Decided to take our 2 kids( 1 and 3) here yesterday because my 3 year kept asking for two weeks and we finally gave in. The women that assisted us at the door provided ok service but failed to mention the BOGO deal going on this weekend and when I asked if we could take advantage of it 5 minutes after paying she said no( website ad popped up after paying showing the deal). Everyone else provided good customer service especially a young lady that made sure my got a picture. The food was ok and overpriced Everything seemed cleaned and I watched them sanitize the trampoline area twice( loved this) Given the location I was surprised how small it was compared to other locations I've visited in the past. My son enjoyed the games he was able to play (4 games were out of service). Not sure if I would go back unless we have to attend a party. read more

Don't even get me started. I had just gotten paid from my summer job, and my little sisters asked for me to take them to Chuck E. Cheese. I did my research on the website, and it told me the price for 1 unlimited gaming card was 18 dollars. I was prepared to give them 18 dollars. I asked the young man at the front desk if I could get the unlimited card. He said it was 30 dollars. I didn't even think about buying any pizza because anyways it was always crap. My little sisters wanted to jump on the trampoline, so I let them get on, mistakenly thinking it comes with the game card. This young woman comes up to me, looking irritated. she rudely asks me-did you pay? I was like, yeah, I paid. She got ruder, and dramatically gestured to the tiny little printed crap of a poster like I was stupid that says you have to pay like 10 dollars for one child to jump. Outrageous. We left immediately, I didn't even think to tell management, I was so angry. I hope that young woman is having a wonderful day. read more

Haven't been to Chuck E. Cheese in years because of past horrible experiences. Decided to take my 3 year old for her first time and as she tried to enter the trampoline area that apparently cost $12 to jump on and the staff at the door stopped my daughter, pulled her arm to where her sleeve got pulled and my daughter almost falling backwards (mind you she's 3 years old) then my daughter just standing there scared as shit, the employee tries to carry her out. I come in and grab my daughter and immediately leave to talk to a manager, my daughter was so scared and cried for 20 minutes. Managers response was "I will talk to her" no, that's not enough, do better!! Hire individuals that are kind to children, people who know how to act with kids. Not POS people who have no sense in their head of how to handle a simple situation. It's meant to be a fun place for kids yet here we are with another horrible experience. We moved to the area a month ago and have visited this location 3 times already. The staff is friendly and the place generally kept in optimum conditions considering the amount of people stopping by this business. The pizza is always good and they have a pretty good selection of beers. The games are always working and hardly ever I witnessed any games out of service. Great atmosphere to entertain the kids. Stop by early in the day or else you will need lots of patient with the amount customers cramped into this business. I'll be back! read more

We had the most amazing experience with a worker named Kareena!! Our five year old has autism and is speech delayed. While choosing his prizes at the ticket station, Kareena took the time to let him get his words out and worked with him to pick everything out. Took my son there so he can play and have some fun. I bought a card which gave him unlimited plays for one hour and that hour could come fast enough. Idk if there is any manager on duty at this branch because the employees who work there clearly don't care. Pretty much all the tables were dirty when we got there and had not been cleaned when we left one hour later. Many of the game machines were out of tickets. So after playing and racking up points we waited for tickets to come flying out of the slot in vain. There were a lot of kids playing (as expected) and quite a few of them were not being supervised by a parent or guardian. Some of the kids were climbing into the games which contained balls to retrieve the balls. There were 3 kids on the carousel with basketballs, trying to shoot the balls into the hoop across from the carousel while it was moving. But there was no staff from chuck e cheese on the floor to ask parents to have them stop this unsafe activity etc. This place is pretty much ran like a zoo. Actually a zoo is more organized because they keep safety in mind. I have taken my son to dave and buster and sports connection etc. and the environment was much safer and more fun. read more

What are the COVID-19 guidelines for this company? I was extremely upset seeing that there were not type of sanitation protocol being done. No mask no temperature checks nothing . I will never take my nephew again. I was expecting wipes or sanitizer near almost everything. I understand children will be children and tend to do some unsanitary things but i would've assume the company would've thought of a way to better protect their guest. Not to mention games being down and not warning the guest before waiting points . Customer service there was none. Cleaning look like it was done but it was the bare minimum. Had a party plan this past Saturday! Brought decorations in the day before to be used for the table arrived at 9:55 Saturday table wasn't decorated nor was the balloons I brought blown up. Chuck E Cheese....not for the faint of heart. It's a mad house at these places and this one is right in line with that line of thinking. Thank God they serve beer (even though you can only have 2 small ones and only 1 within an hour). But the real reason you come here obviously is for the kids and kids love tokens and they love those little tickets. Oh, and forget about the food, ugh, nasty. I've always heard nightmare stories about birthday parties at Chuckee's, so needless to say, I was less than enthusiastic when J suggested having KB's party. However, I was pleasantly suprised. We were greeted promptly by our adorable party hostess, who took care of everything from set up, to serving the pizza (which was o.k. but come on, this is Chuckee Cheese-not a gourmet dinning establisment), to cutting and serving the cake and the clean up. What can I say about Chuck E Cheese's? Well, the place has not changed much since I visited with my oldest two. My youngest is 11 now and the GD is 4. I do not miss having to visit this place. I will say the kids seemed to have a great time. I was coaxed to get on the little 3-person carousel...enough said! I am SO glad I don't have to go back any time soon and I don't plan to. Children love Chuckee Cheese after like 25 + years of being around. My daughter had a playdate here today and she had a ball! Everything was super cleaned and salad bar was fresh. Also, even though they didn't have many workers during the day, we still were serviced quickly when getting tokens & food. Plus, there's always games for younger toddler age kids and older children. Oh Dear Lord! Can I get a Xanax?! For us parents this is a necessary evil. Chuck E Cheese's, in my opinion, as a whole have gone downhill over the years. It's just not quite what it use to be. The now robotic Chuck E. makes the experience a little less special and the pizza leaves even more to be desired than it use to. Nowadays, the staff can make or break your experience. That and the parenting skills of the other patrons. Sure, this is a place for your kids to be kids but it's not an excuse to let your child do as they please and run around screaming like an animal. Do us all a favor and parent your child(ren). Will I return? Absolutely! I know the joy that my daughter gets from this place and I couldn't deprive her of that. Will we ever have another birthday party there? No way! Incredibly overpriced and there's not enough Advil in the world! The package 'upgrades' add dollars upon dollars to your final bill just to award the children with more plastic trinkets that are broken before the end of the party. If they survive beyond the party, they are in the trash within a week's time. I think the staff is hit or miss here and I think they could do a better job at keeping the place clean. I also think they need to better position the staff at the front because on countless occasions I've had to stand at the counter waiting to be served. Why don't you serve beer!?!?! OK place for the kids birthday parties or group treats. A little loud for just a family outing but as long as you're aware, which you should be at a place like this then no problem. My main reason for taking off two stars is the check out process for redeeming tickets from games. You get your receipt and pick out what want, problem is you redeem at the same place you are picking allowing indecisive, and sometimes inconsiderate, people to stand there for ever deciding what they want while the person behind them may just redeeming 30-40 tickets and know what they want but they are struck waiting on these people. Simple solution would be to allow people to see the items not at the same place you redeem the tickets so they can jot down what they want and a separate station to redeem them. That would seem much more efficient and keep tensions at bay between patrons. Also had to edit this review and take away another star because my 5 year old's jacket and mine were stolen, yes really. I also understand a scarf from another lady in our party was taken. Sad this is what we have come to where people steel from kids at a child oriented restaurant. Chuck e Cheese's has been a childhood pastime for several decades, so imagine my suprise when I planned an afternoon spent with my children and the experience was absolutely deplorable. Not only did the cleanliness of the environment leave much to be desired, the customer service was absolutely despicable. Every employee I encountered was rude, disinterested and incredibly unprofessional with the exception of one charming young lady who stopped to happily say hello to my children. We went here for my sons Wesley's 5th birthday. My Husband and I have been to a chucky cheese before but no one else in our family had. I called them to make sure I could bring my own decorations and cake and they said absolutely. When I got there Jacob was working and he even remembered my calling him. (which was impressive in itself) He told me to go on back and choose wherever I would like. They have long party tables in the back room. He never seemed annoyed with any of my questions and was really helpful. I told him i wanted to pay for everything and instead of having to go up over and over to pay he started me a tab which was awesome! We had 8 adults and 4 children we got the 2 older kids an all you can play card(which on Wednesdays is $15 per hour) Jacob just was a genuinely welcoming and nice person. They give you and your kid a stamp to make sure everyone leaves with who they're suppose to and Jacob was on top of it, which meant a lot to me. After we started playing the adults wanted in on the action so we got cards as well! They have a lot of games to choose from and if there was a problem with any machine they were quick to fix it. The food was good as well. We spent almost 5 hours there! Even the 6mth and 11mth old had a blast just watching everything going on not a single meltdown! My parents in law are cursed with ALWAYS getting bad service and this experience gave them hope. Even the girl who replaced Jacob was nice. The Gm and Managers here know what they're doing and it shows on their employees faces. Everyone working seemed genuinely happy. Thank you so much for making this birthday so special! This is the best chuck e cheese I have been too. Super clean and staff was wonderful. Their food menu is great, it's no longer just pizza. They have a variety of foods to keep everyone happy! Only bummer was it did take awhile for food to get out. But it was very tasty and fresh! I have been to numerous chuck e cheese all over the country and this was far the best. I like that this has a card system in place so you don't have to lug around a bucket of coins. Will definitely be back to have my son's bday here in February! read more

This is the first negative review I've written in 25 years! I drove from Fort Lauderdale (10 hour drive) to visit with my neice/family and arrived at this location at 1:45 pm. My family paid for me to eat the lunch buffet before I got there, which ends at 2. I greeted my family, proceeded to get some lunch, and by that time, the buffet was being taken down to prepare for the dinner salad buffet. I calmly asked for a slice of pizza and explained the situation. The lady working the front was rude and told me that there are no exceptions. I proceeded to ask for a refund, no problem. She refused to give me a refund so I ask to speak with the manager..he was also very rude with me. I never got pizza or salad, and the manager refused to give us a refund. He literally said "someone should have told you that lunch ends at 2". WOW! Horrible customer service. Also, the mouse came out for about 3 minutes (looking like a hot mess) and most of the children were unaware that he was even out dancing. Overall, a rough experience! read more
