The dishes were dirty, several employees had no proper headwear, and when I mentioned that I'd previously found hair in my food, the manager said they didn't have to wear hair restraints. As most places are these days it was understaffed and the dining room reflected it. Cluttered is how I would describe it. Tables were being cleaned in a timely manner, but the dirty dish pans next to trash were full. Supplies like straws were out so I had to ask but they kept the pizzas rolling out, even making special request pizzas in a very fast fashion. First let me start with the hygiene. The tables were all dirty and I had to clean a table to actually use it. Its not even like they had no staff as the manager herself was just sitting on her laptop in a closed section of the dining area. I see very minimal effort being put into the care of this Cicis location. The soda fountain was also very dirty and has not been cleaned im a while. As for the the food it is 5 dollars so you get what you pay for. I am mainly annoyed by the presentation of the dining room. Do not get me started on the bathroom. Warning- not covid safe even with new regulations and case on the rise. The only reason I'm giving two stars is cause the pizza was good and some of the workers where very polite and friendly. But this site was a total fun house and not COVID safe at all. -No hand sanitizer anywhere. -Tables not regularly cleaned or sanitized with proper products -floors dirty -No one is wearing gloves after handling food, touch dish rags, and other tools handling money but then serving food without washing hands or using regularly changing gloves. - kids are running around with food in there hands and mouth back and forth to the game room and tables And No masks - unsupervised kids breathing all over the pizza sticking their face in the pizza while it's served to them from the workers Teenagers reaching around the buffet grabbing their own food, no masks. This was probably the worst experience I've ever had at a Cici's. This place was complete dog in my opinion, the place was so dirty and if a health inspector came here he'd shut this place down, there was dirt all over the tables and the floor, the plates were stacked to the fullest, the pizza tasted nasty, and don't get me started when I had to go wash my hands. All of the air vents in the bathroom were closed and off so when I entered the bathroom I almost passed out because of how bad the smell was, it's a literal hazard to hygiene and a cesspool of bacteria. This pandemic has been going on but the cleanliness of this place was complete garbage. If I could give this place a negative star I would, I highly recommend a health inspector pop in here without saying anything to see how nasty this place is. read more

Cici's is a buffet-style pizza restaurant for family-style eating. This location has a nice salad bar, fresh, hot pizza, low, low prices, and is nearly always crowded on weekends. I took my twins here tonight, and it was a mob scene. The help is cheerful and efficient. They know how to keep the food moving and the people moving and the mouths full. With a crowd like the one we saw tonight, it's hard for the bus boys to move through the aisles and clean tables, though. These people hustle! This is definitely a "strap on the proverbial feedbag," inexpensive, all-you-can-eat restaurant. I'm always sadly amused at the number of exceedingly obese people who frequent this place. Tonight, there seemed to be an inordinate number of flatulent fatties wearing stretch clothing and tattoos, and smelling like they hadn't bathed after afternoon orgies in the hog barn. The pizza was great, but the ambient odors from the guests were, well, off-putting to say the least! Even my 11-year-olds were grossed out by the egregious display of gluttony and poor hygiene! But, we're all guys, so that didn't stop us from eating. Hey, at these prices, with such tasty comfort food and no limits, you get all the hungry dregs of humanity. Their buffet is really good. The price is $6.29 per person all day long. They have a soup, pasta, salad bar and 15 different types of pizza. If you don't see your favorite pizza, they will make one for you. They have dessert options as well. I think their manager and service staff was changed. I mean everyone knows you come for the cinnamon rolls. The pizza is meh but it's only $5 so I mean what is there to complain about. The best thing is that you can order any specialty pizza you want and they will bring you a personal pan size to your table. If you download the phone app you can get rewards --for every 6th visit (I believe) you a get a free buffet. They also will send you coupons for free drinks every now and then. Giving this three stars because it was pretty dirty (as far as dishes on the tables throughout the restaurant) and they were very slow with putting out new pizzas. Came here with our Scout Troop. This was a GREAT time and great food. The owner/General Manager met us at the door and had a superb customer service focus. I think the rest of the staff fed off of his energy. The food was much better than I expected. I had never been to a Ci Ci's and my expectations were very low. I was quite surprised with the quality. Visiting family in Harrisburg, and had our first Cici's experience while in N.C. I'm not a huge fan of pizza, but I was impressed with the offerings at this Cici's. The place was packed with families, and lots of kids, but the workers seemed to handle everything well. The pizzas were constantly replenished, and hot. The small salad bar was kept neat, despite constant traffic flow. I didn't try the Buffalo chicken pizza, but heard it was a pretty good tasting concoction. The chicken noodle soup wasn't too bad, except the poor noodles were well past the noodle phase, and closer to mush. Typical of what you'd want at a pizza buffet, pasta, pizzas, salad, and soup. The desserts (brownies?) looked okay, and our order of chicken wings pleased everyone at our large table. When we arrived at CiCis I was unaware of the closing time and it was still fairly busy so I didn't question it. I told the young lady at the register that I had a party of 10 (2 adults 8 children) She proceeded to give us cups and processed my card for $67.53 after she handed me my receipt she said "and just to let you know we close in less than 30 minutes". We got the children their drinks and went to the buffet and noticed most of the pizza was combined and not fresh. My partner asked if the staff would be putting out more pizza to which the cashier replied "yes the oven turns off at 9pm" my partner then asked for a BBQ chicken pizza. When they brought it out it was a small personal pan pizza. I went back up and asked the manager if we could get fresh pizza, with an attitude she replied "what kind" to which I replied "one cheese pizza and one pepperoni pizza" she didn't even acknowledge my request, just walked off. As I sat at the tables waiting, I noticed all the staff were cleaning, spraying and wiping things down. The manager then placed a pizza down at the buffet and I went to get slices. I get up there and there is one pizza, half cheese, half pepperoni. My party aside there were still quite a few people there so one pizza that's half of what I asked for is absurd. The employees continued to clean dishes and shut down the store. After feeling overwhelmingly frustrated my partner went to speak to the manager about the issue and the manager stated "we would've made more had you asked" with too much attitude to be managing any establishment. As we were packing to leave I could see the 3 main employees talking, joking, laughing and nodding in our direction. We ignored it and continued to clean, my niece ended up dropping a ranch cup on the floor so my partner asked the young man for a towel, I'm guessing because it was after 9pm (roughly 9:10) that customer service went out the window because he replied with such nastiness "it's napkins over there". Thank God there was a very nice woman sweeping the floor who offered to help clean the mess. I spent $70 on the equivalent of 2 pizza's for a party of 10, this is outrageous. read more

Love CiCi's for the family. Great, clean restaurant. We came in at 8:54 pm and realized they closed at 9:00. There was 18 of us and the staff said if we wanted to stay, they would make another pizza of each one out on the buffet for us. They were so accommodating and nice. Kept checking on us. We felt guilty about it but they made us feel completely welcome. We will eat here anytime we are in town. Great place and wonderful staff! read more

Cici's is a place to get cheap all you can eat pizza. The pizza is on par with other chain pizza restaurants (better than hot n' ready's from little cesars, on par with domino's, maybe slightly under pizza hut or papa john's). This location is great and John the manager is one of the best in the business. He goes above and beyond what he needs to do to help the customer and make sure everything is going well. They will make you any pizza you ask for. Some suggestions: try the bbq pizza with added toppings (I like to get it with onions and pepperoni). My wife likes the mac and cheese with jalapenos. The cheese steak and cheese burger pizza are delicious as well. All of the thin crusts are good too. My wife says the salads are good too, similar to olive garden. Its a good place to eat a huge amount of decent pizza for very cheap. read more

I wish I could give a 0 star review because I would. I'm not even sure where to begin. I guess I'll start at the beginning of our visit. No one greeted us with your typical "welcome to Cici's." It was mumbled when we walked up to the counter. Pizza was decent but nothing I'll crave. Some tasted old and like it had been there a while. While we were eating my husband noticed that there was a teenager that was going up frequently. After the second visit to the buffet the teenager was putting pizza right on his hand not on a plan. Disgusted by this, I went to the manager on duty and explained to him how disgusting it was. He was like ok and no apology. Well he was standing at the buffet when the same teenager went back up. The teenager waited until the manager had his back turned and did it again! I honestly couldn't stand being in there and neither could my husband. He said something to the teenager and the teenager laughed and did it anyway. I will be calling to speak with manager tomorrow. I am a regular customer of CiCi's pizza this was the first time I went to this location and I thought the service was great. The people were all smiles. I felt like I was in a great environment. The employees were always asking if everything was alright, most places should do that but don't so it was refreshing having that service. It was very busy but the way they managed to handle it in a fast pace was great. The only bad thing I have to say was that the employees didn't have name tags. I wish I could have stated everyone by name. I definitely recommend it and will be eating here more. read more
