My review is purely of the games and such, no food. Charles E. Cheese has really let the fun of this place go out the window. There's no longer any play equipment, and the arcade games are slim pickings. I really dislike the lack of tangible tokens or at the very least tickets. Part of the experience of arcade games for tickets is seeing those tickets spew out of the machine. Now it's pretty lame. Would have stayed for dinner if the price of pizza wasn't so high. I will admit the place was clean for the most part and the staff were very nice. I think a more fun experience can be had over at Crazy Pins. read more

Restaurant review Not all Chuck E Cheese are built alike. It was our first visit prior to the pandemic where we were looking for time to fill and to use the rest of the tokens I had saved up from a birthday party a few years back. I agree with other reviewers that the place itself is quite clean. I was surprised to find that the location is a lot smaller than other Chuck E Cheese with less games as well. In addition, you had parents playing non-stop at a ticket machine as they offer unlimited time passes as well for the ticket machine. It was kind of sad seeing parents hitting the button over and over to get tickets to redeem for kids prizes. I think for the amount you pay, you could easily just go buy the prize at the dollar store. Staff was friendly and they seem to be very attentive to any machines that maybe broken. Very disappointing experience. No longer do they use tokens. Pizza combo meal with 4 drinks saves you fifteen cents so I suppose that's ok. You pay blin 15 minute increments. Overall seems like too much of a cash grab to me. You pay a dollar for a blank card that you can charge with additional time. So if you have five children then you pay an additional five dollars for each to have their own card. The food is lackluster at best. On the plus side you don't need to wear masks inside. For the money I'd pick a local spot like combat-ops or crazy pins instead. Hope this helps someone. read more

Let me start by saying this is the cleanest Chucky cheese that I have ever been to in my whole entire life. My husband and I took our toddler there for our first time and we were really impressed. The place was really clean the staff was really friendly and the food wasn't that bad at all actually.my daughter enjoyed it very much. The place was not that big which I like it better. Still a great place to take the kids and I like the security at the front door. But I have to say.. what the heck has happened to the food?? The pizza wasn't horrible but a bit expensive for what you get and the breadsticks are a crust baked, cut and sprinkled with a weird seasoning served with ranch and marinara. The employees were helpful and doing their best in a room full of shrieking children. 21 years ago we took my first grandson to the Showbiz Pizza in Fort Wayne, since merged into Chuck E Cheese. One of my strongest memories is how loud and grimy it seemed to be. Today we took my toddler youngest grandson to this Chuck E Cheese. WELL DONE STAFF! As the other reviewers reported, this place is SPOTLESS. The pizza was fine. The staff was superlative. Easy entertainment for the children. You get tickets thrown at you by Chucky and the prizes aren't ridiculously priced like at Jungle George's. Safe place because kids can just run around and not walk out the door with a random person due to the numbers on their hands. Food is good and I love the salad bar. The food was ok pizza has definitely been upgraded. The place is clean and the Arcade game are still pretty good. My only complaint is that the kids have nowhere to run around in all the play ground equipment is gone.
