Service sucks it's never anyone over there but they can't get your food ready. It's like as soon S you walk in they run to the back.

I normally eat inside and it's great. However, this day I tried to order online, but the app was messing up. So I called to have it delivered and They said they no longer deliver. So my husband went to pick it up and my order was wrong. My pizza was cold and over cooked and extremely greasy and my cheese sticks were also old. His wings were ok though. I ate 2 small slices of my pizza and it was so greasy it made me sick. Johnnys pizza is my favorite & this location is the closest to me so I truly hope they do better from now on. read more

Nothing to rave about here. Standard conveyor belt pizza joint. Wings were rather rubbery should have been cooked longer. I ended up cooking the pizza and the wings in my oven for around 20 minutes after I got home. I did order my pizza well done on the app but who knows. read more

Waste of money- got a muffuletta pizza- it's more like just a pepperoni pizza- and the employees could've cared less that we were not satisfied with the pizza. While getting the Buffett, I heard the two young men behind the counter making fun of my child. Then, because my husband forgot to get drink cups, the other one said if we weren't smart enough to ask for them, he wasn't going to offer. I asked the woman behind the counter if we were a problem, she said no. The young man from behind the counter apologized for his words, but there was no way I could stay and eat where people were going to make fun of my family. They did give us a refund. read more

We ordered two pizzas tonight at 8pm online. Our estimated delivery time was 8:50 -- pretty slow for pizza delivery, but acceptable enough for what we hoped would be pizza of slightly higher quality than Pizza Hut, etc. At 9pm, with our pizzas still not here, I called the store to find out if they were having any problem finding our house. I was then told that our order (which hadn't even been cooked yet) wouldn't be delivered for another 45 minutes to an hour. Instead of apologizing, the workers (including the manager) told me how busy and understaffed they are. They also wanted to give me a seminar on the logistics of their online order processing system (as if I care). The manager also passive-aggressively implied that my order was only being further delayed by my complaining, which was keeping her from working on my pizzas. My girlfriend demanded the number of the regional manager to lodge a complaint, but the local manager refused to provide that information. After 5 or 10 minutes of complaining, we were finally given a gift certificate for the value of our meal. This concession, which should have been offered freely as a matter of good customer service, was only received because we made such a stink. This will be our first and last time ordering from Johnny's. It's one thing to be so poorly mismanaged that it takes two hours to deliver a basic pizza order to a house about a mile away from the store. But the fact that the company LIED about the estimated delivery time -- and there's really no other possibility, given the hour discrepancy between the estimated and actual delivery times -- is beyond unacceptable, a fraudulent business practice that I simply cannot overlook. There are three other pizzerias located within a half mile of Johnny's Alexandria location, including local favorite B.J.'s. If Johnny's thinks it's going to survive in this crowded market, given the gross incompetence of its employees and its ordering system, then the company has got another thing coming. Lunch buffet looked great. Lots of pizza and salad. Lots of choices. When I got my pizza it tasted as if it's been sitting there for a long time. It wasn't good. Not worth the ten bucks. Go to the pineville location or better yet go to BJs. Much better. read more

These people don't know what the HELL they're doing! First of all let me tell you that I have been going to this location every week for over a year on the buffet day! It seems like management or owners would want customers and do whatever to try to show them appreciation or consideration. Well, these people don't care about that! They will be out of business in less than a year if they don't change attitude and stress what is important, THE CUSTOMER! The place looked like a tornado hit the salad bar, it was a mess! Well, I ordered a muffaletta, the manager said "We don't have any olive spread!" So as I tried to continue my order she was continuing a conversation with an employee and ignoring me. Finally, my friend says that she'll take a 8" pizza! I said that I want to buffet. The manager said it's to late, I said when does the buffet end. She said 8 o'clock. But it was 7:40. So I said I want the salad bar, she just ignored me and asked if a 10" pizza would be better? So I said OK! So she asked for payment. I offered her a brand new 100 dollar bill, and she said, "we can't take hundred dollar bills!" I said, let's just go somewhere else. This place won't be here in six months. We went to BJ's around the corner! It was clean and neat I ordered the salad bar and a muffaletta. It was good, fast and nobody ignored me or insulted me. This manager at Johnny's is the same manager that overcharged me for two buffet prices 4 weeks ago and refused to give me a refund, instead she made me a free muffaletta, which of course I could not eat. Wow! I am not picky. I will eat anything and put up with anything, but this manager needs to get her stuff together and quit insulting customers before they really make someone mad and it cost her a job or loss of business~ read more

We have been taking our grandkids to this location for the past three years. This was the most unprofessional staff we have ever encountered. The shift manger was admonishing his employees for his own mistakes in front of us. He then decided to argue with my wife about who made the mistake. The guy at the register was the most professional person in the place. he also seamed to be the only one who cared about the condition of the restaurant. after taking our order he proceeded to clean the customer area. He was also the only one that asked us if everything was all right. As an operations manager I was upset with what happened during our visit, however my wife asked me not to say anything with our grand kids there. The manger was arguing with a girl from the back at the register when we were leaving. I made a point to come back inside after my grand kids where in my truck to tell the staff they needed to learn how to be more professional. The only one that acknowledged me and apologized was the guy that took our order. Sad to see a business go so far down hill so quickly. I am not sure I will take my grand kids back. read more

Really bad service at this location unfortunately. I'll gladly go to the Pineville even though it is further away. The manager took our order and we waited over 30 minutes to get our pizza (without anyone else in the restaurant). The order finally arrived, well half of it... They forgot the other half & the pizza that was delivered was a small instead of a large. When we tried to tell the manager we had ordered a large, she proceeded to tell us that we in fact had not & we were incorrect. We asked a for a refund and bailed, really bad experience. read more

I tried this place in Shreveport just to see what items were on the menu. Plus I have never tried a Johnny's pizza before. To say this was a first time buy for a hamburger pizza this was the best. It's been a while since I've retried the place even to say i ordered as delivery while visiting the place. The pizza was hot delivery was fast and I did not find a problem besides not ordering another pizza. I am pleased to say when I travel back I will be ordering some more pizza's. As far as the pricing seems a bit pricey for the size of the pizza. read more

Literally waited nearly 3 hours for a delivery. and being 2miles from the restaurant thats unaaceptable. I ordered a pizza around 8pm and didnt get it til 1048pm. I love johnnys especially the one in my hometown but this one is so slow for delivery. I suggest get more drivers if the store is that busy. read more

The last 3 buffetts I've had there have been less than stellar. Old cold dried out pizza, and nothing new coming out till the dogs eat what has been served them. Looks like Alex has ruined another eating place. read more

Do not ever take their word for the time it's gonna take, they told me it would be 20 minutes I pulled up 25 minutes after I spoke to them I waited a extra 25 minutes. Took them a 50 minutes to make a pizza. If it was being delievered I would understand but it taking 50 minutes from the time I call to make a pizza is absolutely ridiculous. read more

I've never eaten at JPH before so I wasn't sure what to expect, but I certainly didn't expect this. We went about 1pm. There were 3 other tables there and the rest were DIRTY. Just dishes on them, so we had to sit right beside the counter facing the wall. We ordered the buffet and had several slices, all of which were fine. The salad is a no. It looks as if it's made from shredded taco style lettuce and is just not good at all for any type of salad. By the time we left, they were forced to clean a few tables (not all) because of other patrons coming in. This ruined this chain for me and I will not be returning. We went to the lunch buffet. The food was gross!!! The salad bar was a fiesta for the flies and roaches!!! My husband had a roach crawling in the chair next to him and I seen them in the bathroom. There was a female cleaning but how clean can you get with dirty water and towel. I can not believe people continue to eat here. The staff are friendly enough just not very prideful in what they are putting out. Don't eat here your stomach will thank you. read more
