My soon-to-be 7 year old decided that she wanted to have her birthday party here this year and a ball of dread just formed in my stomach. Because we all remember Chuck E Cheese from back in the day... Dirty, filled with shabby animatronic animals... I thought we had walked into the wrong place because this is NOTHING like the place I remember from childhood. They have apparently renovated this one recently, so gone is the stage with terrifying animatronics that randomly move and haunt your nightmares. Instead, they added a dance floor that is interactive (all the characters and things projected onto it move around when you get close). The guy who was serving as host for our party (pretty sure he was the manager since he was wearing a blue polo instead of red like everyone else) was fantastic!!!!! He was very patient with the kids and had even managed to get my ASD son to take a picture with his sister and Chuck E Cheese without any tears or persuading or meltdowns. That is a feat in itself. He is super efficient and had all the pizza served up and kids situated and eating before the parents had even finished getting drinks from the machine (which we opted for instead of pitchers). All considered, this was one of the easiest parties we have ever had, we didn't have to do anything, and everyone had a blast. If you only remember coming here waaaaaaaay back in the day, I encourage you to give it another try. read more

Chuck E. Cheese isn't open for play but they are open for foood delivery and carry out. I haven't eaten or even stepped foot in a Chuck E. Cheese in YEARS. The cheap prices and close proximity to my nail salon reeled me in. $5 for a large pizza? Count me in. I ordered online and was noticing they also has wings for $5... what the heck let's throw in some wings! The sweet chili seemed like it would be good. I selected my time frame and when the time came, the food was ready! The woman who rung me up and the one who brought me my food were both very nice! The pizza was pretty good but the crust was great and I don't even like crust. Now the wings were really good and not like "good for Chuck E. Cheese"" but actually good. Chuck E Cheese has a bad reputation for being dirty and having unappealing food, today our experience was the opposite. We had my 7 year olds birthday party! He requested that we go (in the middle of flu season *facepalm*). We brought lots of hand sanitizer! To my surprise this restaurant was very clean and well maintained. Many of the parents in our party even verbalized the cleanliness. We also were pleasantly surprised by the new stuffed crust pizza! It was tasty. Also, did you know they serve beer? To top it off we had an excellent party host (Kameron)! He was kind, he waited out table,he danced, and even cut the cake! It allowed me (a parent of 4) to relax at my kids party and actually talk to people! Thank you Kameron! Also, just as a note, the animatronics are outdated and still scary. This place is a life saver to the type of people that don't really want 8 screaming 7 year olds destroying the house for 2-3 hours. They've got this party thing down to a science. We had 8 kids and 12 adults. We had 6 large pizzas plus drinks plus 260 tokens. In total we paid $210. The kids had a blast!!! And the parents could play or just relax while the kids had fun. They're security is appropriated. They stamp the kids and the parents with the same codes and the child can not leave the area without a matching adult. The pizza was tasty and they even offer a stuffed crust now. More cheese the better, right! Look them up next time you're looking to party with the kids. read more

Our first time at this location. We are fortunate to homeschool so can visit at off times. Three pm on a Wed was fantastic - we had free reign. We love the unlimited timed play option. Management and staff are super friendly and helpful. Several machines out of tickets but that was only issue. Had a monsoon while we were there so stayed for dinner. Ordered the app sampler and it was delicious. Great experience and we will return. By 5 they had plenty of customers. PS, bus your table. That's what the trash cans are for :) read more

I always have a weird feeling when entering a Chuck E Cheese's. 99% it's to attend a birthday party, but last night it was a little adventure for our 2 kiddos (who we promptly threw into the shower when we got home). The place was a little chaotic, the restrooms weren't terribly gross and about 80% of the games were operational. The pizza was also just OK, a little bit greasy. The reason I'm giving it one star is because, there were a group of teens 16 and up who came in shortly after we did. One proceeded to throw up next to a table and a few games, he walked over to the trash can and wiped his shoe off with a napkin and hung out with his friends, they all pointed and laughed while the staff had to assess what they were going to do. The staff seemed to know who did it, since he did go and tell let them know what he did. The gross part was he continued to walk around and play games and was coughing. I know that the staff had to see this since the place wasn't crowed and they were the only teens there. The manager should of asked him to leave for the health and safety of the other customers. I'm just waiting to see what kid gets sick first. We will never go back because apparently the health of other customers is not as important as asking a group of teens to leave for being just plain disrespectable and gross. read more

It's Chuck E Cheese. If you've been in one, you've been in most, but this one in particular was cleaner and bigger than most I've visited. We visited on a Monday for an early lunch; this basically gave us the run of the place. Despite being on our own, our pizza took about ten minutes, meaning it had either been made fresh (possible) or the cooks were slow on the draw (equally possible). It tasted cheap, but let's face it, you don't go there for the pizza. The games were all operational, except for one that was being repaired as we ate. Additionally, all of the animatronic characters were working; I'm not sure I've ever seen the whole cast functioning at one time anywhere else. The music was slightly too loud, but with a larger crowd than just us, it would probably be about right to cut through the din without being obtrusive. What impressed me is that, even with just one child, they still got one of their staff members to throw on the Chuck costume and visit our table. I wouldn't have expected to see anybody wearing that thing at 11:00 am with practically nobody in the restaurant, but there he was. A previous review mentioned that the restrooms were in bad shape, but we didn't happen to see them during our visit. That said, I'd be surprised to find them in that condition given how clean the restaurant proper was. read more

The food was decent & games fun for kids however we came with a Chuck E. Cheese coupon (value of $10 off for meal & game points) & the manager declined to accept the coupon because this restaurant is a "franchise" location & the coupon is a "corporate" coupon. The manager went on to say if we drove to Virginia Beach (which is about an hour & a half away) we could use our coupon there. This is quite confusing & disappointing as it's all Chuck E. Cheese. We went to Frankies Bday party at Chucky Cheese this year and our 6 year old really enjoyed it. The game tokens and games are reasonably priced. The arcade games are up to date. The salad bar was ok. The pizza is good enough for kids because they dont really taste their food. Overall the party was a success. The ticket system is a ripoff. A 100 tickets to buy a small piece of candy.. We came tonight at about 5:15 with 4 kids. We printed coupons off the website to use. The cashier was super helpful and even split our time up evenly between all 4 kids. We were all surprised by how good the pizza is, we just went and ordered another one. This location is very clean and I've o it seen one game out of order. I was dreading coming here, because, well it's Chuck E. Cheese. But honestly we are having a great time and looking forward to coming back. Came here in the hopes of finding the other half to a best friend neckless that my daughter gave me from Chuck E Cheese before I deployed to Iraq. She lost her half while I was gone but I wanted to replace it for her. Upon entering I let the host know that I was there to see if they still carried the same half of the neckless. She told me, in a very condescending way, that they no longer had them. She didn't even bother to go to the prize counter and check. Luckily I was able to find it online. Went during spring break week as a fun thing for my son to do. There were several unsupervised kids that kept asking me for tokens and a few that tried to take our tickets as soon as they came out of the machine. Amazingly, these kids were with a day care group. That being said, it seems something like this happens every time we go. Not the fault of the place, but an annoyance nonetheless. A lot of people talk about how dirty it is. I find this crazy because every time we go, it is cleaner than Monkey Joes, Skyzone, etc. I get the germ factor...but seriously anytime you are touching something like the games that a bunch of people touched before you, you should be using hand sanitizer or washing anyway. The bathrooms were clean when we visited as well. The staff is very nice-hasn't always been this way so maybe they have new management or something. They are friendly and professional. I also like their security system where they stamp your hand and double check it when you leave. We used a coupon and got 100 tokens for $20. I thought that was amazing. My son got some tickets to spend. Sure, it's a lot of tickets for small trinkets, but he loved it. We didn't eat here but plan to next time. We will be back for sure. read more

My granddaughters birthday party was today. Somehow the party was cancelled. My daughter had a confirmation number and proof of payment. The place was booked solid. They found a place for the party. They went above and beyond to make sure the mistake was corrected and made sure the birthday girl was the star of the show. I cannot express the true heartfelt thanks to the staff that saved the day. Experience Chuck E Cheese during the week to feel the thrill and excitement. It was great to speak to Tina, the General Manager (of 28 years as I learned) as it was nothing less than amazing. I took my 6 year old daughter to this location, ordered pizza and soda, and off she went to play all the video games. When the time ran out (of coarse it was a bummer for her) but then she managed to win about 5 prizes with all the tickets she accumulated. The staff are friendly and observant towards the safety of [all] of the children and to ensure they are having a wonderful time. I just loved when Chuck E Cheese came out to dance with all the kids. I joined in. Ha Ha. This is the place to go. Reasonably priced, Great atmosphere and the overall operation (Thanks to Tina) is well deserving of the whole 5 stars.
