We got delivery from this location and they went above and beyond with this order. We got two pizzas and a cheesy bread, when the pizza arrived we found we also got a large cheese pizza as well. At first we thought it could have been a mistake but then our driver left us a voicemail saying that was for us. Domino's has really stepped their game up. Not just in marketing but it customer service as well. And, there pizza is a lot better than I ever remember as a kid. Having been a die hard Pizza Hut fan (when it comes to delivery pizza) I can honestly say Domino's has become more of a go-to for me -- mostly because the downtown location at The Harrison is super convenient for delivery to my apt....and because let's face it -- it's more fun to eat pizza cut in squares. I don't feel as bad when I devour a whole pizza by myself. My go-to is thin crust, pepperoni, and jalopeno. Delish. Always. Prices are cheap! They always are running a deal! Order online and they usually throw in some breaded bite thingys for $2.99. Can't say no. I Ordered this pizza but it was supposed to come with the toppings on only half of the pizza & when I called the store to request a new pizza the employee on the phone (said that he was the manager) said it would take an hour to get a new pizza & when I requested our pizza to be put on priority I was informed that he "was a little busy right now" & told me I could get a store credit & I said sure only for him to immediately hang up on me with no further information. I've never been to the physical restaurant except to bike past it, but I've called them for delivery about 3 times in the past couple of months. The sandwiches always come nice & hot and in handy re-closable cardboard boxes. Pizza is great as well, standard Domino style and flavor. We patiently waited for TWO HOURS!! before we called to see where our order was and was told that our order was cancelled TWICE?!?! How does that happen?? We never called to cancel and they wouldn't tell us who did. I can only assume that a worker cancelled our order because they were "running behind" and didn't want the extra work. Check your financial records folks! I prefer making food even numbers so that I can, at a glance, tell which items are eating out and which aren't. Apparently these folks have been playing this game for a while. My first order with this store was in June of 2019. I don't remember the details so I'm not commenting on that transaction beyond, "it's not an even number." The next most recent order I made was Nov 1, 2020. This one I remember. For two pizzas and two sodas they billed me 33.12. This one should have been 30 or 33, but not 33.12. I noted that the toppings were so stingy I felt we'd have had more from one of the 97 cent frozen pizzas. The kind the cheese doesn't even cover the sauce. Don't create an "option," of "extra," cheese when you're not putting what you should on in the first place. I also noted that the diced tomatoes are canned [shudder] this is farm land folks, why would anyone put a canned tomato on a pizza? Which brings us to the most recent order. For what I was told was a 32 dollar bill, for a single pizza, a brownie thing (which was stellar), and a soda and I was billed 37.55. I left notes in my order for both the cook and the driver. I was moving and needed them to simply drop the order on my pickup. Instead the driver literally takes FOREVER to get to me, and then finally calls to find out where I am. It is at this point, probably the first time ever, he sounded out what I wrote on the notes. Exasperated I told him to stay where he was and that I'd meet him. He tried to hand the order to me and I instructed him to put in on the steps. The pizza was STINGY, once again. I mean, there is being mindful and frugal and there is whatever this is. I'm serious about there being more toppings and "cheese," on those 97 cent pizzas in the freezer section. I want a balanced pizza, too much and it's gross, too few or too little, and it's not satisfying. So I tried to call the store to figure out how to untip the dude because if you can't read your instructions, seriously, do you really deserve the tip? His tip was 20% because I hoped that seeing the higher tip both the pizza assembler and the driver would actually do their jobs. Nope. Or rather, they did exactly to the corporate letter and either ignored my requests, or simply didn't bother reading them. I've delivered pizza, and if the order said, "cheese and peppers," I made sure to have more than I needed. If the order said, "watch out for the dog it'll bite your nards," I watch out for the dog. Seriously, pizza delivery isn't that intellectual an endeavor and good money can be made, but you won't get that money twice if you can't figure out how to read your notes. The whole store will lose the customer. Not just the driver. Customers will avoid the store to avoid the driver. I never did find out how to untip the guy. They don't make it easy to send feedback, they don't make it easy to find their number, and I was in the middle of a move. Not exactly the time of my life, and not exactly when I needed to be wasting energy and time hunting down a Domino's manager who would feed me platitudes and nonsense while evading the issues of, "stingy pizza," "unjustified tip." But now that there are also MORE fees? Yeah, no way! Absolutely NEVER again. Not even if starving to death. Theft is never acceptable and charging me something other than what you've told me you're charging me is theft. Domino's is NEVER my first choice, and with these experiences, it'll likely never be my choice again. read more

We stayed at a hotel less than a block away. At 9:36 it said online that the pizza had passed quality control check, at 9:04 it left the store and as of 9:35 still not delivered. Mixed review here....by the way - this was at the Dupont location, but I'm sure they are all owned by the same franchisee. Pizza was good. No complaints. However....as I was driving in to pick up my carryout order, I witnessed (and have dashcam video to prove it) a driver in a copper colored Rio and a big "Domino's" sign on the roof blatantly run not one, but TWO stoplights on her way BACK to the store. I told the person in charge at the store, the driver admitted it and apologized (probably was sorry for "getting caught", not for the actions). I tried to follow up via email the next day...a week later and I've heard NO response from management. Pretty disappointed... If it were not for the "slice the price" fundraiser card that I have, I'd probably write them off. The card is good until the end of June, so I'll probably grab more "buy one get one" pizzas for another 3 months, then stop doing business. Terrible experience with the carry out I had made an order of the buffalo chicken pizza. Once I get home I have seen the pizza with mostly cheese no sauce nothing. I had called the place and see if I can get store credit since the pizza was almost gone but one lady was about to give me credit , but she was interpreted and other person said no you can't get any credit. Not ordering again. Worst experience in the world. The employee/driver named Crystal Lucas had people in the backseat of the car while on the job and parked on the side of the road, people nearly wrecking into the car, putting others at risk. Not only that, but she continued to proceed with questioning me which High School I had went to and to add her Facebook, no thanks. I was offended considering my fiance was upstairs waiting on this slore to hurry up, instead she embarrassed herself and made my entire experience uncomfortable, also this sort of stuff never happened to me before. Probably because they had more professionalism and respect. Not to mention I called the place myself explaining what happened and asked if it were normal, they compensated my entire order with $25 when it was well over that.
