I grew up playing here and man....it's not the same -sigh- anyways, lots of bright lights and there's a play area and a stage along with a lot of seats. It's fairly clean, cleaner than I last came here as a kid haha. Staff: they were friendly and told me where to get my food since that's why I was there! Food: So, I got a free small pizza and a drink because of my workplace. I could pick one topping and I picked pepperoni (to play safe). It took awhile for them to make/heat up so when I got it, it was piping hot and it was pretty good! I mean, this place focuses on games and toys but it wasn't bad! For a Chuck E. Cheese experience, this location is top-notch! It's always clean, never overly crowded, and for the most part, has a very efficient and friendly staff. My kids have gotten the monthly/seasonal passes a few times now and we've always gotten great use out of them. For a place you would expect would be terrible food, the pizza is actually really decent (garlic butter crust, yum) and the salad bar always has fresh veggies and toppings. There is a good number of games to choose from, which are always in working order, and a recently added trampoline area. As a parent of young kids, this has been a great option for us when the weather sucks or mom and dad need somewhere for the kids to run around and we can zone out for a few. read more

This newly remodeled Chuck E Cheese is great. The now not limited to summer play pass also makes CEC much more affordable to frequent. The pizza is surprisingly good and with the top tier pass, your first food order per day is half off. The service can be a bit slow when the place is packed but not for lack of effort from the staff. I would rather see more adult/older kids games instead of the small trampoline area and a bit more none branded CEC prizes or allow point redemption for food. It was great to get out of the heat and still have some fun with my daughter. It's not inexpensive but it's also not as bad as the adult arcades, so it's all a draw. Several games were having issues when we were there, but enough were working that she still had fun! I did not once see the staff sanitize the games , but maybe I just missed it? Okay, this is gonna be a long one. Buckle up, folks. A little background info first: My nephew likes pizza. He is 9 so of course he does. He's also always into the arcade games, and his parents don't let him play video games but they're okay with the Chuck E Cheese kind. So one day, I put down my carton of edibles in exchange for a bus ticket, and decided I'd accept the mission: go to Chuck E Cheese. It was hell. And not just for me. Believe me, the tot didn't have a hoot at all. Place smells like urine and cheese. Kids running around making noise, but what would you expect? Cashiers slump in their seats. Pizza is cold and tastes like sodium. Salad bar is Salmonella Inc. Bathrooms look like a dinosaur hungry for TP and toilet water went on a rampage. The real problem, though, is that RAT. The one that's always skittering about. He smells like cigarettes. He wanted to talk about random stuff with me, from the book "Ulysses" to sex positions to why the earth is flat to at one point, asking me if I'd like to fly with him to Boston to go to his dad's wedding. I tried my best to refuse. Meanwhile, the kid was struggling to get his card to work. Turns out, the edibles hadn't completely worn off yet, so instead of the arcade points card, he was using my DEBIT CARD to try to work the games. The rat had to step in at this point, telling me that it's never okay to give money to a child. I calmly explained it was an innocent mistake, but he of course told us to leave, but not before giving us three coupons for a free soda. This place is a nightmare for young and old alike. Games are okay for kids! Service sucks... no a single member was smiling or being nice when asked for something! Trampoline station is closed and you have to wait for someone to be able to come get you in... it sucks having to ask someone to open it for your kid every time they want to get on it (specially when no one is in the mood of working)... All I have to say is I don't get the bad rap Chuckie Cheese gets. We had my son's birthday party here, per his request, and it was great. They set everything up, my server went above and beyond to help me, the song and ticket grab was really fun and brought everyone together. I loved it. Have been here a few times the past couple years for kids birthday parties. The renovated space with the trampolines is misleading. They charge extra to go on the trampolines leading to kids being confused. And the employee running the trampoline area had his shoes randomly thrown in the walkway as tripping hazards and gave everyone attitude that came through. read more

We had a fantastic time here today! Although we didn't eat, we played with a 45 min game card, unlimited drinks for the kids in cute souvenir cups, dip n dots ice cream, and cotton candy. For $20 our family of 4 played unlimited games for 45 min, and ended up with $10 worth of prizes in tickets. It was very fun and the prizes were great, with reasonable costs. The customer service from everyone was awesome, and we just had the best time. I grew up going to the one in Clackamas area and this is such a nostalgic place for me..so nice to be able to take my kids and I was very happy to see how busy they were on a Sunday afternoon. This place was great before affordable and fun for everyone, but sadly its changed tokens are no longer available so you have to pay for a play card for each person in your party , we were confused whether if they were by the minute or by the game my oldest realized the cards were expiring by the minute so for 30.00 a person they did not get to play long at all. Most of the games were not working correctly and making my daughter swipe her card more then once to play .Pizza is not what it was before its a lot smaller and twice as expensive. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome of my daughter's 2nd birthday party. We had 30 guests and every one was treated so well. .. they made every accommodation for our large group and met every expectation I had, going over and above to create such an amazing experience for my daughter. The manager and our server were so personable and open to our needs. They were organized so I didn't have to be, and I am horrible with names, but thank you! We had adequate time for our party, the food was served hot and in a timely manner, the price was unbeatable. This wasn't our first time there but it was our last. Although I love the game variety and the fun, the pizza meat smelled sour and the salad bar was extremely sub-par. I remember it being far better in the past but this time I paid 17$ for my husband and I to basically eat some cottage cheese and croutons. The onions and bell peppers were limp and slimy. The rest of the few items were just plain old. And the hard boiled eggs? Well, the ones on top were dried and cracked with some discoloration. My sister and I took our sons there on November 8th for lunch and had a great experience! It was pouring down rain and the Manager came out to open the front door for us. He was super friendly, on top of front door security, and even joined Chuck for a dance song. I was impressed with how clean the establishment is and the pizza is actually pretty good. We ordered our own pizza to share and it came out quickly. My son is two and a half and had a great time playing games. I really appreciate that there is no entrance fee. We will for sure go back. My 7 yr. old daughter begged to have her birthday party here. At first I wasn't thrilled...... I've only heard negative things about this place. I booked on line which automatically earned us 20 tokens. I realized a week or so later that I needed to add a few adults to the head count. I called and got sucked into this massive phone tree of choices. It took several minutes to speak to a live person. Ugh, my pet peeve! The day of the party arrived and we all met there. Of course the kids were SO excited and immediately ran off. I was approached by a very nice man who said he would be our host and help out with our party. He showed us to our table and took our drink orders. I had brought some coupons with me and he helped me decide which would be best for our party of 8 adults and 5 kids. I also told him we brought our own cake and he was fine with that. He brought our drinks and a large amount of tokens and the kids were off having fun. It was nice to be able to relax and talk to my family without wondering if the kids were safe. It was also great having our host who did a great job of keeping the party going, serving the kids their pizza, and making sure we were all doing OK. Two hours goes by fast and it's hard to get the kids to the table all at once. We ended up having to rush through opening the gifts as we almost ran out of time. All in all I would definitely have another birthday party here. Last year we went to John's Incredible Pizza and I was NOT impressed. The food was yucky and it was SO loud inside you could hardly have a conversation. The final bill was about what I expected. Not cheap, but the kids had such a good time it was worth it. I came to this location because my cousin was turning 3! It wasn't too busy when we came this afternoon (Sunday) around 1:30pm. I also had my 2 niece and nephew with me so they were really excited to let loose and play those games! We had a reserved spot, everything was going well. So I sat down to eat and as I was eating, I saw brown lettuce over and over again on my plate. Tomatoes were squishy and brown, eww. My mom even complained about her salad and said it looked old. But, the kids love it and beg to go there. So, they hit their target audience. It is they just need to have some things for adults as well. (FOOD) The one thing I really do give them 5 stars on though is their entry system. They give each person in the party a matching stamp. No other person can take your child out, because their stamp won't match your child's stamp. So here's the deal. I have 4 kids, 2 of them are the appropriate age to play here, 7y & 4y. For playing games it's a fun place. No admittance fee, no required purchases to play games, and there are always online coupons. The boys have always enjoyed attending birthday parties here so that's also a positive. I've always been a supporter of C.E.C. because of the fact that they check that the kids and parents belong together when you leave, you can play without buying an expensive buffet, and my kids can have a lot of fun on little money here (as opposed to some other family game places). And prior to this visit have recommended the salad bar numerous times because they use shallow dishes and replenish often. Now the food. High prices for average food. I used to love getting the salad bar here because it was so frequently stocked it was nice and fresh. However on a visit last week I had the worst salad ever. All the lettuce and spinach options were turning brown, wilting, or getting a bit slimmy, even after I complained and they emptied and restocked them. The tomatoes were not firm and tasted old. The little corn tasted as if it had been there for a very long time, the texture was sort of soggy. Croutons were fresh, sesame sticks were slightly stale. Ultimately after being incredibly disappointed I requested a refund which they did, no questions asked. Once the kids were done with games we left and had dinner someplace else. It's unfortunate that this is how our visit was because my husband generally isn't a fan and prefers other family play places, it took some convincing to get him to agree to going here this trip. read more

I love Chuck-E-Cheese pizza!! Kind of embarrassing to admit that though... I have been here a couple of times for my niece. The first time, i brought her on a Saturday at about 11am. It was not crowded at all!! We played games, ate pizza and had a pretty good time. But by the time were leaving a couple hours later, it was jam packed and chaotic! The second time was for her 5th Birthday party a couple weeks ago. Her party was at 12:30 on a Saturday. We had a nice set up table in the front of the "stage" area. There were other parties all around us and that was a little rediculous. However, i ate PIZZA and so most of my problems were taken care of. =) I personally enjoy pretending to be a kid, playing games and winning tickets. So, I came in here with very low expectations. Just wanted to treat my kids to something special for being good. We came in on a Thursday afternoon and it wasn't too busy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn't eat the food, so I can't vouch for that but my kids totally played games there for an hour to an hour and a half for only $5! All the games were only one token (25 cents) so their money went a long way. I will definitely bring them back again, probably when another good coupon comes in the mail and will possibly try their pizza then. I'd say it was a win-win for everyone involved. read more

I remember when my kids were young and how much they liked going to Chuck E Cheese. I don't remember it being this wild and noisy , but alas I am much older now.
