We love Chuck e Cheese! It's an affordable place for birthday parties. I've already done a couple birthday parties here, and will be planning another joint one this summer. The bigger packages do seem worth it since you get more tickets, etc. This year we bought the "silver" summer fun pass, so we can get 100 tokens each day we go. They do not roll over, but I feel like 100 is plenty to keep my 2 kids under 6 entertained. Definitely a good deal for less than $100 and you get savings on food, etc. Some of the employees are super friendly, while others just seem to be going through the motions. I do like that they have the kid safety check procedure. The place is usually pretty clean. We will Definitely be back several more times this summer! read more

Purchased a Groupon that came with two 60 min game cards, pizza, and soda. This location was very clean, had a nice variety of games and most games were functioning. Came here for a birthday party. Everything was really organized with the game cards and the pizza and the birthday dance. They are on a schedule so you can't push it back at all. Bought a Groupon and redeemed it here. My kid was 2 at the time and had A BLAST! Paying for the hour was so worth it in comparison to buying credits for a swipe happy toddler. The only thing we found odd was the bathrooms not being ready despite us going right when the day began and then having to hunt someone down for the trampoline because our kid wanted to keep going back and forward. The cleanest Chuck E. Cheese we've ever been to! We came here for a birthday party and I was fearful with October being germ + flu season. But when we entered I was relieved with how clean they kept this place. I'm used to kids places being the opposite. It's also much more spread out then the other ones I've been to. So if you're looking into hosting a party at Chuck E Cheese then come to this location. There are tons of activities for all ages even adults with basketball! A few ideas for improvement would be the ticket stand. When there are a few birthday parties going on at once and ending at the same time that leaves the ticket stand packed with kids all at one time. They only had one guy working this and it took forever. Also, it would be nice it they provided a pitcher of water as not all kids/parents want juice / soda and hydration is important! read more

Hi! Visited this place in March 2025. This place is very fun and they had a variety of games. The food was below average-pizza and the drinks were disgusting. The drink area looked dirty and smelled like dirty water, the drinks tasted like this as well. The girl at the counter did not know how to process a Groupon and had to get the manager. They were both nice and kind though. The ice cream prices are high. I had purchased a Groupon but without the price to play may be expensive. The available prizes are not that good and you need a lot of tickets to get something decent. You are better off going to dollar tree and getting some nicer items. A plus is that inside you forget of all the outside problems. Go and have fun and then go somewhere else to eat! read more

UPDATE: Since my last visit, this place has gotten EVEN BETTER. For those who are unaware, Chuck E. Cheese has been dumping a whole lot of money into new food, new prizes, and new GAMES for their locations (2.0 AND Non-2.0, which you can trust me on, I've seen video proof). I noticed some new prizes but the main draw for me were the GAMES. Those new games are Carnival Wheel, SpongeBob SquarePants: Ticket Coaster, and the Marvel Avengers Coin Pusher. I must say, these are greatly appreciated additions. Unfortunately, I noticed that the classic PLINKO coin pusher and the SpongeBob SquarePants: Pineapple Arcade coin pusher have been removed, probably along with some other classics that I didn't notice. First off, Carnival Wheel. This game EASILY has the highest jackpot in the whole place with it usually being around 800 tickets. It's hovered around this value during the previous two times I've visited since the new games have arrived. This fills a gap in the arcade's line-up since the place didn't have a wheel/luck-based game before. Do be warned, that lever is HARD to pull, so if you have small kids, it would be wise to help them pull the lever. (WRONG LEVER, LOL!!) Second, we have the Avengers Coin Pusher. I find the version of the game that is installed here to be a downgrade from the arcade's previous coin pusher, SpongeBob SquarePants Pineapple Arcade. I don't understand why the place didn't just get the SpongeBob SquarePants: Pirates of Bikini Bottom Coin Pusher, but what can you do about it? (Psst, the SBSPPOBB Coin Pusher can be found at the nearest Round1 for those wondering!) The main issue with the version the arcade ordered is that it is only one cabinet. The old SBSPPA coin pusher was two cabinets, so there was plenty of coin-pushing goodness to go around. Plus, the version they ordered is not against the wall. It is right in front of a row of booths. The aisle between the booths and the coin pusher isn't even that large, so if just ONE person is playing the coin pusher, it can be hard to get through the coin pusher. The location of the SBSPPA coin pusher was against the wall, away from the booths, and in front of a fairly open area so it wasn't a big problem if a line formed, which happened once when I visited before the coin pusher got removed. Since, like I previously mentioned, the old SBSPPA coin pusher with two cabinets got lines, I can only imagine the lines that one cabinet will get. However, the jackpot price is higher with it being 150 tickets instead of the 100 that the SBSPPA coin pusher sported. As you can see, the choice to get only one cabinet and place it in a crummy location could result in MAJOR consequences for the arcade. I can only hope that the place gets another cabinet and places the two cabinets in the same location as the arcade's previous SBSPPA coin pusher cabinets. Third and finally, we reach the best addition in my opinion, SpongeBob SquarePants: Ticket Coaster. This is a GREAT way to practice for the Guardians of the Galaxy game at the Dave & Buster's in Addison, Illinois, which is the same game. Since this game features a progressive jackpot, the jackpot increases really quickly because 1. Most of the younger kids who play this game stink at it and 2. It's SpongeBob, so most of the younger kids play it. It is nice to get a SpongeBob SquarePants game to replace the removed one, I will admit. It was so exhilarating after I spent over half of $10 worth of chips and got the jackpot, which was a decent 100 tickets. Also, the the last one required and the one I was aiming for was Pearl, so I got tickets most of the time from the cars in front of or behind her, except when I messed up super terribly. If you let the other arcade-goers spend their money on this one, (which is super popular, so it won't take long) you can swoop in and take the jackpot after it has reached the amount to your liking. Excellent way to ticket farm. This game isn't even hard to locate since it's the first thing you see when you enter and a proud "NEW GAME!" banner is hanging over it from the ceiling. HOWEVER, we are not done yet! I recently discovered something about this arcade which I would like to share with you as a thank you for reading this CRAZILY LONG review. This Chuck E. Cheese has two very old Nicktoons games from the 2000's both being made by Chicago Gaming Company, one of which is considered very rare. The first is Nicktoons Racing. If you want to play the game in it's entirety, you have a good 20 minutes of game-play ahead of you. This game is basically a direct port of the console version of the game and I mean it. I would suggest AT LEAST having $50 worth of credits loaded up on your card before playing this game just to be safe. The other game is SpongeBob SquarePants: Bikini Bottom Bowling. According to Spongepedia, only 200 were ever made and that number has most likely declined. PLAY THE OLD GAMES WHEN YOU VISIT, THEY WON'T BE AROUND FOR MUCH LONGER!! We come here frequent because I like how it's cleaner than other locations. They actually change/update the games from time to time. I like the play area/slide for little kids. The party room actually looks bigger than most locations. The place is clean, with some exceptions. I give it 3 stars because some games require attention and sometimes it's hard to find a staff to fix the problem. I do like how the food orders come pretty quick despite how busy they get. Went today 9/12/2020. Waited in line for a while. They were at capacity which is 50. Babies were crying in line, and it was overall a really tense atmosphere at first. We just really, desperately needed to get out, and it was raining. I came back to edit this review to change it from one star to four stars. The people working here are working so unbelievably hard to keep going. Their attitudes are amazing. They got rid of tickets, but they are doing an hour of play for $1 if you spend $20 on pizza or anything. They are disinfecting constantly. They are keeping in contact with management and asking questions about everything to accommodate us. As soon as we walked in the door the woman at the door welcomed us and let us know about the line and the situation. They still have pizza and games, and they are being really safe about letting families in. They are asking everyone to do hand sanitizer as they enter. Very clean place. It's very new aged and huge! Took my 2 year old, he had a great time. The pizza looks and smells amazing and I love that every thing is 1 point and it's all on a card. Also the option of buying time instead of points is a great idea! I only wish they had more fun stuff for toddlers. I have never been so impressed with a chuckie cheese. The location was super clean and the employees were very helpfuL. We reserved a birthday party for 5 kids and 6 adults this past Monday which was MLK day. We had thE whole area to ourselves. The hostess was very attentive the whole time. We ordered two pizzas and soft drinks cake and a whole show and playtime for under 140 dollars not including tip. I will definitely be returning to this location. My family and I took a trip to this Chuck e Cheese for my 3 and 6 year old. They had been looking forward to going all week and were super excited to play and eat. I placed an order for a large pizza, sampler, and soda combo as well as the card for 90 points. The order was placed at 7:18pm and as of 8:10pm we hadn't received anything. My girls were hungry and asking what happened. Everyone around us that ordered after had received their food. I went to the cashier and the woman who took my order said they were busy and didn't even bother checking on our order. My husband then asked a man who was cleaning tables and he said he would check on it. He never came back or said anything and just kept serving others. At this point it was 8:15pm and I asked to see a manager for a refund. A man named Jerry came by, did not even apologize and proceeded to refund $39 and some change when the order was $48 and some change. I asked for my full refund and he just messed around with the register and gave me back a few dollars more. I then saw the man who was cleaning tables eating our food from the cook line. This was an atrocious experience and I had to tell my daughters we were leaving without food. To say they were disappointed is an understatement. read more

The manager Kim was horrible. The cashier had a question about a coupon we had and after she radioed manager Kim stuck her head out of kitchen and said "what!" Very rudely to her employee. I was blown away how crummy she was and her attitude was horrible. I can not believe how rude she continued to be when we asked about our pizza that we were waiting for 45 min to be brought out. She snapped on my husband saying that they are now on grub hub etc and bc we are not busy in store doesn't mean we are not busy with online orders. This was our first time at this location. I was blown away at how clean and organized everything was. So much space and games to play and only one machine was not in order which is awesome. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because the employees just seemed like they hate working there and they hate each other. There where 4 people at the register and they where talking about wanting to go home and get a break instead of ringing us up. Then while eating the lady making cotton candy kept rolling her eyes at employees and customers and wasting the cotton candy it was everywhere. This is the most amazing Chuck E. Cheese I have had the pleasure of visiting. This place is nice and new and HUGE. Great security, as I mentioned before in my other Chuck E. Cheese review, and service was quite good. We had our 4-year old's birthday party here. It was easy to book the party online. You can include as much or as little as you want in the party package. We included everything-pizza, drinks, tokens, cake, ice cream, party favors, and probably a bit more too. Expect to pay at least 200 bucks, but for everything included it was worth it. Our party attendant was very helpful and kept the party flowing according to schedule. All of the games were spaced out and working (which is the important part). The manager was around and visible in case anything was needed-she made sure to introduce herself to us. The kids loved the party and so did we.
