The staff was great, friendly, going out if their way... but this place is so run down and about 40% of the machines are broken or glitching (steals your money after you swipe the card and nothing happens). Please update this Chuck E. Cheese, it's in awful condition.

Pretty much every table looked like this when we got there and when we left 1hr later.

Took my son there so he can play and have some fun. I bought a card which gave him unlimited plays for one hour and that hour could come fast enough. Idk if there is any manager on duty at this branch because the employees who work there clearly don't care. Pretty much all the tables were dirty when we got there and had not been cleaned when we left one hour later. Many of the game machines were out of tickets. So after playing and racking up points we waited for tickets to come flying out of the slot in vain. There were a lot of kids playing (as expected) and quite a few of them were not being supervised by a parent or guardian. Some of the kids were climbing into the games which contained balls to retrieve the balls. There were 3 kids on the carousel with basketballs, trying to shoot the balls into the hoop across from the carousel while it was moving. But there was no staff from chuck e cheese on the floor to ask parents to have them stop this unsafe activity etc. This place is pretty much ran like a zoo. Actually a zoo is more organized because they keep safety in mind. I have taken my son to dave and buster and sports connection etc. and the environment was much safer and more fun.

They give you and your kid a stamp to make sure everyone leaves with who they're suppose to and Jacob was on top of it, which meant a lot to me.

They have some really nice menu options to try, so we ordered a Sicilian (huge 16x16 square- can feed 2 big guys or 4 normal people) and a NY Style Margherita. Regardless, great taste, great service and a really good option in Concord.

The girl who took the order read back to me my order before hanging up and everything was correct. i called back within 20 seconds to add an additional item. After driving there (25 minutes away from my home) i arrived just before the order was ready. i added 3 pieces of Cheesecake and after paying and tipping $20 on a PHONE ORDER, guess what happened. They forgot to give me additional 10" pizza i ordered and gave us a cheese calzone instead of a Meat Lovers Calzone which we ordered. i spoke with someone over the phone with my disappointment in everything g and was told I would receive a FULL REFUND. I told him i would be up there in just a little bit as i have to drive back to them (another 25 minutes). When i got there I believe it was Isabela who met me at the counter and said that she is only gonna refund me the money for the Calzone because they already refunded me for the pizza they forgot which i brought to their attention BEFORE I left the first time. I was told ONE THING and received something g different, ON TOP of them screwing up my order on two items and her excuse was, "sorry we were really busy"! REALLY? That's NOT AN EXCUSE! This is your business, YOUR LIVELIHOOD, YOU HAVE TO DO BETTER! i can tell you this, If you choose to order with Isabela's Pizza MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE so you don't have to spend TIME, GAS (which is very expensive right now) and ENERGY with this company WHICH I WILL NEVER EVER SPEND ANOTHER DOLLAR! I'd had Benny DaCorsa recommended to me by several friends, so today was the day! The place is small inside, but it has ample parking. There are 2 larger tables inside, along with a bar that wraps around the perimeter with seating, but if the weather is nice, take your slice outside to the picnic tables. Also, they don't have fountain drinks (which to me are gross anyway), but their cooler is stocked with tons of flavors you don't see every day. I grabbed the strawberry lemonade, and it was yummy! Our slices were so big, we had to have 2 plates to carry them out on. I got pepperoni and mushrooms, which was delicious. I also got extra marinara sauce for dipping my crust into. This is served cold, but is very flavorful. One slice was more than enough for me, but my daughter's boyfriend ate 2. Honestly, if it is your first time there, start with 1 slice, they are larger than you think! You can also buy whole pies, for which I thought the price was insane when I looked at it online. I saw 2 ladies pick up 3 of them (party?), and I can only imagine what a conversation piece those made! If you are in Concord, stop by. Pizza is great, and the service is fast and friendly. 5 stars, easily!

On this visit, I had the tagliatelle with chicken -- comforting, rich, and full of flavor. The slight sweetness of the sauce and WHITE CHOCOLATE topping (I know, sounds odd but trust) paired really well with the mushrooms and pancetta. The atmosphere is very family-oriented, and the staff is always welcoming. Our server, Jane, was only on her second day, but she went above and beyond to make our one-year anniversary feel special, even bringing us a complimentary cannoli. The ciabatta bread was also fantastic -- crunchy on the outside, soft inside -- and the olive oil and balsamic tasted fresh and light. We finished with the chocolate cake, which was rich and satisfying. This is a great spot for date nights, celebrations, or just a really good Italian dinner. Exceptional experience every time.

I decided to go with a simple half cheese/half chicken pizza, paired with a Greek salad and an order of Carolina gold wings. We ordered via delivery so I can't speak much to the restaurant itself, but our food was super fresh and hot when it arrived. Let me say, the salad was very sad. It seemed like someone just threw the contents of the produce drawer into a container, lol. It was pretty much a head of lettuce cut into huge chunks, half of a tomato and huge chunks of onions. I had to go through and chop the veggies myself. Crazy. The wings were on the smaller side but the sauce was delicious. The pizza itself (well, the cheese portion that I tried) was good. The pie itself was huge and slices were generous. Maybe not a life-changing foodie experience for me but it did its job.

We decided on the their appetizer sampler just to get a feel for their food, and it wasn't a great feel. The wings were burnt, Maybe that's their "style" but it didn't work. They were so dry. Indeed, if the cold North runs through you veins, you'll find house beer and mead aplenty to wet your whistle in an atmosphere that while housed in a modern shopping center, is still somehow appropos. Unfortunately, I had driving to do, so alcohol wasn't in the cards, but the menu appealed to us. We needed some comfort food, so we ended up with an appetizer sampler that included a baked pretzel, jalapeno poppers (instead of the fried ravioli that I guess they were out of), buffalo wings, and mozz sticks. We also got a pizza from the current specials, the spicy hawaiin. We like pineapple on pizza, and definitely prefer pepperoni to ham, and this also included jalapenos... so it sounded right up our alley. FYI, there are no waiters, you simply order at the bar, and they give you a numbered buzzer to pick up your food when ready. I greatly prefer this way of doing things honestly. For the food, honestly... a mixed bag, hence the one star off. The pretzel was great, probably the best of the bunch. Jalapeno poppers were nice and large, good flavor balance of cream cheese and jalapeno. Mozz sticks were mozz sticks. We didn't care for the wings. For one, they weren't tossed in the buffalo sauce, it was just poured over the top, and they also were a tad dry... maybe fried too long. The pizza was a letdown, especially since other reviews were so complimentary of it. The slices were very floppy, it maybe could have used a couple minutes more. The cheese had a nice flavor, but the sauce was not either of our preference. Could have used more pineapple, less jalapeno to balance the bites. Overall, we didn't finish it, and didn't take the leftovers for later. It could just be our personal tastes, so go and decide for yourself. Outside of food, it was trivia night, and people were having a great time. We would have taken part if we were staying longer. I think if I lived in the area, I would still come here, and just figure out what food items are the ones to get and which ones aren't. Great atmosphere, friendly bartender and people.
