I love this place during the weekdays, there are very few people! I'm a preschool teacher and even though I work with kids all day, sometimes I just want to be a kid! I walked right in and ordered. My food was ready to be picked up at the window quickly. Their pizza is always good as well as their Cheesy Bread. They now offer my favorite DOLE Strawberry Lemonade at their drink fountain (I'm forever sold!)

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. My Take Five with Chuck E. photo? Never got it. They flat-out scammed me. I ended up with a pathetic 100 tickets because half the games are just rigged gambling for tickets, and the rest need real skill -- which not everyone has. I'm not some arcade master. Overall, the whole experience was frustrating and disappointing. The only thing I walked out with was a silly frog finger thing, which is honestly ridiculous for all the effort I put in. To summarize: Do NOT do Take Five with Chuck E., and be prepared to deal with a bunch of games designed to make it nearly impossible to win anything. It's a complete rip-off. GOD WHERE IS MY PHOTO

Our experience here today was great. I like the new unlimited play for an amount of time. Our pizza was good. The manager (Rick, I believe) walked around to ensure everyone was happy. The choices for prizes from tickets is a little slim unless you have lots of tickets, but they enjoyed playing even without tickets. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised. Oh, and I had a beer with my pizza, so that was a nice addition :)

I like this establishment. It is fun for everyone. I went to a birthday party there and it was great (I am in high school)

The food has consistently been good, and I've always loved the unique atmosphere and pizza combinations you can't really get anywhere else. That being said, the experience has definitely changed over the years. While the location is technically in a great area of Franklin, the parking situation has become an absolute nightmare as the city continues to grow. It's honestly getting harder and harder to enjoy going there because of the traffic and lack of parking nearby. I also feel like the customer service has gone downhill recently. I used to have much friendlier experiences there, but the last few times I've visited, the staff seemed less welcoming and the overall atmosphere just felt off compared to what it used to be. I still enjoy Mellow Mushroom and will always have nostalgia for it, but I definitely think there are areas that could improve to bring back the experience people used to love.

Their crust has a maple (I think) crust that makes it a little sweet and chewy. A couple of my favorites are Cosmic Karma and Holy Shitake. Previously they had a rib eye pizza with caramelized onions and peppers which was amazing. I do hope they bring this back at some point. It was a fun routine to always come to Mellow Mushroom after the Franklin Art Crawl. Sadly the last couple of times we went to the art crawl (due to no longer serving wine) that fun populated vibe of the art crawl has gone away. There were so few people last time at the art walk it felt abandoned so we left early and enjoyed the rest of the night eating delicious pizza at Mellow Mushroom. I recommend Mellow Mushroom to anyone that wants the best pizza in the area.

This is a true Irish pub that pours a proper pint of Guinness and a smooth Smithwick's, along with a solid lineup of other beers. If you know, you know and they know how to pour it right. For an appetizer, I kicked things off with 10 "Almost Famous" Wings. Let me just say this clearly: the Nash-Hot wings are the BEST in Franklin. Crispy, flavorful, and bringing just enough heat to remind you that you're alive without requiring a fire extinguisher. For lunch, I went with a classic Irish go-to, the Fish & Chips. The fish had a light, crispy batter and was cooked just right. Flaky, tender, and not greasy. Exactly what you want. My wife ordered the Quinn's Classic Reuben, and it was stacked, melty, and equally impressive. The service is always top notch. Jeffrey, the owner, strolls around the dining room making everyone feel welcome and appreciated -- and that personal touch makes a difference. You can tell this isn't just a restaurant; it's a place people come to gather. And today, February 17th, 2026, congratulations to Jeffrey and Quinn's on celebrating 10 years! That's a big milestone and well deserved. Y'all are awesome. Here's to the next decade!

This was my second visit, and it confirmed everything I thought the first time around. On my first trip, I had the chance to meet the owners, David and Amanda, and was immediately impressed by their passion for what they're building in the community. You can tell this place isn't just a restaurant--it's a labor of love. The sourdough crust absolutely blew me away. It has that perfect balance of crisp on the outside and soft, flavorful chew on the inside. You can taste the difference. The ingredients are fresh, the flavor combinations are dialed in, and every bite feels intentional. On my second visit, I brought one of the crews I work with--and let's just say it was a hit. We ordered plenty and still walked away with leftovers. Even better? The pizza was just as good reheated the next day (which says a lot about quality). Beyond the food, the ambiance makes you want to stick around. It has that welcoming, community-focused vibe that only true local ownership can create. David and Amanda have built something special here, and Thompson's Station is better for it. Highly recommend. We'll definitely be back.
