Party room with the birthday boy's name!
Bri M.

We had our son's second birthday here and loved it!! The facility was very clean and we received excellent service. Detria was our party host - her and the staff immediately took everything off our hands and set up the room perfectly. This allowed both me and my husband (and all other guest) to start jumping with the kids immediately. Our son and his party guest had a blast. The pizza, wings, fries and muffins were delish! All leftovers, the staff boxed up for us and helped load in the car. They also loaded all the gifts in the car for us as well! This allowed for a carefree time for us and we really got to enjoy the time with our son. We will def be back and will highly recommend Launch in RVA.

We went for first time this past Saturday. Cleaner than most trampoline parks we have visited. Everyone there was nice and pleasant.

The staff was super attentive throughout - not only watching the children jump around, but in attending to the birthday party logistics.

As the planner of the party, I highly suggest opting for the birthday package even if it's no ones birthday because not only is it the same price as a normal group package, but it comes with a t-shirt. I love the neon t-shirt I now have after this fun evening. You're not allowed to bring outside food to the party room, but you can bring dessert. They provide you with plates, serving utensils, and napkins which is nice. If you want food, they have food package options you can pay them for. We had enough seating for everyone and this came with two games. There is a huge variety of games you can pick from. We picked the classic free-for-all for our first and then a teams based one for our second game. They had even more styles to pick from too. As the "bday girl" I got to choose the themes I wanted for the names (your name is assigned to you with the gun/laser vest you pick). Our first game was Nintendo themed and our second was Food Puns themed. This was an easy place to get to. They have a free parking lot out front. They have mens and womens restrooms inside. And a water bottle filling station at the water fountain. They also had an arcade near the front. I highly recommend having a big group here. It was so much fun.

SCAM ALERT Today was…read moremy daughter's 8th birthday, so we decided to support a local business and take the kids to Swaders Sports Park for arcade fun. I purchased multiple game cards for my daughter and two other children so they could enjoy themselves and save up tickets for prizes. My daughter was beyond excited after landing the 250 bonus on the Big Wheel Spin game... but when we checked the card balance afterward, the tickets were completely missing. While trying to resolve the issue, an employee directed me to the manager -- described as a white-bearded gentleman. On the way to speak with him, we witnessed another child hit a 1000-ticket bonus on a separate machine, and those tickets also failed to register. When we informed the manager, his response was:"If you hit 1000, you should tell me immediately." I explained it had literally just happened less than a minute earlier. His response then changed to:"Well, it says you didn't even play that game." At that point, I made it clear that I'm someone with a public platform, and I fully intend to investigate whether this is simply a flawed ticket system or something much more concerning involving children and families losing earned prizes. To be fair, I want to mention that the majority of the staff were actually polite and friendly. My issue was specifically with the handling of the situation by management, which came across as dismissive and unprofessional. Also worth mentioning: the kid zone was closed for "maintenance" during the visit. Parents work hard for their money, and kids deserve to receive the rewards they fairly win. I'll be looking deeper into how this ticket system operates in a deep dive video investigation documenting this issue for the world to see. Please leave a review if you've had similar experiences with this manager or this situation.

I would have LOVED to book this activity for my sons birthday and daughter's graduation cookout but…read moretheir service was just down right AWEFUL!!! So to begin with, I called them twice on two separate days leaving a message for someone to call me back to answers questions I had about their services and I received no response until after I emailed them to call me (on the third attempt to contact them)and finally Kim called back. When she called she wasn't pleasant and right ask me for the location the event would be held and the dates I was looking to book services. I gave her the information and I was asking about pricing because I wanted to mix the two occasions (birthday and graduation) together with multiple activities. Kim seemed very antsy and rushed(a very challenging thing when I'm a HUGE person about great customer service). She asked me to follow her on the computer to see the different party packages they have. So I did. I told her I was interested in the video game rover for sure and I may add on other things depending on cost. I asked her about fuel charges because they were not listed there. To which then she asked me again for the event address(same address I gave her at the beginning of the call) so she could calculate the amount as well as what activities I was requesting. Then she told me it was about 1hr 45min each way to get to my location which was about 93 miles one way. I said okay. I asked again "how much is the fuel charge"? She states that the fuel charge is combined with the distance fee and some other taxes that she wanted to give me the total of everything as one. I said okay what's the total. In my opinion, at this point I've already made up in my mind that I wasn't going to use their services. Her customer service skills was just too bad for me and I could only imagine what type of service I'd receive once they got my money. So she finally tells me that my total would be $676.14. The party package was only $399 for 2 1/2 hour of just the video rover. I politely thanked her for her time and told her that was too expensive for the budget I had for JUST the rover. I had just spoken with another company a few days before and for that price or a little more I was offered a LOT more activities. The only reason I didn't go with them is because they were too far out. Kim asked me who was the other company and what were they going to charge. I asked her does it really matter if you can't match what they're doing ?? She goes to then tell me about the things you get with their service(which she should have explained when she first got on the phone with me) and how "other company's service" is not as good as hers and that she has coupons for others in the area with the same line of business because she owns half of them. I was like really?? Okay well thanks but no thanks I choose not to use your business at this time. This is one purchase I'm happy about not making. My initial instinct told me to go another direction when I first contacted them and received no response after 48 hours when their Facebook page says they are always open. I tried to reach out anyway and see what happens and I'm just happy this happened before I paid her any money. Little did she know if her service was up to par(at minimum) I would easily spent $1000 for her activities just for my children and given them tons of referrals for future reference.
