It is a bit more expensive for the actual quality. However maybe I'm still stuck in the old Chuck E. Cheese of the 90s nostalgia. Some of the games were broken, the pricing on Icecream was mislabeled, and the trampolines were roped off but when asked they said "as long as you have the socks and band it's fine to bypass" - however there was no attendant to monitor who has the band and who doesn't - so there's that. The food was decent, not sure how the salad bar worked as it was not explained. Overall it was an experience but definitely a one and done for our family. The kids were begging to experience Chuck E. I came here for my daughters 3rd birthday and the employees were super friendly. They explained to me how it works since I've haven't been to Chuck E. Cheese in a few years and were patient with me. Now when you order food from them you have to go get it yourself. They also have updated to cards instead of the tickets that use to print out of the machine. Food is decent but costly unless you have a coupon. My biggest problem is the new trampoline. It costs an additional $12 if you already have the season pass. My grandson gets much enjoyment out of it but every time he leaves the trampoline to go to the bathroom, they lock it up. I totally understand they don't want to just sit there when no one is jumping but when he has to go track them down and then wait for them to take their time getting back to the trampoline it upsets me. I'm paying extra money for the child to jump. Come up with a better system. read more

We arrived near opening at 11am. I found the place to be clean, organized, and welcoming. There is plenty to do for the younger kids and there is ample seating. I like that you can now buy unlimited play cards for a specified time frame of your choosing. I liked this free standing location and was very happy with our choice to go here. read more

This is one of the smallest Chuck E Cheese locations I've seen so far. it shares a parking lot with an Antique store and a Home Depot. My boyfriend and I took his nieces here this past weekend, for a fun afternoon. We spent $30 on 78 "points" for the girls (they don't have tokens anymore, you buy points and you are given a card that holds the points). After realizing that the girls weren't going to be getting very many tickets, we decided to purchase some "points" of our own to help them. (Shut up, this was totally to help our young nieces, and NOT because we wanted to play the games too.....). There aren't many games, at least to what we're used to in other locations. We were able to get about 1,900 tickets, and the girls were excited about having all the options of prizes. We didn't end up eating there, but the pizza looked and smelled delicious. The salad bar looked clean, though the lettuce was wilted, and some of the bowls of toppings were empty the entire time we were there. So I'm a normal parent and I really don't care to go here but my kids love it ! I purchased both my kids the hour play pass my daughter then instantly lost her card and was crying and very upset ! This place gets 5 stars for the customer service! I was recently invited to birthday party for a child who was turning 2. The party was suppose to start at 7:00 on a Saturday night (very crowded & busy nights). The birthday girl (and parents) were nearly an hour late!! The employee in charge of our party was super nice, upbeat and never complained and actually treated the birthday girl and her parents kindly when they finally arrived. The manager came out to help take orders and tried to expedite the orders for the sake of the party guests and never brought up the fact they were an hour late!! I overheard the manager telling the hostess not to worry about the 8:45 party as he would accommodate them elsewhere he wanted the 7:00 bday girl to have the full chuck e cheese experience! We went on Sunday half the games weren't working or missing tickets. They have way to many people Sunday as well it's insane. Super understaffed for he amount they get weekends. Two of the ticket eaters were broken. Not enough prizes for toddlers. It suppose to be a penny equals a ticket. They wanted to charge me $12 for a mirror that cost 1000 tickets when I already had 750 tickets. Guess they don't know how to do math either. If your paying with A card at the counter good luck. We went yesterday which was a Saturday ,was a bit busy . As we got in they took our picture since they don't stamp kids anyone .that way as we walk out they can check which kids was in our party .they have hand sanitizer around , but they didn't enforce mask .Lots of kids and adults weren't wearing mask.Also on the website it saids they sanitize the machines,I didn't see any of that .A few of the machines were out of service.And some of the machines we're missing pieces cause the kids were not being watch by their parents which is not they company fault but it was difficult to play with missing parts of the game.once we got to the end of the day there was a full line to claim your prizes and only one worker trying to take care of everyone .no one in the line was 6 feet part ..After we left the manager did check our photo to make sure we left with our party...we had fun but the COVID standards needs to be fixed in this one . read more

Customer service was awesome, the food was good not the beer it doesn't taste good, the restrooms are a mess you can realize it two ft before you get there because of the smell. Theres a duck game for toddlers the water was dirty and smell bad.. Sad because its the only one at Lakeland! Maybe we should take a trip to Tampa, Brandon or Orlando to avoid the mess!! read more

It took 20 minutes in line to place order. While there 4 other employees plus a manager staning right behind the cashier just chit chatting. It took 20 minutes for her to ask for help. She was having trouble with the people in front of me. The manager saw the line growing and didnt bother to see what was going on or open another register. We were going to order more food. But got annoyed and just ordered the kids food. Then while the kids were playing someone went and threw away our pizza and salad plate with my babys spoon it. When i asked if he cleared our table the employee said yeah. I said why we are obviously not done. We had drinks and other stuff on the table. And had left o er puzza he threw out. He said "OH my bad". I asked him if he can find my baby spoon (it was a good spoon, not a cheap one) he said yeah. But never did. I asked if he can replace the pizza he threw out he said no, but i can get you another salad plate. REALLY!!! this is the 2nd bad expierence at chuck e cheese weve had. Pizza was great. Not too too crowded. Games were fun (for being an adult at least). The show was actually pretty good, I started clapping and got into it. Tokens are actually really cheap too. I enjoyed skee ball, basketball, and Jurassic park ride. The only down side was the line for the prizes was too long and no employees showed up for at least 10 minutes. read more

Well it's a shame... Because this chuck e cheese in particular is exactly what you imagine when you think generally of chuck e cheese... Old and un renovated , miserable staff, broken and not working games, and no spirit.. I usually go to the chuck e cheese in Waterford lakes and although it is always packed it is so worth the drive and the crowd. I decided to try this location because it was closer to my house but as I was getting closer and closer I was starting to regret it. I don't think it's in the best of areas and as soon as my family and I pulled up we saw a absolute dead parking lot, which was initially exciting. When we walked in we did see something very cool which is a little area for bumper cars. My son WAS OBSESSED but it does cost 4 coins, you need a staff member to start it, and it only last about 30 seconds. That was the best part of our whole visit. MORE THAN HALF of all the games there either didn't work, took my tokens and no game, or didn't spew out tickets when due. Not to mention they had certain games that looked like they were from the 90's... All in all I can't blame management because hey didn't necessarily do anything wrong or make my experience unpleasant but this location absolutely needs to be re done as it is extremely outdated read more
