You are always greeted warmly when you arrive, and wished well when you leave. The service is great and the pizzas are really good. I'm originally from NY and am picky about my pizza, so mostly I do not order it, but I definitely do at Attardi's, because the small (10") pizzas are perfect for me, and I like to try different toppings, ones my wife doesn't like so she can get her own pizza and we're always very pleased. The pizza is incredibly greasy, to the point the crust gets soggy. Service wise, make sure you arrive two hours before closing otherwise they'll be cleaning around you and hoping you leave. I have been to Attardis many times and have never had a bad experience. They have a cozy dine in area or a small outside area if you choose. The management and workers are always warm, friendly and courteous and actually want to get to know you. It's always nice to see you are a valued customer and it's the little things that matter. The food is exceptional and the prices are within reason for what you get. I personally live across from a chain pizzeria but prefer the fresh ingredients and freshly made dough and sauce than what is trucked in from a warehouse. An extra bonus would be a point system that for loyal customers. So, if you want the best, then come to the best! read more

First time trying Attardi's. We arrived at 11:30 to an empty restaurant so we were seated immediately. Nice small dining room that was spotless. Service was quick and on point. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza. Pizza arrived and we enjoyed it very much. Truly a nice thin crisp crust. Much more so than I had expected. Sauce was simple - exactly what should be on a pizza. Pepperoni had a nice flavor and the cheese blend was spot on. Only complaint, if you call it that, was the ice tea was not fresh brewed. It was out of the coke fountain. I think it's fuze brand. Order the Stromboli every time I get over here to go offshore fishing and I love it! The Stromboli is always jammed pack and full of meats and cheese. I get mine to go so I can't say anything about service but the food is great. Kind of wish they had a real brick style oven but still well cooked. Thank goodness I found this pizza spot! It's amazing! We after a fun day on siesta key and a long drive home we knew we needed a half way point meal to keep us going so we started yelping pizza near me because that's what everyone was in the mood for and we stumbled on Attardi's Pizzeria... we place a quick order before they closed which they were very nice to do! Waited in the car for about 12 minutes and taadaa! Our food was ready we got a couple pepperoni pizza rolls and a cheese pizza..WOW were they good the pepperoni rolls were just amazing it's a delicious garlic knot with pep and cheese and they are addicting I can't tell you how many I ate the cheese pizza was a hit as well. So, we used Uber Eats, so I cannot speak to the ambience of the place. It's in a corner spot next to Publix. We ordered a white pizza. Lemme tell you, this Italian gal is fussy. Was not expecting a pizza this GOOD!! So good, we ordered it again the next day. Lots of ricotta, cheese, and we added mushrooms. Perfectly created. I did call Attardi's for something and they were really nice. 5 stars for their white pizza. The crust was thin and really awesome. When I return, I will be ordering Attardi again. read more

Unfortunately this was our third try. We had one okay and one bad. Third one was bad. It's as though they make the cheese pizza ahead of time, then add the toppings, then cook it. I arrived 15 minutes prior to my pickup time , and it was sitting on top of the oven. It was cold by the time I got home (less than 5 minute drive) It's cardboard pizza, very little sauce and very disappointing. Ordered with extra cheese, and there was barely any cheese at all. This was not a $35 pizza. We'll keep looking for a good pizza. read more

First visit was a mixed bag. Tried the Brooklyn square pizza (16 x 16) and added sausage and spinach. The thin crust is excellent. Also liked the sweetness of the sauce, but a few pieces had a lot of it that overpowered the rest of the flavors. They were very accommodating by allowing us to do one topping on 2/3rds and another on 1/3rd. Bonus points for that! Ambiance is good for a restaurant located in a strip center. Decorations on the walls are Italian themed. There are multiple TVs tuned to various channels. Only couple areas suggested for improvement. We were there for an hour and still didn't have pizza. Our waitress apologized it took so long. We thought a thin crust would be quick, but they probably had a lot of takeout for a Friday night. Second problem was empty drink glasses. Lastly, it would be nice to ask your patrons whether they want parmesan, pepper flakes or oregano shakers to customize the pizza. We will give this place another try since they are friendly and the pizza is good. read more

We have not lived in Bradenton for awhile, now, but we didn't want to leave without saying goodbye to the best pizza place in the Bradenton/Sarasota area. We ate there at least once to twice a week while we lived in the area. We have tried many many pizza places over the years all over the country (having been full time RVers), and this was one of our all time favorite places to get a good pizza with fantastic crust and ample toppings. The people who owned it and the chef who made the pizzas were super nice people, warm and friendly. We loved the restaurant's vibe and decor even though it was narrow and small. It's in the Publix shopping center. Pizzas were always consistently well made and really delicious. You may have a favorite style of pizza, and this might not be the right one for you, but we absolutely loved it every single time we ordered one. We miss it very much. read more

I placed a review a couple of months ago and it still hold true expect the service has fallen greatly but mostly with just one waitress, the short girl is great and always does her best but the brown hair one not so much, the food is amazing still and the man that makes them does a great job but each time we go in to dine the waitress seems to always forget about us and we watch as she sits there and chats with a table for what feels like forever while we are waiting to place our order or even the bill. Also the times we have come in when it's busy isn't much better, she always looks very lost and overwhelmed even though it's a very small place, we just hope you can improve on the service and help that waitress out. read more

Group of 12 from my pizza group went on 8/18. Excellent pizza. Got 4 pies. 3 NY Style pies- Sausage, Pepperoni and Supreme. All toppings were very good. Sausage had nice spice to it. Pepperoni high quality. All NY Style are slightly thinner crust. Also got one Grandma pie which many in our group had never experienced. Also excellent. Nice thin crust and the EVO and touch of garlic added to the great flavor. Mario the owner was outstanding with his attentiveness to us and overall service.
