There was a period where they stopped classes because of some issue in the rink & that was a bummer for her, but they are back to it. She loves it. I didn't interact with any staff, so I can't speak on that. Please dress for winter when you go though. I couldn't feel my feet, hands, or nose by the time I left there, and I was wearing a jean jacket and leggings. I know better for next time. There's not much parking available on the side of the building, but there's plenty in the front. It's just a short walk to get to the entrance. I recommend this place for ice skating lessons. I was blown away at the music that was playing (not family friendly), for example one of the songs had lyrics that expressed the fact that the girl had killed her ex and she did it so she could be with someone else. Another song expressed the fact that they were demonized and hell was the place they were looking forward to going. To be honest I can't imagine why anyone would think that kind of music is appropriate for a family establishment. Just FYI the music that is being played MATTERS, both in the Spirit and in the physical realm. Outside of that the course was fun and challenging- we had a good time. Expressed myself to the management, really hope they heed a genuine concern.

***This review is only regarding their sensory hour session…read more Our friends saw their flyer and sent me a picture of their sensory hour time. OMG....SUCH a huge game changer. The sensory hour is only available on the first Sunday of each month. This is our first-ever experience and it did not disappoint. We didn't do anything ahead of time because I didn't want to risk any confusion and additional paperwork. Very easy to do and sign up - we all decided to do it as a family to jump around. I'm so glad that we got the chance to try this for our boys. Our boys loved it, didn't get too overwhelmed and just had the place to check out at their own pace. My boys loved their arcade (mainly because of the crazy lights and the movements). Overall, it was just an awesome experience for the amount of time that they offered (2 hours). It was amazing and worth it. It's forever marked on our calendar as long as it is offered, we will be coming here every month as soon as we can. Thank You!!!!

I was disappointed in how much prices have gone up and that some bounce space was taken away for all the video games (video game prices were high and it was hard to keep my younger kids away from them). It was something to do on a hot day for the kids though. Be aware that there is little to no structure once you are inside. Keep an eye on your children and moderate their behavior if you need to (there is no staff monitoring the bounce houses or floor)

We didn't tell them it was coming, but when they saw it pull up, they were super excited. They had 2 hours to just play any game they wanted. This allowed us to walk through the museum, go through the mirror maze and play miniature golf. We spent about 2 hours here overall and the staff member we interacted with was really nice and helpful. We took lots of pics and laughed so much. There were really interesting exhibits in the museum and some cool interactive stuff too. We loved the Face Swap. Well worth the money.

SCAM ALERT Today was…read moremy daughter's 8th birthday, so we decided to support a local business and take the kids to Swaders Sports Park for arcade fun. I purchased multiple game cards for my daughter and two other children so they could enjoy themselves and save up tickets for prizes. My daughter was beyond excited after landing the 250 bonus on the Big Wheel Spin game... but when we checked the card balance afterward, the tickets were completely missing. While trying to resolve the issue, an employee directed me to the manager -- described as a white-bearded gentleman. On the way to speak with him, we witnessed another child hit a 1000-ticket bonus on a separate machine, and those tickets also failed to register. When we informed the manager, his response was:"If you hit 1000, you should tell me immediately." I explained it had literally just happened less than a minute earlier. His response then changed to:"Well, it says you didn't even play that game." At that point, I made it clear that I'm someone with a public platform, and I fully intend to investigate whether this is simply a flawed ticket system or something much more concerning involving children and families losing earned prizes. To be fair, I want to mention that the majority of the staff were actually polite and friendly. My issue was specifically with the handling of the situation by management, which came across as dismissive and unprofessional. Also worth mentioning: the kid zone was closed for "maintenance" during the visit. Parents work hard for their money, and kids deserve to receive the rewards they fairly win. I'll be looking deeper into how this ticket system operates in a deep dive video investigation documenting this issue for the world to see. So to begin with, I called them twice on two separate days leaving a message for someone to call me back to answers questions I had about their services and I received no response until after I emailed them to call me (on the third attempt to contact them)and finally Kim called back. When she called she wasn't pleasant and right ask me for the location the event would be held and the dates I was looking to book services. I gave her the information and I was asking about pricing because I wanted to mix the two occasions (birthday and graduation) together with multiple activities. Kim seemed very antsy and rushed(a very challenging thing when I'm a HUGE person about great customer service). She asked me to follow her on the computer to see the different party packages they have. So I did. I told her I was interested in the video game rover for sure and I may add on other things depending on cost. I asked her about fuel charges because they were not listed there. To which then she asked me again for the event address(same address I gave her at the beginning of the call) so she could calculate the amount as well as what activities I was requesting. Then she told me it was about 1hr 45min each way to get to my location which was about 93 miles one way. I said okay. I asked again "how much is the fuel charge"? She states that the fuel charge is combined with the distance fee and some other taxes that she wanted to give me the total of everything as one. I said okay what's the total. In my opinion, at this point I've already made up in my mind that I wasn't going to use their services. Her customer service skills was just too bad for me and I could only imagine what type of service I'd receive once they got my money. So she finally tells me that my total would be $676.14. The party package was only $399 for 2 1/2 hour of just the video rover. I politely thanked her for her time and told her that was too expensive for the budget I had for JUST the rover. I had just spoken with another company a few days before and for that price or a little more I was offered a LOT more activities. The only reason I didn't go with them is because they were too far out. Kim asked me who was the other company and what were they going to charge. I asked her does it really matter if you can't match what they're doing ?? She goes to then tell me about the things you get with their service(which she should have explained when she first got on the phone with me) and how "other company's service" is not as good as hers and that she has coupons for others in the area with the same line of business because she owns half of them. I was like really?? Okay well thanks but no thanks I choose not to use your business at this time. This is one purchase I'm happy about not making. My initial instinct told me to go another direction when I first contacted them and received no response after 48 hours when their Facebook page says they are always open. I tried to reach out anyway and see what happens and I'm just happy this happened before I paid her any money. Little did she know if her service was up to par(at minimum) I would easily spent $1000 for her activities just for my children and given them tons of referrals for future reference.
