store. )They insulted my and my granddaughter's intelligence. We actually had to leave the store to call another store where we were told our order must be. It wasn't. The young lady on the phone was very friendly in explaining why our order couldn't be at that store. I went back to my phone, found the order confirmation again. I'd tried to show it initially at this store. They weren't interested in seeing it because they claimed our order wasn't there. We could SEE it, sitting under the lights. The only order that was prepared in that store. I had the order confirmation, once again, pulled up on my phone showing I was at the correct store. The one girl showed it to whom I assumed was the manager, who'd told us we were at the wrong location, prior. She decided that was indeed our order after all. The problem, according to her, was because I'd said my 1st name instead of my husband's name. Our last name is the same and very unusual. We were visiting from out of state and staying at a local hotel. At that time, there were 4 people in the Parish with that last name. Once we left, there wouldn't have been any others. I know they'd looked at the order ( $60+) the 1st time we'd walked in and sent us on our way to the other store. She very clearly stated to us and her co-workers that the mix up was entirely my fault. Twice. If when she checked the order originally, because I told her I thought that looked like it may be ours, and asked me if it could be a different 1st name being as it was the same last name, we'd have been on our way at least 30 minutes earlier. The girls did enjoy the pizzas and said they were very good. Pizza is their favorite food, all three of them. I believe the man that made and cooked the pizzas did a great job. The service from the two females left a lot to be desired, imo. I will not go back to that particular location. I will still use another restaurant at a different location. I will also mention every 1st name of anybody in our family just in case. That would take about a minute, tops. I'll take responsibility partially as I gave the wrong 1st name. I'd ordered on my phone but paid with my husband's card so I'm assuming that's why it was in his name. His first name. I can't get past the wasted time because I didn't think of it being in his first name. The last name should have been a huge clue that we might be related and therefore, the order, the only order in that store, could possibly be mine. I've worked many years and always the number one rule has been to be respectful to the customers/ patients. There was 0 respect shown to us in this store nor any desire to be helpful in assisting us to find our order. If there had been, I feel the issue would instantly have been solved. I know this is a long review. That's how strongly I feel that the 2 females working that night were either improperly trained or that they just had attitudes. They didn't apologize for the mix-up, either. This store should have a talk with these two employees. I'd never recommend firing them because I'm sure they need their paychecks. The customer comes 1st and always should be shown courtesy, respect and a willingness to help. In all three areas, they failed miserably. Thank you guys for allowing me to post this review. The food many times tastes stale or weird. Like it's old pizza. Then they don't always go with the price thats on their signs. I was told that they are not corporate and its up to them if they want to give you the price on the signs. This time the manager tells me also that she changed the signed the previous weekend but I just went Thursday and have pictures of the signs and the receipt showing the date so couldn't have. But still tells me well it's their choice and had an attitude. Not surprising because they often have an attitude and are rude to customers. read more

8.9.22 @2:30pm - walked in and ordered crazy bread with marinara sauce (combo) for $5.98 and one Italian cheese for $4.99. The customer service was good and the food was perfect. Horrible!! Horrible!! Will never ever re-visit the Alexandria, La location again. Will not recommend my enemy to the location on MacArthur Drive. The service was terrible. Manager was very rude and disrespectful. Refused to give a paying customer her name. Said she was not obligated to. Close the window in my face. When a co-worker was apologizing for her manager's behavior, told her to close the window on me also. Threatened to call the police on me. Stated that she didn't have time for this (referring to me) and that she was busy and walked away from me as if I wasn't a paying customer. Unsmiling employees to begin with. Ordered a Ultimate Deluxe pizza, the deep dish was 10 bucks, but when I said I wanted a thinner crust it went up to 17 bucks. I made the mistake of not looking at pizza when they gave it to me, I live 23 miles outside of town and when I got home and opened the box, there was maybe a half a cup of toppings on the pizza.
