Rough experience!! Three of the four kids got sick last night after a Father's Day dinner here and their games/machines are in disarray and cheating kids out of coins. So yeah, we don't plan to be back. I'm good at claw machines, enough to know when they're set to impossible. 1 just flat out one close at all, and two have the tension set all the way down so they barely closed and with the no pressure. Rigged implies intent, so I'll just assume disarray. Two of the vending machine games took the coins and didn't dispense prizes. All in all, bad experience for the family, so we're out! read more

I don't know how they can offer this menu for the price they charge. You could pay more for the salad bar alone. I go to Cici's about three times a month. It is always clean. The manager and staff are always courteous and ready to help. It is always easy to get food. The kids are a free entertainment bonus. read more

Manager was always cleaning and stocking the buffet. Was very impressed with the cleanliness. Salad bar was filled with my fav veggies. They will custom make a pizza for you if not on the hot buffet. The food was amazing. They took everyone's request. The service is HORRENDOUS when the Older Lady is there. She blatantly called my kids liars over $1.00. We explained that a machine in the game room took their tokens. It lit up but didn't move. It's also the same machine that hasn't been working for the past couple of weeks. She argued with my sons for about 8 mins. Before I noticed they were taking so long. And then they finally came to tell me that the lady was calling them lairs and that they're just trying to steal money. I was so offended. The audacity of this lady to say my sons were trying to steal a measly $1.00. I went into the game room with them afterwards to check which game it was and to confirm it was the same one that was giving issues. And it was no tried a second dollar and the same thing happened to me. And also, a man with his kids also mentioned that he was having issues with that one. Someone offered to give me my money back in their tokens but, I politely declined because I didn't want to take tokens away from their daughter who was much younger then my sons. I tried to speak with the lady and she began to raise her voice slightly, and said that my sons were changing their story because they told her that the game did work. I laughed and though so not only are you accusing my children for being lairs but, now they're manipulators ? Mind you, I had gone to the game room to already check and confirm their story. But, she insisted and then after she saw she was being unreasonable, rude and disrespectful she randomly decided to change her story. The Taller Slim man is very hospitable and it so kind. She takes everyone's questions, comments and concerns with no issue. I'd recommend this place but, only when the lady isn't here. At the end of our conversation, which I don't think you could even call it that, she I was trying to talk to her and she randomly told me to move out of the way and took someone else's order and the. Buffet had sub par pizza when entering manager seems more worried about his cell phone than the buffet having product on the bar. Very minimum employees to make it all work together to have good pizza and customer service. If you have to ask to get product on a buffet someone is dropping the ball. My experience at CiCi's turned out better than expected! I haven't been to CiCi's since before the Covid pandemic started, so I was very wary of going thinking it might had gone downhill since, but I was wrong. The buffet is still at a good price and the pizza they put out were all so good and cooked perfectly. And I always loved how you can order special request pizzas at no extra cost. I added on a 5pc wing, and they were cooked great as well. The service was really good too. The only downside I would say is that there was sort of a wet mop smell in the section we were in, but we were sitting in the crowded section near 2 big birthday parties so maybe that's why that section didn't smell as fresh. But aside from that, I definitely will go back one day again, It's a really good value! read more

Definitely a typical cici's pizza with the same all you can eat options and a little arcade in the back. Honestly, how can you be mad about an all you can eat meal for about $5? Now that I live in California and cici's don't exist there, this was quite a treat to go to since it has a lot of nostalgia. Highly recommend you try the Mac n cheese pizza. I go to Cici's Pizza at least once a month when I go to Richmond. By far the one on Busy Street is one of the best. Wonderful team. Greet mgr. and the delicious Pizza and salad. I would recommend this place to all my family and friends. read more

If i had the option to give this location a -5 stars i would. An extreme mess with a rude rude manger that kept starring at us while we are eating and making faces. Cicis is good for what it is. With 4 kids and 2 adults, the bill was about $40. To be honest, I'd rather just order some pizza and stay in. Of course every Cici's has an mini-arcade in the back to tempt the children's into annoying their parents LOL. The pizza itself just isn't that good. But kids love the idea of it. I wish the pasta was better - the sauce is always so soupy. How can you go wrong with cheesy bread sticks though? Honestly the experience isn't worth the price. Gave this Cici's one more chance as it's near my house and I was in the mood for pizza, never again. When I ordered a large drink with a buffet, the price for my order was a lot higher than usual and then I paid for my order. Upon looking at the receipt, which was illegible, I was charged another item, which was a medium cup, I never ordered at all as part of that transaction. The manager at the till claimed push a certain button to charge me for a large cup and after review of my receipt, another manager gave back the amount I was charged when I turned down the offer for a free buffet and I came back to get back the tax amount for the extra item I was charged and they said they couldn't do it at all. read more

The female manager with shoulder length brown hair has a piss poor attitude and has given people a hard time more than once. She has refused valid coupons and even threatened to kick our birthday party out because we called her out on the coupon issue. She talks about patrons behind the buffet within ear shot of others. This cici's has definitely gone down. We usually come here because it's close to us. The last few times we've come, all at different times of day, there are never any pizzas ready. The buffet looks sad, the salad on the bar is old and it's never clean, the desserts aren't fresh and the soups always out. Whoever management is at this location needs some help.
