TOTAL PANDIMONIUM! Like you didn't expect that. I went here Sunday afternoon for my sons school mate' birthday party. When we came in we waited almost 5 minutes to get in. (Not because it was packed, but because they are to stamp both the kids' and your hands prior to entry). Once we were in, there wasn't a line to order food. The girl behind to counter was near the salad bar filling it with ice, making eye contact with me several times before greeting us and taking our order. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and a small order of hot wings (10 count bone-in). So your thinking, birthday party, kids, free food right? Well, almost. She had purchased per headcount and I did not want them to pay for my other 2 kids, even though she told me time and again that is was ok. We sat found out place in the jungle of kidom, retrieved some tokens and headed for the games. All the games were functional, clean and in decent working order. With the objective to obtain as many tickets as possible be weary of the silent ticket snatchers when you are not looking. When the food came, it was hot. The server brought enough plates and utensils for us and her appearance was good. The pizza was decent. A thinner crust, normal sauce, cheese and lots of pepperoni. It had that typical pizza parlor taste on the tongue, but overall decent. The wings on the other hand, don't even bother. See the size of your pinky.? Half that. Literally. The wings were VERY small, cooked well but with zero flavor. They seemed to have put a dry buffalo rub on it immediately after it was pulled from the fryer. They were bland, tiny and overall extremely disappointing. While I am not sure exactly what my expectations were, it definitely was not this. Overall I will give it three stars. The place was clean, staff was friendly, food was hot and somewhat fresh and that games were not in too much disrepair. It is a good place to spend time with the kids. This Place is Horrible! Honestly, when we were kid's (back in the early 90's), Chuck E Cheese's was great!! Now, IDK WTF is going on but it is HORRIBLE! Was here in February for my son's 4th birthday party and WILL NEVER do this place again! For the price and treatment, I would have got way better service, food and games going to Dave & Buster's! For practically the same price I paid here! 1. They no longer have 2 of the main attractions..Ball Pit and Chuck E Band! 2. The kids that work at this place are all "slow" (by choice), lazy, and DO NOT COMPREHEND! I don't know what it is! 3. It is so horribly hot in here, you couldn't even enjoy yourself! If you don't get there and light the cake ASAP, the icing on the cake, LITERALLY STARTS TO MELT OFF! 4. It is extremely small and very limited for things to do. 5. The prices for birthday parties here and what you get and then the other things on top of it, is a joke and these people are completely out of their minds! Then, when they present the pizza to you, it no where matches what it says you get online and is dry, bland and disgusting! My 4 year old could make better pizza in an easy bake oven! 6. Chuck E acts like he is high and barely comprehensive! 7. It smells!! 8. The fact you have to feed each and every ticket individually in a counting machine yourself, is ridiculous! My son had 10,000. My husband and I had to use a machine each and it took over an hour. 9. Half the games that are supposed to give ticket's DON'T! 10. It took so long for Chuck E to get his high ass out to the floor to do the big, extravagant birthday song and celebration, that we ended up singing and doing it about 20 minutes before he came out, because like I said, the temperature in the place was killing our cake! read more

Booked a party here for over 200$ table not set up until 40 min. Into the party. Had pizza no plates no cups, dispite the fact that I had mentioned it twice. Management rude and ignorant of their own co.policies. tried to kick us off our table half hour early. What a rip off! read more

I only go when kids ask. Absolutely horrible food. Layout is crowded - easy to lose your kid.

It smells bad in there. I thought the toddler area would be larger. There was old gum stuck to the play area equipment for them to climb on.

The food is overpeiced and looks like frozen pizza. Half of the coin operated games were out of order. The giant jungle gym and tub runs were closed down too. Worse experience I've ever had. My party was in tears. It all started when with the terrible service. We waited for soda for 30 minutes. Then when the party started were Chucky is supposed to come out and dance he totally missed the party. The staff that was there dances was saying,"where's Chucky? Where's Chucky!?". He was MIA! My son was looking all over. He finally came out and started dancing in the last 2 minutes of the show. When we complained to the management Alejandro and Katelyn, she laughed. Then they called the cops and had us escorted out by the police. Never once did they ask us to leave or never once did we cause a scene or raise our voice. I can't believe they handled this situation in that way. It was embarrassing and uncalled for. Never again! I will be calling corporate. read more

I grew up in this Chuck E Cheese and played here for over 11 years. This location I've seen change for the better or for the worst. However the last time I paid a visit, it was definitely different and awesome. The place was adorable and still child orientated and friendly. Salad bar is good and staff is always friendly. My only issue is that there are usually always more then just a few games or rides broken.

First of all I feel so bad for my daughter (5) since she always wants to go see the mouse. Last time we went Chuck E didn't come out for 2 hours! We had to tell the employee when he was coming out since my daughter was just waiting for him he finally came out after 2 hours (shall I add not on the hour how they advertise). When the mouse came out he walked half way through the arcade went by the soda machine and started play fighting with another coworker. Anyway I was also sitting watching the employees and manager pass by the same dirty table over 40 times and not one picked it up! Oh, but one of the employees was cleaning tables but he would clean the same table over and over again. THEN, to top it all off I see beer bottles in the trash can!!!!! This is the most unprofessional and LAZY manager and workers I have ever encountered. They all look miserable to work there.. I mean come on people you're working at a family environment, put on a smile! That customer service should always be a priority, make the kids feel good and make the parents WANT to come back. read more

This is one of the better locations to go to. It's a lot bigger than other ones and I had a pretty decent experience here. But I still think that these places need to have someone on the floor at all times to help with games. It shouldn't be our responsibility to find someone to fix a game! read more

My family and I took my son and a couple of friends to celebrate on his actual birthday (party earlier this weekend), 9/6. My son was wandering around and found the ticket blaster was open and there were several tickets on the floor. My husband went over to help him gather a few. Marc Snyder approached them and told them it was a paid feature and to put them back. My husband explained it was open in the first place and could they keep half? Marc threatened to kick our group out and call the cops. I approached him separately to communicate my disgust that he would say those things in front of my child on his birthday and remind him it was their fault for leaving the booth open and tickets scattered about. He was very, very rude. He claimed my husband refused to put the tickets back (untrue and we confirmed with other families who witnessed it, who offered to tell mgmt the truth). I was furious and asked for the manager and he said he was. His colleague interjected that he was the Tech Manager and there was a store manager. Marc begrudgingly wrote down the name, Trevor Roffe, and snottily said I could call him but he wouldn't care or do anything. (I have yet to contact him but will and update as necessary.) We spent over $100 there, collected dozens of tickets all over the place (way more than were in the booth), and the girls behind the toy counter let each of the three kids get the next prize up when they were a ticket or two short (even though we offered to pay for the bigger toys). Even though keeping the machines in working order is Marc's primary job he took no responsibility for the open booth and 2 other employees helped out and fixed themselves an overflowing toilet, 2 skeeball games, the giraffe game and 3 of the ticket crunchers that weren't working. Every single employee, with the exception of Marc, was kind and helpful. As nice as everything but that experience was I will never forget my son telling someone that night that "Chuck E almost sent us to jail." On his 5th birthday. Thanks so much for that memory, Marc. Update: Chuck E Cheese corporate contacted us promptly. The complaint will be forwarded to the district manager and Marc will be handed. Also, they offered a guest pass for our family for our next visit. These days we're conditioned to bad customer service so this was a pleasant surprise. Thanks Chuck E Cheese! read more

I would not recommend this location. Definitely short-staffed, there are 6 ticket redemption stations and the entire time we were there today, there was between 0 - 2 working ones which meant waiting 30+ minutes, and they weren't doing the Kid Check on the way out, instead they were just telling people to exit. read more

This place has really gone downhill. They must've gotten new management since i last been there with my family. The points they put on the play pass seem like a lot but once you go to a game to scan it the game costs like 20-25 points and you'd only get like 5 tickets from it. And you also wouldn't be able to play many games with the points on the card depending on how many you get. For example if you get about 100 points put on the card you would only be able to play like 4 games. The way it was before with the old management was that the games only took off 1-2 points off your card. The new management has become really greedy for money. And the prizes aren't even that great either for what they're worth. And don't even get me started on the cleanliness of the place. Trash all under the tables and a filthy restroom. Instead of coming here i recommend going to nickel a play if you have a smaller budget. Sure its doesn't exactly have the latest games but you will have a lot more fun and earn more tickets there than this place. Or you could go to dave and busters where they are cleaner and less greedy with their points system. Definitely would not come here again until they do something about the play points and the cleanliness of the whole place. read more

This was the WORST Chuck E. Cheese I have ever been too. I had my child's birthday party there and it was the worst birthday party ever. Our assigned hostess was late for work and no one filled in for her and our party started over 30 minutes late. The ticket blaster was a terrible experience. The safety glasses did not fit because there was no elastic on them and the entire time my child was trying to hold the glasses on instead of getting tickets and the attendant was oblivious. The pinata was a joke. he pulled ribbons off of it while standing on a chair and it was supposed to open, but the attendant ended up breaking it open for him. We ordered pizzas and they NEVER came even though we were repeatedly told they would be right out. The Chuck E. Cheese cake was terrible, I couldn't even eat it. The lettuce on the salad bar ran out and no one responded to peoples complaints. In addition, several of the games just took the tokens and did not work and several other games did were out of tickets. The hostess we did have tried to do her best and there was a manager who refunded us part of our money, but overall I would NOT recommend this Chuck E. Cheese. read more

I was so disappointed!!! I planned and scheduled a party for my sons 4th birthday at the Aurora, CO location almost 3 weeks in advance. I selected the MEGA package ($23.99 per child) and I sure do regret it. We were so excited since this was his first party outside the home. I should have trusted all the negative reviews. First, when I walked in the attendant at the podium said there wasn't a bday reservation for my son. She requested I stand to the side while she checked in people behind me. No one got back to me to verify my party. My family happened to see me waiting and they came over and escorted me to the bday table. We picked the superhero theme which is provided by Chuck E. Cheese, they didn't even have that available until 45 minutes into the party. Secondly, my hostess didn't know anything!!! She was slow and not knowledgeable of the party package we selected. She was trying to host 2-3 parties at once. My family and I pretty much hosted the party ourselves. We never received all the tokens that was included in the package, our pizza was brought to the table cold, I preordered a sandwich tray online and was informed that the sandwich was unavailable, my pitcher of lemonade had black spots on the inside of the pitcher, and worst of all I did the whole party with very little assistance from the Chuck E. Cheese staff. When it came time for the cake, the hostess left to help the other party and then she had the nerves to tell me I could handle the cake myself. The package included ice cream cups, she didn't bring those to the end and of course I had to ask for them. This so called MEGA package included a piñata that we never got, according to the hostess it was not done the night before by another team member. This is was the worst party experience I've ever had. The favor bags were not impressive. Oh yeah the staff/hostess was sure to tell my party that there was only 15 minutes left for my reservation. I went to Chuck E Cheese's today for a coworker's child's birthday and it was actually quite fun. My son had a great time and wanted to have his birthday here. I was actually thinking about it until we were getting ready to leave and needed to turn in our tickets for a prize for my son. Every employee behind the counter was on their cell phone texting. Finally someone put their phone down long enough to point in the general direction of where I needed to go to turn in my tickets to get a receipt. After I got the receipt I let my wife deal with getting the prize and the young lady that helped my wife never stopped texting even when she was getting the prize out from under the counter. I mentioned this to the manager before we left and he more or less did not care even a little. He said they use their phones as calculators. Now I am even more disappointed that the future generations can't add 10 plus 20. Needless to say we are having our kid's birthday party somewhere else. read more
