Brought my grandkids for a birthday celebration. Spent $27 to play games and they literally got to play 1 game for a minute each before my card stopped working. Then paid $24 for 2 pairs of socks so they could jump on the trampolines. About 20 minutes later a couple older kids went in to jump with shoes on and started pushing all the little kids and knocking them down. Tried to get an employee to help and they just rolled their eyes. I told them how much fun they would have and they ended up sad and full of bruises.. Will never go back. read more

Horrible over the phone customer service!!! Trying to book a Birthday party and the lady was very short answering my questions hung up on me, So when I called back they picked up the phone but wouldn't Say anything but I hear them talking. After that they wouldn't answer the phone. Now I'm going somewhere else for my Daughter's birthday. The lady was not helpful and didn't seem to care at all. Back in the 80s and early 90s this place was amazing, as would be expected from a former Pizza Time Theater conversion. As a Chuck E Cheese's it retained much of what made it special. At its peak there were THREE separate animatronic shows, a secret passage in the wall leading to a 20' tall slide, a batting cage, a dangerously deep ball pit, and dancing flags on the restaurant walls when happy birthday was sung. Today, the restaurant walls don't even exist - they've been torn down and the whole space has been redone to be brighter and more open. It kills the blinking lights arcade vibe and specialness of the show but... it makes it easier to find your kids, so there's that. The show is simplified and more in line with other Chuck E Cheese's; the other shows are long gone. The super deep ball pit is also gone as is the secret passage in the wall with the slide. But the new play tunnel area, kiddie bumper cars, animatronic show (many locations don't have even one now), and Rockin' Bowler skee ball lanes still make this one of the best CECs in operation today. It just doesn't hold a candle to its former glory. In fact, it's kind of sad how future generations won't get to experience it. read more

We took our grandkids there and were very disappointed. The staff just didn't seem to care. Machines were out of tickets or out of order. We ordered food and my daughter went to order just a few minutes later and they had decided to close the kitchen early. Not a good experience. I give only 2 stars. We were invited here for a 2yr old birthday party and let me tell you I was extremely disappointed from the moment we walked through the door. There was about 30+ kids blocking the entrance because Chucke E Cheese was "entertaining" them RIGHT NEAR THE ENTRANCE...we literally couldn't walk in, we had to wait for the host to tell the kids to step back. How awkward & dangerous to have all of the kids piled by the entry way. As we were walking to our parties table I noticed the foul smell & I decided then I would not be eating anything served (I heard the pizza was gross anyway). This place was DISGUSTING (I have no clue why any parent would take their kids here). The bathroom was FILTHY & smelled like a landfill. There was soda/juice/ice spilled by the soda machine & no one bothered to clean it. I almost forgot to mention the pathetic plastic table cover that they only cover half of the table with...no personal birthday song for the birthday kids...just sad. The worst was the guy they have on the television who said "funner". Funner is not a word! I happen to be one of those parent who teach my child to speak proper English. This place was simply bootleg & down right low-class. The worst was children running & playing unsupervised. Many of them were walking around with no socks nor shoes (on that vomit & poop stained floor). Two bigger children nearly knocked my toddler down running & rough housing. I even witnessed two kids climb the "stage" (hardly a stage) where the Chucke E Cheese puppet was stationed & no one noticed or bothered to say anything to them. There was not one staff member around. This place should be shut down immediately! I guarantee a child will be injured or someone will catch some funky fungus or bacteria if they aren't. I'll politely decline if I'm ever invited here again. Boy oh boy do I miss Show Biz Pizza....it was much more entertaining back in the day. read more

Donot go here or book a party with them. I reserved a party which they stated was refundable in the first 24 hours, called back within 5 mins canceled she said I would be refunded. Well Now I'm getting charged in full on my bank statement. I was robbed out of my money, after calling up they said no refund policy. read more

Very clean, all the games were working. Pizza tasted like what you would expect from a Chuck E. Cheese. The unlimited games pet min seems like a good deal. My kids had a blast! A great time all around! read more

The manager at the chuckle cheese went out of his way to make sure I got my order that was late on grub hub. He was so generous with his time and provided excellent customer service. And the food was great! read more

My family has been coming to this location 6-10 times a year over the past 5yrs but this will be the last time. Pizza Buffet was not kept stocked and I was told by another customer that we were lucky to only have waited 10min to get more as he had waited almost 45min to get food. The girl behind the counter taking orders seemed to be stoned. It took over 5 min to get ranch dressing. The teen boys on the game floor acted as if they were miserable. The most amusing part of the staff is that Chucky didn't come out when it was time for him to come out. They have changed out most of the better games. The worst part is the new game card system. Gone are the days that you can buy tokens and hand them out to the kids. You either have to all share a card or buy multiple cards. read more

This place had not been open for 2 hours and we already ran into 5 machines out of either tickets or tokens. Hello! Shouldn't that be your priority when you open to make sure all machines are stocked? Also to try and get someone to help you was a long wait. This is suppose to be fun, instead it tries your patience. Ridiculous. I will drive farther and go to Dave and busters. It may be more money but you get what you pay for. read more

The most unorganized staff I have ever seen. I am a former manager of a restaurant and if I managed this place there would be a lot cleaning house starting with the girl at the toy counter who was carrying her phone around not helping customers. The girl next to the register who didn't greet us had us stand for over a minute and was lacking pens to sign receipts. The manager who can't keep up with the pizza.. My son had the best time here. They also have gluten free pizza. That is a great thing with how my son can't eat everything.

Good food. Good fun. The pizza was fantastic as were the pretzel bites. The girl at the front counter was a sweetheart. There were a few games that needed some attention because they were not functioning correctly but overall it was good. Cheap prizes but what do you really expect. Really not sure what to say about the place. It's clean and was a fun safe place for me to take my niece and nephew after they finished their homework. It provided 3+ hours of fun to exhaust them for bed. It was perfect as a go to place to wear them out and let them have fun collecting tickets so they could select their cheap tacky gifts. read more
