Carried out on a Monday night so the food was ready at the time they said it would be. Pictured is the Margherita Pizza, Carbonara Pasta & their version of a tiramisu. Pizza: Was delicious! Perfectly cooked and the flavor was perfect. It was thin, light, crunchy crust but not too crunchy, dough nice and soft at the same time. Highly recommend it. Pasta: A bit underwhelming. I felt it could use more sauce and a bit more flavor as it was bland. Portion was decent. The pork should have been cooked more as it was chewy and in a carbonara, i expect the pork to be a tad crispier. Dessert: I am a tiramisu fanatic and I was disappointed when i took a bite of it as it was more like a slice of cake pretending to be a tiramisu. It was yummy but i would not consider this a slice of tiramisu. You can see in my last photo where you see the cake style parts of it. While i do love strawberries, they were an odd touch considering it's supposed to be tiramisu and not a slice of coffee, chocolate flavored cake. Overall i believe that we overpaid for dinner. If i were to return, I would probably just stick to the pizza. I love that they have vegan and gluten free options so that's a plus but other than that, i can't say i will be returning soon. Very accommodating with food allergies, with many Vegan and GF options!! Staff is pleasant, and helpful. They are always very busy, and seemed to be understaffed at times, with long wait times, however this is a shortcoming of management, not the staff members. First time at Three Fires Pizza... Really solid artisanal pies. We live up North East, so we would frequent 800 Degrees on Dupont ... Unfortunately due to piss poor customer service and unacceptable treatment from the owner/manager (see that review for details), we decided to give Three Fires a try based on recommendations from friends - We were told the restaurants are similar, as the family branched off from one another years back. We stopped in a Sunday and were not disappointed... Big pizzeria with a nice bar. The pizzas and menus were pretty much the same as 800 Degrees, but Three Fires is full service (whereas 800 Degrees has a weird service model with no dedicated servers)... We really liked the full service at Three Fires and the huge tap beer selection. All-in-all, pizza was excellent and the service was great... We will certainly be back. read more

We loved the pizza buffet, it's been one of our favorite dinner outings in Fort Wayne, and we've visited frequently. So, we were really disappointed to hear it was being discontinued, especially with only three days' notice. My family was hungry and wanted to take some food to go, so we decided to give Three Fires Pizza a try. We placed our order for some wings, pasta carbonara and a carne pizza to go. We took it home and, we were disappointed. It wasn't bad, but for the price we felt it should have been better. Sure it tasted better than run of the mill national chain pizza, but i have had better wings and pizza in other restaurants. My mom felt the same about the carbonara. This was my first time trying three fires pizza and I took my 93-year-old grandma. While she can be very indecisive and need more time than most diners, our server was very kind and patient to her. She got the pasta and salad, lunch special, which was very fresh and delicious. There are generous portion sizes for a decent price. She had enough food to take home for another meal. I got the lunch salad/pizza bar, it was all OK food. I do think it had something to do with coming at an odd time, I would like to give them another try when everything is hot on the pizza bar and cold on the salad bar. Both my grandma and I loved the pistachio ricotta dessert. Will come again but hopefully the buffets are better stocked and fresh. read more

Just ordered a "bowl" (carry out). It came in a 6" x 8" tin. It didn't have the ingredients that came in the bowl, nor did it come with the "extras" I paid for. Instead of actually being a pizza without the crust, it was more like pizza toppings drowning in pizza soup. The top was completely burnt. I assumed there would be cheese on top... instead, the cheese that was in it was stuck and burnt to the bottom. Bottom line, this "bowl" costs $25.00.. more than a pizza with crust. Instead I received a bowl of pizza soup.. oh, but don't get me wrong... the food in the dish was only about 3/4" thick... never in a million years would the ingredients in the bowl top a medium pizza. Just do yourself a favor... skip the bowls. I had half a mind to take it back and get my money back but decided to just never eat there again instead. read more

Any reviews of a pizza place must have a disclaimer because pizza is highly personal and everyone thinks their favorite is the best. New Yorkers will say that NYC pizza is the best (it's not) same for Chicago folks.. they will tell you a Chicago deep dish is the best...For Three Fires in Fort Wayne... it's pretty good pizza and really good service. The Pepperoni pizza won the day for us with a nice wood fire char and sized perfectly for 2 people. The Thai pizza which is vegan was good but we struggled with the texture of the cheese sauce.. we should have asked for that one with regular mozzarella and it would have won the day ahead of the pepperoni pizza. The cauliflower on the appetizer menu is well worth trying.. very good. So if we were in town would we go here again? Yes! read more

With a wide variety of foods, we were left very satisfied after our visit to Three Fires Pizza yesterday. The food was delicious and the service was quick. We ordered the bruschetta, garlic bread, pomodoro pizza, Thai pizza and Mac n cheese. All were delicious. I do wish the Thai pizza had a bit more spice to bring out more of the authentic Thai flavor. However, it was still good. They take reservations for parties of 8+ so if you're coming with a big group, you could make use of that policy. We were hoping to since we have a 3 month old, but we only had 6 people in our party. The wait was around 30 minutes after we arrived at 7:15pm on a Saturday which wasn't too bad. read more

The food was AWESOME. We started with the meatballs - the marinara sauce is delicious. The sauce has sliced sautéed onions which added great flavor and texture. It's topped with sliced almonds which I've never seen before, it added a good crunch. We ordered a full size Mac n cheese and it was plenty for us 3 to share. We added pancetta which was a great decision. I ordered the 800° pizza and loved it - I gave it a 7.6/10 (high score). I'd highly recommend this restaurant! I really enjoyed our date here. The facility is large so we didn't have much wait on a busy Saturday evening. I really like the carry out window located right at the entrance door - especially in this Covid day and age. Thus window allows outside patrons to get their food quickly without entering the dinning area. The facility is very clean. The host and waiter were very friendly and professional. For dinner we started with the caprese salad. The tomato was fresh and crisp. The mozzarella cheese was tasty. The balsamic vinegar sauce was a very good accent to this salad. We also had the meatball pizza. The wood fired crust was thick enough to be soft but thin enough to fill you up like a thin crust pizza. The sauce was very present. Not much sauce to draw your taste buds. The meatballs were excellent with a slight spice. Give this place a try! read more

I called three fires today for a last minute reservation for my nephews birthday. As our original location cancelled on us, we were thinking we were going to have to reschedule the whole party when we came across Three Fires website. The hostess was more than accommodating regarding the time frame of our schedule. When we arrived we were greeted by our server Michelle. She was hands down the best server we have ever had. She even found us a lighter for our candles and plates for cake. The food was top notch. Everything came out fast and tasted so fresh. And the bacon pickle ranch pizza was as awesome! Michelle also let the kids color pictures and hang them on the wall of fame . She told us they have a buffet on Monday nights and we will definitely be back. We were out with family celebrating a birthday. My sister had come with her 15-month-old son. She ordered him a kid's cheese pizza. We cut it up in pieces for him to eat. He's obviously a toddler and will most likely throw some of his food on the ground. One of the servers (not ours. Just someone who had too much time at work. Her name is Michelle) decided to kick the pieces of food close to my nephew's highchair and said condescendingly, "I'll give you this food back," and proceeded to tell our waitress that "hey you're gonna need a broom for them" My sister is a new mom and already knows that it's a challenge to bring her child out to a restaurant. She immediately felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. Our waitress came to check in, and I commented that her coworker had rudely commented on my sister and her child. Our waitress said she would speak to her and apologized to her. Michelle then came back defensive, saying that's not what she meant. She still had a rude tone with us and did not feel the need to apologize. My sister felt the need to rush out of there, got her food boxed up, and left. She didn't even have the chance to eat her food because she was feeding her son! She left the restaurant crying because she felt like her child was a disturbance to the employees. We were upset for our sister, and our other sister's birthday dinner was dampened. Our actual waitress was super apologetic and felt horrible for us. She was a sweetheart and kept saying sorry to us. We were in no way mad at her. But we sincerely appreciated her kindness. Our waitress gave my mother and me complimentary wine and dessert for my sister's birthday. We've decided this will be the last time we go here because this was the last straw, as we've had other poor experiences here. We got pizza from here while staying in Fort Wayne for the weekend. I customized my own pizza, but even if you get a normal pizza, keep in mind this place is pretty pricey. We got our food to go and and man, mine was so delicious. I added red onion, ricotta, grilled chicken, and chili oil. The actual topping part was great. The crust tho...meh. I know it's a fire grilled pizza but all I could taste in the crust was a burnt flavor. Pretty great overall tho. read more

I went with a co-worker I hadn't seen in a while. The Yelp! ratings were good and it was close to the hotel. I ordered the BBQ chicken pizza and he got a regular pepperoni. I'm not sure how big the pizzas were but if I had to guess they were probably 12 or 14 inch pizzas. Neither of us could finish our pies. Mine was really good. I didn't think to mention it when I ordered, but I get a BBQ pizza I typically like it with light sauce. This pie was a little heavy on the sauce but it was still good. If you like craft beer they have a pretty good selection; maybe 20 on draft. There are quite a few that are high gravity so watch out for that. read more

We have been loyal customers of this restaurant for years. We have always ordered a bottle of wine with our meal and take home at least 1/3 of the bottle (resealed, and put in the back of the vehicle for transportation). Today, we were told that we were not allowed to take the remainder of the bottle home due to "the law". The manager came to our table and we told him we have done this for years in this restaurant, and others, as it is legal. I attempted to show the Indiana code on my phone, but he said it wasn't from Indiana.gov and told us we were wrong. We informed him we will not return and he said he didn't care if he lost us as customers. The following is so that the manager can educate himself. Very picky when it comes to pizza, but ordered take out from here and it was pretty dang good! I got the Rocket Pizza that is described with arugula on top, and they were nice enough to put it in the little take out bowl so it didn't get soggy or messy during transportation. I kept it off half the pizza for the photo. It tastes great, and I'm excited to try the rest of their pizzas and the menu. The size is perfect to share for two normal hungry people with an app or one super hungry person. 100% will be ordering from Three Fires Pizza again. read more
