We held my 6-year old's birthday here, and were glad we did. It was a convenient and safe way to do a birthday. Overall the venue was clean, and the party planners were organized for the most part. You pay for the convenience as Chuck E. Cheese wasn't cheap. Besides the fact that all kids love games, we enjoyed having our birthday there because it's an enclosed space for them to run around in and play. I had a baby with me, so it was important that my kids 4 and 6 didn't need constant supervision. My friend who also hosted a birthday here chose it because it's safe. Her child badly injured her knee attending a gymnastics birthday party. I'm in favor of a party where no one gets hurt. My 6-year old also loved the ticket blaster. I must say this was a hit for bringing in the new year. Our kiddos had a blast and enjoyed themselves. The pizza was great extra cheesy just like we like it, the salad bar was fresh, drinks were great and all the games and ride on machinery were working excellently. So we have no complaints. We arrived just after they opened on a Sunday morning since we figured it wouldn't be too busy at that time of day. So, here is what we found... Pros: The place was clean We received plenty of "tokens" with our package There were games to entertain both the kids and adults Cons: There was a party going on with VERY rambunctious kids and no staff to keep control (i.e. kids that were way too big jumping on and off rides in the middle of my 2 year old using them) We had to wait around for an employee (which there were plenty of) to appear each time we went to the counter even though they didn't seem to be very busy at all Overall, it wasn't a bad experience but if the staff had been more attentive it could have been much better. read more

New chuck-E-cheese updates are great. This location is super clean and completely re-done. They have a lot of new games and a fun house that my kids went through like 15 times. They even had some more adult oriented games like racing and Jurassic Park shooting dinosaur games that I had fun playing. Their food has improved over the last couple years. The pizza is now pretty good, and I love the salad bar. Wish there were some more organic choices, but hey it is chuck-E-cheese. Not sure how I feel about no more tokens, they have been replaced by cards. The cards are definitely cleaner, but easier for your kiddo to set down and instantly lose everything. Staff was friendly and helpful. Chuck-E came out and spent like 3 minutes interacting with my kids. He or she couldn't talk and my kids had no idea what Chuck-E was trying to say, but was still nice. we were here yesterday 4/15/17 for a 5yr olds birthday party we were invited to. The facility was clean no trash/food on the floor. plenty of seating for the size and crowd. there was a lack of staff presence. meaning i SAW many staff members, however, could not tell what their function was. every time i walked to the front whether it was to pay for more food/treats or get prizes there was nobody around. i just had to stand and wait for someone to realize there were people at the counter. at one point a manager (purple shirt/vest) came behind the counter and instead of just going ahead and assisting made myself and the 3 people waiting behind me wait longer as he said "let me find someone to come help you!" arent YOU somebody? i know he was a manager because he was delegating tasks to others earlier when i saw him. the bathrooms (both mens and womens) has NO SOAP! in a childrens facility..kids were running in and out of bathroom without being able to wash! once i found out i went and told them their was no soap in either bathroom and also that numerous trash cans were over flowing. the girl was less that caring. and after calling into her headset the issues neither was fixed 1.5 later when we left..... several games were functioning subpar. the "fun house" has a spot to charge you 3 credits of your play pass to enter however after paying several times we learned the gate opens with a simple push and therefore no credits are really required. many kids were going in for free over and over and over and we foolishly paid like it said over and over. should be an attendant if the want the play pass credits or remove scanner and sign in the dont. other wise you are blatantly ripping off honest parents. my son played a shooting game and got 2 tickets after he made it through the first section in game. next time my husband played with him and they made it through many sections until it became extremely difficult. at the end they got 1 ticket each or a total of 2! so no matter how far they got the game was not going to give more than 2! luckily we were there for a party and the kids got to see/meet chuck E however he never left the party area so all the other paying guests who were there did not get to meet him unless they came through other peoples parties and crowds! the salad bar was decent. obviously with adults in mind. however the close proximity meant lots of food falling in wrong containers. i could not eat many toppings because it seemed there was cheese in everything. one really good thing is unlike bonkers or other places that put the black light ink on child/parent on the hand. this place does the forearm. most hands get washed and rubbed. at bonkers the stamps never look like anything but a blurr here they were clear so they matched up! safety is important so im glad that part is taken seriously. and there was always someone posted at the door. few flaws but everything is fixable with attention to detail and better staff management. read more

Went here for a birthday party. Guy that was working the door was friendly but didn't check that my kids stamps matched mine when we left. He pretended to check but didn't even see the number. Giving parents a false sense of security is worse than not having any at all. This is the most serious job at this place because the consequences of doing a bad job could be tragic and irreversible. Even though I watch my kids when we are here, there are two of them and they sometimes go in opposite directions. I called to let the manager know so they could check more closely and I was put on hold for over 30 mins and no one ever came to the phone. I will try again on Monday. This Chuck E Cheese is a really nice one. I'm used to an older location and this one is much newer than that other one. It has a toddler section for little kids which is nice. The party we attended went a lot smoother than my daughters at the other location. If it wasn't so far from us we would start going to this one instead of the other one. Maybe we might try to even though the other one is more convenant ... even though it's still a major head ake after about an hour this one was less of a head ake than the other one. read more

We have been here several times in the last few months and it's been great every time! First off, we normally get there right at or a few minutes before they open. Every time, they open the door early (albeit a few minutes) when they see us outside. We are always greeted with a smile. It's always clean! The games are usually always working. In the event they're not, there is someone actively working on it. They aren't just sitting there off. We usually go for the buffet but have also ordered pizza from the menu and both are good. Granted-you aren't going to a 5 star Italian restaurant, but it's way better than your regular buffet pizza (think cicis). The thin crust is really good too! We drive 40 minutes to get to this location because of how great they are. All of the employees are so kind and professional and make us want to continue coming back. read more

We had a reserved Birthday Party at this location for a group of children 6-7 years old. The food provided was what one might expect ... not gourmet, but not terrible. The hostess did everything well and the children loved playing games, but the overall experience was terrible. Our guests waited up to 30 minutes in a backed up line to enter the facility. We had tickets and tokens taken from some of the smaller children while they were in the gaming area. Additionally, we had a jacket left at our table. Unfortunately, the host, a busboy, nor a customer turned that into lost and found ... the following day when we returned we were told the jacket was not there. The only conclusion at this point is that the jacket was stolen. While I recognize that Chuck E Cheese is not responsible for their customers' actions, they need to understand that their customers' actions do impact the experience associated with their facility and services. read more

Bad experience with managers Al & Lucy. I got the birthday package that comes with unlimited play, goody bags, ice cream & other regular stuff. We paid $10 extra for each kid so they could get all the extra stuff. The party helper disappeared soon after setting the table. She brought out ice cream & goody bags after the kids had left. I had called them 2 days prior & got number of kids adjusted to 2 less than before. They told me that they never got the call & still charged me for 2 extra kids despite me showing them the email with adjusted rates (email did not say the total number of kids). They kept saying that the "corporate" adjusted the number & not them. It's ridiculous!! I can only call corporate & not these people directly, so of course corporate adjusted the number. read more

I havent been to Chuck E. Cheese since I was a boy, mortified by the animatronic terrors on stage. Some nights when the moon is full and the lights are out, I can still remember their hollow eyes and jerky movements. But now my 5 year old had a great week and deserved a treat so we ventured over to the Grapevine Mills Chuck E. Cheese. It was a Saturday night (shame on me) and we opted for it over the nearby Main Event and the further Dave & Busters (shame on me again). The problem with Chuck E. Cheese in these modern times is that it's not fun. There's not enough games. The games they do have are ticket redemption and thats about it. Im not an interior decorator, but it looks like they just turned on some fluorescent lights and threw some machines in here. The marquee event is a self-appointed "Speed Racer" which looks like a Groupon purchase in the middle of the restaurant. Its a little track with 4 'go-karts (???)' that crawl along for a few moments. Not acceptable fun for today's kiddos. So, my beef is with corporate. They need a total redesign or at least a bigger space and bigger games? 10% of them were out of commission at least. I know I've complained a lot here, but let's find the shining light-- the employees! It's been a while since Ive dealt with fantastic customer service from hourly employees. But from the time we walked in (my son and I getting stamped together to make sure we left together), to ordering our pizza, to the Speed Racer employee...every single one of them had a Disney-like attitude. I was amazed. They smiled, they were kind, they were polite-- great hiring here. One final thought-- I am not upper class, nor even upper middle class. I'm just a blue collar worker with 2 kids. But the clientele here made me feel like Warren Buffett. Trashy, rude, children and parents alike screamed and pushed and shoved while we navigated through the tight confines of the few games. They had Manzanita de Sol in the soda fountain-- let that one sink in. All in all, we were prepared to buy the 100 tokens for $20 (with coupon, check for coupons), but the 25 that came with our pizza were far more than enough. We brought our son here last weekend since he finished kindergarten and I was not expecting much. My wife and I have been to a handful of different kid parties at different locations. This one was a little different. Needless to say our son had a great time, but all the employees were super night, there was a guy walking around asking if we had any questions or concerns and THEY SELL BEER (starting at noon and are like 3-4 bucks) BOOM. The only star I had to take off was for the little race track they had in there. A few families were pushing the button to have an assistant help us with it, but no one ever came.
