If I could give Fresca Pizza and Pasta more stars, I would! The pizza? Mouthwatering, lip-smacking deliciousness that makes you question every pizza you've had before. Not only was my order ready before they promised (yes, they are pizza magicians), but they even helped me carry it out to my car because I ordered enough to feed a small village! We got greeted by the owners and we got the rice plate with pork chop, fried egg, pork skin with the fish sauce. My wife had Bun Bo Hue and the soup was good like in Vietnam how they cooked it. And then we had tea & dessert...im telling you the food here were good 9/10 you wont be disappointed. We stopped here for lunch yesterday. Thinking it was a pizza pasta place but actually, they have Vietnamese food too. The place is bright and clean and very very friendly staff. We were told that the owners went to Toronto to learn how to make pizza. The owners are from Buffalo, but are Vietnamese. We had the Vietnamese spring roll, which was really really good with an Asian chili spice dipping sauce that was very good. This place has Pho which I'll have to try next time. Now back to the pizza, we had a margarita slice. They have lots of variety of pizzas for you to try. Pricing seemed really good. The slice was only five dollars. You have to get there earlier than we did to try different types because I believe they only make a couple of types of pies to be sliced. My Son ordered the cheese garlic bread. He said it was very cheesy and the garlic flavor was good. The sauce was a little spicy and a little sweet, but great for dipping. As you know, I'm a water snob. If you've been following anything I write the water heater wasn't bad it's filtered, but it had good taste. Although I loved their unsweetened iced tea. This place was recommended to my mom by a friend as a Vietnamese place, so we were a little confused when it said pasta and pizza, but turns out they have all of that and Vietnamese food. We ordered two large pizzas and some pho and chao and everything was fantastic. You'd think it was a random combination, but the owner is Vietnamese so the Vietnamese food is super authentic and tasty. And he learned how to make pizza from his brother in Toronto and has been making it for years! Toronto style pizza is probs my favorite type of pizza and this place got it right! They were also so kind and let our group of 18 get seated and served even though they were practically closed. Our first visit to this establishment was interesting. My husband tried the Spicy Pho dish for the first time and he loved it. My son has had Pho before and he ordered the Beef Pho he enjoyed it very much. I tried the Fuselli pasta and chicken dish, leeks and tomato wine cream sauce. I really wanted to like it but it tasted like something from Olive Garden. The leek flavor was missing and the sauce was basically just cream and the sauce was broken, by that I mean the fat separates from the cream if the sauce isn't whisked together correctly. The margarita pizza was good, again not authentic. Margarita pizza is tomato and cheese with torn basil. The family owned restaurant was rather quiet for a Saturday night. We dined outside. Again, I can't believe these chairs, they are like steel chairs and so uncomfortable! The price must be a factor because I have encountered them before at other new places and I just don't get it. Don't you want your guests to eat in comfort? This place is suitable for the IMG kids that go school close by. The girls that served us were family which I like. They were very attentive but we were the only people there so....try this place for the PHO, it was delicious. This was my go to Viet n pizza restaurant when in Bradenton. Sadly stopped by there today 8/5/25after spending an hour at Coquina and had craving for pho and also wanting to take a couple of their speciality pies not found anywhere else in Bradenton home . We stopped by only to find a sign on door saying they closed permanently which was on 7/27, just a week earlier. We were sad and upset. This was a very nice family run operation from Toronto ON and Im sure it was disappointing for them not to be supported financially. The restaurant business is hard. If I was local would have ate here weekly. I've ordered spicy beef noodle soup and che duong nhan and pork noodle soup hu tieu. Their spicy beef noodle soup was delicious, authentic bun Bo Hue flavor. Che duong nhan is good, perhaps it's more on a sweet side that suit to people like sweeter tastes. Overall, their Vietnamese dishes are delicious, nice decor inside. It's a self seating restaurant with a cute, open ambiance. Service was quick and friendly and the food was delicious!! We ordered the Vietnamese sweet garlic wings, a large pepperoni, pineapple and basil pizza, and a small order of pho that came with flank, brisket, meatballs and tendon and in my opinion is probably the best in Bradenton so far. The wings were crunchy, sweet and savory, and the pizza was some of the best we've had in a year. We are definitely coming back again and brining more people with us.
